Citizen Hotel

Right on the beach, lovely walks amongst the locals. Basic Accommodation but acceptable for our needs. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Reasonably priced hotel right on Juhu Beach with direct access to the beach. Nice restaurant and rooms with Sea views. Could be a bit noisy because it is on the take off / landing path for the airport.

This hotel is very good. The management of this hotel is very good, all the staff of this hotel are friendly

Had an excellent stay here. Overall it was good experience. Good stay, good food, excellent location facing towards Sea. You get sea facing rooms.

I had stayed in the hotel for 3 days and I’ll have to say that it was one of the best once that I’ve ever visited. The sea view was mesmerising, rooms were large and modern and staff were very nice to the guests. Overall my experience with the hotel was really nice!

World worst service provider hotel.location is good, Room is good, service provider staff is good but hotel management and manege is worst but service is worst.if you found 3K near Room pls book this room. Food is good, food portion is more than expected, rates are according to the standard.

I hope, next time I will get better room.

Rooms are small, but the adjoining restaurant is good.
One issue is that although you are staying at the hotel, water is ₹100 at the restaurant and ₹0 if you take one step back into the lobby.same waiter, same bottle, different price on either side of that imaginary 'line of pricing'

Location: Beach side view
Rooms: Medium size rooms with decent cleanliness.
Wifi: Individual Room wise wifi. Good reception. Available most of the times.
Food: Average but Way too costly!
Room service & House keeping Staff: Decent and responsive for most of the times.
Reception Staff: The gents were polite and highly responsive. Cannot say the same about the lady staff.

So I visited Citizen Hotel in the month of July
We booked the room via an online booking website
Got the room at around 3000 which was inclusive breakfast
The room is not very spacious, the washroom is also pretty compact
There are 2 sides of the room, one has complete beach view and another has partial beach view
We got the partial one as the rest were already booked
However it was still pleasant as I could just chill by the window and watch the waves, hear the peaceful sound and relax which was my main intention to book the place
The TV wasn't working but these days we are pretty equipped with online Ott platforms so that wasn't much of a problem
The next morning was lovely
The breakfast area is beautiful. I was so excited to face the beach and have my first meal my lovely sunday!
It was also drizzling that time so imagine how windy the place was

For Food we booked a Swiggy (Dinner)

It's a very Good budgeted Hotel and very friendly manager to be honest. Affordable. Our client for Africa stayed here and he said excellence in one word.

Beach front feels like I am in Goa. Excellent food. Schwan fingers garlic nan, cheese rolls, chefs special must try. Rooms are excellent and comfortable.staff is very polite. Just in centre place to move around the city.

Location is good of course. That is why they charge 3200 for an ordinary tiny room with hardly any view of Arabian Sea. But if you want to shell out 6500 rs you will have a bigger room with view. Food was so so. Quantity average. Reason for booking this particular hotel was that they have parking.

Attended a small party. The usual precautions against Covid are in place, such as the Temperature checking and Sanitizer at entry.

Since there is a place to sit in open varanda which faces the Sea, your risk is contained.

A comfortable place, ideal for business & leisure too. Decent food and ambience and good location. I had a guest staying here and they had no complaints

Hotel nd hotel service is excellent.but the attitude nd behavior of the resurant Manager is totally painful.is there any restrictions to sit nd enjoy the Seaview. They can do so much better! Hotel is right at the beach and has a sea facing restaurant. Staff is untrained and rooms are not cleaned properly. Even if u tell them they are very indifferent and don't give much importance to such issues. So if u want a hygienic place to stay, this is not the one.

Perfect location at Juhu beach. Property is old. But rooms are neat and clean. Wash room needs renovation. Size of the bath room is very small. All over it is fine.

Great location, good service, nice comfortable rooms, good lobby, excellent breakfast. Overall great. Right on the iconic Juhu beach. You step out of the boundary and your feet touches the sand of the beach. Staff is polite and courteous. Location is fantastic and relative rates are also reasonable. Direct sea view and side window sea view rooms are there.

Bestest view of Juhu beach. Open restaurants ocean facing dinning, good food quality, ease access to beach. Organised staff and good services.

If you love beaches and beach views or rather a quick access to Juhu beach then Citizen Hotel is something you would be looking for. But one could be disappointed with the size of rooms they have to offer which is quite small. The breakfast space is good with both indoor and outdoor. Offers you to sit outside and enjoy the breeze and the view. The taste and variety of food is good but not in room service.

Good hotel that's near beach. Which hard to find in that area. Helpful staffs. Good rooms. I wish bathroom was little bigger.

Location is good but food is costly and room service for food is really poor specially serving bowls.very old and not in good condition.

It was great time with great friends just opposite to Beach, the sunset view was charming and eternal.

Ambiance was good. Room prices are stlightly higher than the amenities you get in the room. You can see the beach with a little bit of adjustments.

Not bad place to stay good location just bathrooms a bit tired. Food was good and plenty of choice. The annoying thing was the loud disco music blasting out while you are trying to have a nice romantic meal by the sea.

Small 3-star facility with the best location possible, bang on Juhu beach. It can't get better than that for someone who loves to be by the sea. The sea facing sit down restaurant and the terrace restaurant and bar both are good.
Prices are affordable and mid-range. You are better off, If you bargain for a good price before checking in as that's possible in off season times.
The rooms are tiny but cosy, good for a couple spending quality time in the city. Wouldn't be able to comment on the service in house as I haven't stayed in house yet.

Right on the beach. It is a good option. Functional and clean. Value for money. I love staying here. Its my second time here.

Excellent, very good service, staff is well trained, though it is 3 star only. I am really enjoying my stay here. Excellent location. Beach in front of you. Excellent hospitality.

So, what are the goods?
-Location, just stone throw away from juhu beach.
-restaurant- very nice feel.
-night parties going on always.
Bads:
-small room sizes, might be okk for many as it's Mumbai.
-No great taste of food.
