We had been to panchgani through club jiva. It was amazing and wonderful experience with club jiva. The summer plaza resort is very good and all amenities are well maintaine. It was memorable trip and specially thanks to Ms. Yogita and darshana who is always be there and ready for any help. She is also kind person and arranged my all bookings on time.

Provided stay by club Jiva was wonderful at Neelam's The Grand, Goa.location is also awesome, however payment issue was very much delayed by club Jiva with hotel, somehow it was managed after long follow up. Do take care for such unfavorable conditions. Miss Yogita and Miss Darshana understood the matter and resolved it timely with great efforts, my suggestion to Clear payment related points before check in so family holidays will not become bad experience, else every thing is ok, hope next time such conditions will not generate. So Thank you for support and make holidays enjoyable.

Sweet voice, grate vision, nonsense experience

They don't pay salary to their employees as three of my friends did not receive salary.

Club jiva is fraud.they mentally harassed me to take membership of 1.6L for 4 years. Due to covid and personal issue I didnot availed holiday for 19,21,22,23. Now when I contacted them for reservation they are asking 3 year maintenance charge. I paid maintenance charges also after that they are not providing bookings. They are asking for more charges if u want bookings

I have been a member since 2016 but not utilised it, the membership amount of Rs. 65000 is held by club Jiva, they neither give us holiday booking not refunding the money - our hard earned money will not go waste.they have to pay the price for cheating us.

We had a wonderful stay at Neonz club & resort, Anand with the reservations through Clubjiva and we were utterly delighted with all the amenities and the property maintenance. Especially Mr. Hitesh Jain has been extremely cooperative and helpful in providing us with timely booking and assistance. We would love to explore our membership with other properties with clubjiva in future.

We have membership I'd Gj Ak 1068. We have paid all AMC as per requirement. From four years we are not able for booking in Club Jiva. It is one type froud and I inform to new comer not to join in Club Jiva. I had loss my 1.5 lakhs. I have to go for case in grahak suraksha Kendra. Be aware from club jiva

We had traveled to GOA in June to celebrate our wedding Anniversary and booked the hotel through club jiva. It was a great experience of the Hotel Pirache Art that we were accommodated in Calangute. The hotel service was good and it was very near to the calangute beach.say walking distance of about 5-7 mins so we could enjoy the shore any time of the day with less crowd. We had to pay only the nominal taxes per person and had to pay for the early check-in and no complementary breakfast included. Also, I suggest the advance booking system of 15 days is very less, it should be more as the trips are planned well in advance we actually had to spend double in travelling and we could not plan in a better way. And also if you could have given more options in destinations. But Overall, I can recommend and trust Club Jiva for future travel.

It was very nice experience to stay at Shilpi Hill Resort, Saputara. Rooms are well organized and loaded with all basic amenities. All the staff members are very cooperative. Food quality is also good. Most of the city attraction are at walkable distance. I specially thankful to Ms. Nusrat and Mr. Hitesh Jain for our tour planning.

I had visited Muli with my family. It was amazing experience to visit Muli and Stay in Ambica Nivas Palace resort. They are having very good ambience, rooms are clean, staffs are very humble and co-operative. Food is like home made, good quality. They also have very good indoor activity area, like Badminton, Table tennis, Carom board.

It's a very poor club. All employees are fake. Nobody picks cals and no body cal back. It doesnot provide any good hotels. It provides only guest house and its a big trap they show u great hotels at the time of giving membership. But at the time of booking they say our property is changed and the hotel shown in the book are not available. Worst experience ever. Would never recommend it to anyone

We went to Ambika niwas recently and we were surprised to see the palace. Club jiva fantastic palace. We had planned for different destination but because of hitesh ji we could explore this place. Awesome. We are proud to be club jiva members past 8 years. My jijaji my masi and my brother we all are club jiva members and all are enjoying different destination every year all thanks to Hitesh ji. And the best part is that if I make 1 member every year that too club jiva customer service helped me to convert member by explaining the membership to my refered people my maintenance has been waived off. It has been 7 years I have not paid any maintenance because club jiva helped me making members.absolute value for money we all family members are proud to be club jiva members. Past 7 years we have stayed in 3 and 4 star property that too domestic and international.all thanks to hitesh ji and Nusrat who is my RM and even Nusrat has been really helpful for my bookings. Club jiva rocks. We are now excited for a new destination recommend by hitesh ji again. Club jiva keep it up

I visited Lake View hotel in Mahableshwar through Club Jiva through my sister's membership. Amazing hotel.professional staff.although there was veg food.but it was good.however the pool was not available due to repairs. Overall an awesome experience with family. Thank you Club Jiva.

We stayed at Sereniity resort in Lonavala to celebrate our marriage anniversary last month. We had a great time. I would like to thank Hitesh and Club Jiva team for the arrangement and support throughout. At the resort, staff behavior, food, swimming pool. Everything was great. Specially the cake arrangement done by them was simply awesome. I believe we would get similar support for our future holiday plans as well.

Just had my first vacation with Club Jiva. I visited their Lands End Beach Resort in Goa, Morjim. The hotel had a very serene and beautiful ambience. Just 1 min walk from the beach, quality food at very reasonable prices. The staff was very courteous.
Club Jiva booking and support team, Nikita and Jaydeep were very helpful and friendly. They were on top of things right from booking till we checked in the hotel. Very happy with the service provided by Club Jiva.

Planning for a second holiday very soon.

I was the member of Club Jiva and my membership period ended in 2020.during this period I have a bad experience about this club. During the tenure I could avail only 8 - 10 nights and that too not the good hotel which was initially mentioned during the booking of membership.

This club is useless and they don't have good hotel accommodation. Also during accommodation they are asking additional amount of Rs. 2000 for booking charges. I have wasted my money of Rs. 80000 by getting this membership.the staff doesn't respond on time. I had approached for cancellation for the membership after 2 years but no proper authority responded and each time different member used to attend and same answer I could get that " we will come back to you "

This is really a third class club and doesn't have their own properties. You will not get the dates as required. They will dictate the dates which are on the off seasons offered to them from the hotels.

I also would like to get the refund of the unused nights. Pl suggest me if any one is familiar with this procedure.

My sincere advice to all: DO NOT TAKE THE MEMBERSHIP OF CLUB JIVA - THIS IS THIRD CLASS CLUB. WASTE OF OUR VALUABLE MONEY.

I would like to thanks Jiva Team and especially Yogita and Huda for the very good stay provided to us. I have been to Goa several times and this time also we had pleasant experience. We enjoyed our tour very much - every bit of it.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramatan Resort provided by club Jiva and everything was perfect. Staff were very cooperative and property ambiance was nice. Fooding and pool was also good. It is just 1.5 km from vagator beach.  We will cherish this forever.

We have booked a room in Shilpi hill resort - Saputara through club jiva (Thanks to Hitesh and Jaydeep). The rooms were very clean and service was excellent. This resort is nearby to paragliding, boating, market and adventure park.

It was nice experience syating at Hote Presidency, Daman.

Thanks to Mr. Hitesh for arranging a trip to Goa during peak season (valentine's day) in a short period of time. We stayed at Candolim and it was easy for us to visit most of the tourist spots. Two wheelers and cars are available for rent near hotel. Also good Restaurants for South Indian dishes too available in a walkable distance. We had a Great time at Goa. We would definitely suggest our friends to contact Mr. Hitesh for trip.

A trip was planned by my son as a surprize to me and my 2 brothers along with our wives after the uttarayan. We had a great experience in udaipur. The resort which was allocated to us was Amantra Shilpi Resort. The resort was giving good service and even their food was best. My son with the help of Mr. Hitesh planned this 3 days trip for us and we really loved it

I had visited Auli with my family. It was amazing experience to visit Auli and Stay in Club Jiva resort Cliff top resort. They are having very good ambience, rooms are clean, staffs are very humble and co-operative. Food is also good. I recently planned a vacation with Club Jiva for Udaipur and Jaipur in the first week of January.
My whole trip was planned by Mr. Hitesh, i was given great resorts at both the destinations. Me along with my brothers enjoyed a lot and felt good that we booked with the help of Mr. Hitesh and Club Jiva.

We were given booking at Cambay spa and Resort Udaipur but not informed that the propert is not at all maintained. The room wall paint was pathetic, the cleanliness was real bad and the relationship manager does not respond to calls. We are really disappointed with Jiva Club for there service. Not at all even close to satisfaction level.

One of the worst cheating companies ever I have come across. Please beware about them. Never take thier membership at any cost. They are fraud. Do not believe them. I have my personal experience. They do not deserve even one star.

Recently had a vacation at Summer Plaza Resort Panchghani, arranged by CLUB JIVA. Very nice and beautiful place to have a peaceful vacation. Rooms were so clean and service was excellent. We have really enjoyed a lot and impressed with the service provided to us.

I my family visited Tania SeaRock Hotel in DAMAN DECEMBER 25th 2020. It was an amazing experience peacefull stay.

"Fraud" what a scam. Showed me pictures of 5 star property and when I actually visited, all dirty rooms and basic facilities like water was unavailable. I am contacting since last 1 week no response, not picking the Phone Mr. Niraj Tanna and Ms. Huda Sheikh. Membership ID is CJ-KB-1006

Created memories in the starting of 2021 with brothers at Udaipur and Jaipur. The resort we were given was from cambay's group of resorts.
We had a great time over there. I thanks Mr. Hitesh from Club Jiva to plan a really great trip.

Guys don't trust on their positive reviews. Club Jiva is totally cheater. Sales team gives false commitment and they stole 1-2 lakhs from us and never gives the services as per commitment. Totally Wasted guys. Don't visit their office. CJ/MB/JS/0046 is my member id.

The worst experience never ever believe in any of the people who call you with bait they baited us with free stay and said you have to spend 1 hour with our employees and listen to them and then u can go if u wish to. Its all scam and bait people. Now they are refunding our money and not even replying to our mails tooo
