Irresponsible staff. Am a student of K11 fitness sciences academy & a freelancer. I do my workouts & went to chill on a women's day being a woman to chill at Blubar. I found the whole staff misguiding me. Also, trainers were not at all professionals at the Gym. Hope, they grow better.

Very nice hotel. Staff was good.

Not clear communication regarding the timing of badminton court and no pre-booking for any sport which is very irrelevant service. I advice to change some service methods.

Good place for hangout. Nice restaurants. Cleanliness perfect. Good staff. Helping hands. Swimming pool and games zone awesome. Specially go for panipuri food junction cafe. Good and authentic resturant saffron grills. Blu baar is one of nice place for boozing. Authentic taste of indo Chinese food in pallet of china. Best place to visit with your loved ones, family and friends.

I had booked a stay for my wedding guests here and it was the worst decision ever. They caused me alot of embarrassment amongst my guests by providing no service whatsoever. There was no room service. We had paid for rooms and breakfast but no breakfast was provided for my guests. Noone was picking up the number given for reception/housekeeping. It caused great inconvenience to my guests. I regret booking club one and would not recommend it to anyone. They should not rent out their rooms if they don't have the means to provide service to their customers.

It is good place for entertainment and it has many restaurants and sports activities pools karate classes tennis classes and many more

Everything at one place. Full points for cleanliness and management. I used Gym, swimming pool, Table tennis and carrom. Gym is very spacious and have almost all the training equipments one would to keep themself fit. Music played in the gym will definitely booat you to keep going.

Very nice club food is also tasty also and pocket friendly place, with multi activity.very neat and clean place staff is very good and polite also they arrange party, hall is also spacious, they arrange small and big party.room are very neat.help desk staff are very friendly

Had a great time in clubone on newyear party. What an awsome arrangements done by the club, food quality was good. I advice many other people to try out this place on next new year's eves party. U'll be happy to choose this place, and the awsome part is the membership in clubone is for only Rs 25,000 /- a year. U can access what all activities they have in club. I mean for 25,000 it's really too good. I'm basically from proper Mumbai, if ive too think of joining any club here in any area of Mumbai it's damm to expensive which I've to think twice to join as it gose upto lakhs for one year membership. Soo i strongly recommend virar based people to take this advantage of clubone membership. It's near yazhooka park virar weat, really good from inside, please go and have one visit u'll not be disappointed.

Very good ambience, large open spaces, helpful staff, good restaurants, tasteful decor, lots of activities for all age groups, beautifully done rooms. All-in all a complete experience for a relaxing holiday

Nice place for spending a holiday have all sorts of indoor and outdoor games, lounges, spa & gym. Near to virar station.

Everything is Perfect only the staff needs to get paid well so that they behave well with their customers

It was nice place for small and large family function. Food was delicious. Parking is issue for large number of vehicles

Nice club house with good gym and other sports facilities for kids and adults. They always have some special plans for kids during sunny vacations.

Great ambience the staff is super friendly and always ready to help. The amenities are amazing and they have an awesome turf which is must check out.

Just about an average place, beware of mosquitoes, the nicely made place needs to be maintained better and managed more professionally. It's relatively new but if not handled well can ho down on quality very quickly. The bell boys have a big expectation of a tip for every small thang they run for u, hope they learn fast and get this sorted out.

A project by reputed builders and developers Rustom Ji. Good place for night halt with better facilities.

Overall it is very good.but gym section needs modification. So much space wasted in cardio section.rest ambience is too good

The place the ambiance is good but service was very slow. But they can improve. I can say was a beautiful place.

On the occasion of Ganpati festival gym was closed on 13th sep
This was brought to notice on 12th September evening after 7pm so chances are less I can read the notice coz I come in morning.
I did call on 13th before reaching gym but line was busy So Me and my friends and other members of gym had (25to 30 people) came to gym in morning on 13th September and noticed gym was closed
I did not get any update like SMS or call and it seems the rest of the crowd faced same issue.
On 14th September today when I came in morning and informed I did not get any update.
Instead of being sorry for no early update I was told from reception women (aapki ki galti hai nahi jamta toh refund Lelo me bolti hu sir ko)
I said that's not the reply I expected from staff and I said definitely I need refund now as I can't meet such people who really don't know how to behave to a Customer.
In return the impatient staff women abused saying (Saala chutiya) and little cursing, , without even realizing customer is correct coz I didn't receive msg or call prior I have informed to Sanjeev Sir GM of Clubone and expecting a refund.
I was just expecting a humble apology for late notice, as I wasted my time
Management needs to know they are serving customers in clubone so they cannot ever disrespect customer.management is very poor and they don't understand customer first policy
I am coming for my refund of 12k by 12: 30pm as I was told about refund deti hu from an employee

If you are looking for fitness this place is v.good but i personally recommend no for gym only sports

Diverse and well maintained. Great hotel rooms too and 3 restaurants now with exciting items and food festivals.

Good infrastructure built by Evershine for Sports. All types of sports available for children and adults. Tasty food in Grill restaurant. Awesome conference Hall with good rooms.

One of the good sports complex in Virar, with nice service and price, only downside is it's far from the railway station.

For some bizzare reason the booze gave me a bad hangover. I hardly had three 60s of blenders. Not sure about the quality of booze.

Someone stole cash by breaking onto my baggage which was kept in the banquet hall and they did nothing
