Very poor service, once you give the a bike for servicing then they will list out plenty of bogus fault and then will give you big bill for normal servicing… not at all recommended… not worth service

Worst Service. Recently serviced my Royal Enfield Classic 350 CC bike, experience was really horrible.
They are not able to identify the problem and told me that it will take 4-5 days with high charges there is very big problem. We have to open front side of your bike and all.

So I went Royal Enfield Showroom, same day problem solved with genuine charges.
"SAVE YOUR ROYAL ENFIELD".

I am regular customer since 8 years. But got disappointed today at the time of billing. Found difference between oil price told when I left bike for servicing and when i received actual bill. No one was available form earlier owners, whole new set of people. They said, there might be mis understanding but I am pretty sure what i was told during estimate. Anyway, don't need any explanation since it was my last visit to this service center.

A great experience to see the bike getting good. No trust issues all looked genuine overall a very good experience.

And a good place to wait for the delivery too. (Biker's nest)

Had my R15 serviced here and the experience was good. Honest and polite staff, humble owners. They also do wraps and repairs and have tons of accessories for your bike, do visit for a great experience.
Update: subsequent servicing was not satisfactory

They have a professional mechanic for royal Enfield. I installed the strobe light and they installed it properly without cutting any wire.

I've modified my dad's passion plus from the pimple saudagar branch. And trust me they do genuine work. It has some cruiser and retro cafe look. Can say a mix of it. It did cost me 50K. Depends on what you add on. But yes they are really good at it, you gonna like it tbh.

Very rude staff. Ir you go there and ask your doubts they won't even bother to reply and answer properly. They'll charge the rates as per their mood. Which is very high compared to market. Not recommended.

Recently purchased this jawa classic from clutch and gear. Ranjeet ji ensures that each customer returns home with a smile. Amazing service. Polite staff. Best thing is they remain in very close touch post purchase to provide any service a customer needs.

Great work. The modified seat just looks like the original, but larger. I wanted to increase the comfort of pillion rider and this workshop did the best work. Finishing is nice in the interiors, maybe that could have been a little more perfect.
The work is really good. The back seat is now comfortable with extra cushioning. The material used exactly matches my carbon fibre original print.
The cost was ₹1350 which is worth it in my opinion.

Not at all good experience with this money making garage. Gave my activa for servicing and they had charged around 2.5k including GST but I am still facing multiple issues with activa. Went couple of time and they were suggesting to change the part for which they had charged 1k at the time of servicing. Disappointed with servicing.

My experience with them was very very bad. These people are just bluffing and playing with the time and money of others. They kept me waiting for a whole day. They said they'll get the original spare part from showroom and get my issue fixed but instead they were searching the replica in NanaPeth.
When I confronted them for the same they started misbehaving.

Addressing to all the premium bike owners. Don’t consider visiting the place. Went there to get charging point fixed on my Kawasaki versys front panel. Manager told me can be done. However the service boy tried to go with short cut without opening the panel n aggressively tried creating space in between the panel which could have damaged the panel. When asked him what is he trying to do bluntly said “itna time nahi hain ki panel Khol ke Kare 1 ghanta lagega”. This all happened in front of manager and even he didn’t do anything about the same. Very incompetent and unprofessional.

Went for service, asked me to change unnecessary front disc.and gues what? Not working after service
Plus right indicator not working.

Requires constant follow up from customer end. Roadside assistajce service is however highly appreciable.

The shop was really really good, staff was so polite and loyal. The servicing cost is minimal and I have very good experience with Cluthch and Gear. Highly recommended for servicing as well as for Modification.

Very costly place. I was enquiring for cushion fitting for my FZ, they it will cost around 2000-2500. I enquired outside and got the deal for cheap.

The propreiter was very courteous and professional. Apart from that they are completely transparent about their dealings. They'll even let you sit in while they do the repairs in front of you. The rates are also at par with the quality of service provided.
All in all, it's a good experience.

The #WORST AND #FRAUD SERVICE CENTER IN PUNE.

The manager here won't disclose the information about service implemented clearly, and will make excuses after asking about issues.
The workers here aren't trained for professional performance bikes, I MUST SAY THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT mopeds, they are just a bike service center for BICYCLES which are meant to be dead.

The servicing of bike is good here, they have got their own washing center, all the brands of bike engine oil is available there.

Store manager Anuj is very helpful and understand customers concerns and tries his best to address/resolve those concerns.

Been customer of C & G for 2 years now. Have been coming over to them all the time for service for both of bikes. Service cost is more, but the work done on bike is also very good. Best part is you can always rely on them that if there is any problem even after a week or days, you can always come back to them and get it fixed.

All kind of bike service, affordable prices. Spare parts of bike are avalable. Well connected to road.

Very bad service I have to take my bike 3 times after servicing also and still they have not fixed the issue.

My experience to this shop is very bad two bike give for maintenance but sorry to say that both time the work done by them not satisfactory.

On the 2 nd day of servicing my bike had oil leakage. I think service man has carborator check in servicing. Though It happens, really disappointed by the service given. Earlier when Sunny mechanic was there he does servicing really good but now he left the job. So I won't recommend this now.

My experience has really been great. Owner, Mr. Ranjit Singh personally took care of the schedule as I was coming from distance. Unnecessary expenses were avoided and focus was on pure service. And of course it’s a mechanical thing and things may go wrong sometimes so he also ensured that in case any problem I face after service, I’m always open to visit him and it will be taken care of on priority. I guess that’s all a great service can be.

Despite being a regular customer of Clutch & Gear, this time it was a big disappointment. I had an issue of chain cover for my bike, while giving for service I mentioned about the issue and got the response as don't worry it will be fixed in servicing. But the issue wasn't resolved, I contacted one of the person there and he told will get back to me after checking the details and no response from the team. Further I also mentioned the same issue in the feedback which I recieved after few days, but no luck. The amount which is charged for regular servicing doesn't feel to be spent well when the expectations aren't met.

Very good place to have helmets, bike accessories and servicing. You can get well maintained 2nd hand bikes in a very good price.

Totally bad experience

For the first time I went here and asked for 'engine flush' he handed me '3M engine oil plus' and said that this is engine flush. After googling and reading the description I came to know that what was sold to me is not engine flush but just an additive. Also, they don't have any variety of engine oils just Motul yet no discounts offered. 350 Rs.per service, which is pretty average and 120 for chain cleaning and lube. 1250 for 5 services in 12 months. Overall nothing special so a no go for me.

A trusted place to leave your ride be taken care of properly. A definite 5 star. Been going here since a year for servicing. Good quality stuff here. Also really cool store articles.

On the very first day, after getting my bike from showroom, I visited here for doing some modifications, First day I fit a Mobile Holder with USB Charger. After that I visited tis store two more times, today I chnaged my all 4 indicators to leds, and fit led inside the air vent beside fuel tank. Adjusted Knuckle Guard as required. The best part I felt about clutch and gear, is their behavior towards customer and appealing nature. They never look annoyed, irrespective of how many questions you asked to them. Labour charge is little on the higher side but still I prefer to do changes by them because they give time to the service and do the necessary changes according to you, no matters how many times you changed your mind. If you wanna see trials of every change they will show you before final chnage.
I recommend to visit this place once, You will not be disappointed.

I have serviced my bike Pulsar 200 NS here on 13 Jul 2019. I think they don't know how to do the bike servicing properly. From next day my bike started giving issues. I revisited the service center thrice (from my busy schedule) and the guy have checked the issue, did something and now again it is giving the same problem (even worst than before). Apart from that It is so costly as compared to other service centers and servicing also not good. Because of them I need to spend more money now to get those things repaired and my disk plate also got burnt because of their negligence. I won't recommend this service center to anyone and I also won't go there. The overall experience is very disappointing for me.

Service is NOT as expected to what money u charge for it
Servicing done nicely but charge much if i compare servicing with local garage service both are same so your servicing is not matched the cost u charge but servicing is nice and trustworthy just more care should be taken care as per bike need as my bike (Pulsar 200 NS 2013 model) is 7 years old following things should be taken care or checked
1) Petrol tank cleaning
2) Engine cleaning
3) wheel Alignment
4) wheel Bearing checks
5) Carburetor cleaning
6) All screws of parts are tightly fitted or not
my bike is making sound while crossing road holes and speed breaker like something is not tighten.
7) Bikes broken part should be welded
my bike leg guard is not fixed by your garage due to lack of gas welding.
8) Tyre status should be checked
because my rear Tyre has a small puncture but that is not been detected due to lack of Tyre check
9) if this things Have been covered then the high labor charges u cost that will be satisfied otherwise local garage servicing is also cover thing in very less amount which u cover in your servicing.just as per your ambiance charges are fine but it should be matched to bikes servicing then a biker like me will be very very happy.

10) Main thing that i was not able to see my bike while it was been serviced i was sitting outside. As he told me to see through glass but distance was too away and i cant see what exactly is happening while my bike was been serviced.still i let it to be otherwise i never give my bike behind me.

If this things are done in the your service center then the costing will be fine otherwise i am feeling like my money is wasted because servicing was like other local garage servicing and it took very less charges than your servicing.i know my expectation is way too high but still if its been matched to 60% then the money will be worth it.

Otherwise garage persons were nice and polite servicing was nice my bike is perfectly working and feels like serviced.

It was my 1st visit t9 this garage.one of my friends suggested this place. Experince was awesome as they serviced my activa very nicely. Its my 5 years old baby and i just felt as it was in showroom condition. I really dont have any idea what they did but it feels like i just bought new one.highly recommended
