This is my first time in Bombay and not only that I loved the city but also I found Mr. Rafiq's service par excellence. The chefs and other stewards/stewardess are also worth lots of appreciation. The food was amazing. Thank you so much for making my memories in Bombay so memorable.

Rafiq the server at the restaurant was very helpful and gave proper recommendations catering to our taste

Whenever I have been to this Restaurant its been a pleasure. I love Paneer Butter Masala and Daal Makhani in this restaurant.one also gets parking since they have valet parking.even their buffet is amazing.

I strongly recommend this restaurant, bit expensive but worth it.

Copper chimney is a fine dine restaurant for North Indian and mughlai dishes. Chur chur naan, butter chicken, famous dal maharaja (makhani), mutton Barra kebab are delicious. Chello kebab was disastrous. Service was good. Price is on the higher side.

Worst tandoori chicken I ever had in my life. I ordered it on swiggy. It seems they make this tandoori as a raw material for other chicken dishes. It tasted like eating raw spices and curd (absolutely disgusting). It had no taste and was burnt bones ends. Feeling sick after eating a small portion of it.

Milestone in fine dining. Offers good food and extreme hospitality.

Recommended for nice dining experience.

Wholesome authetic punjabi food thier dal makhani is out of the world and the paneer tikka equally good another good variety is the roomali roti

Love their kabuli naan, paneer and daal maharaja!

Good ambience not so delicious food and service quite slow. Been to CC many times previously and enjoyed food as well as service but today it was average.

Sincere request to improve your service. I did not like the service. The waiter just left the food at the table.
The portion size was written group. But it was a regular size.like u get at any resturant. Too limited options to order from.
I had ordered lassi. Which was not that great.
The sweet dish Muzaffar. Was suppose to be rabdi. But tasted like condensed milk.

Only good thing is location (for that 1 star else zero).
food is expensive and not worth price.who adds boiled chicken pieces in tomato gravy and serve it as butter chicken/murg makhni.they should understand history of this dish from moti mahal where it originated.always barbequed chicken (tandoori chicken) is added with loads of cream n butter.and the dish served to us did NOT had these elements.when i raised this issue, i was told this is their recipe!
anyways.save your money and avoid!

Brilliant food and great service. Even on a weekend when it was pretty crowded, service was fast and staff were very courteous and helpful.

Good ambience, valet parking available. You have to pay good cost for it.
Regarding food quality you can guess, 'as per cost'

Kept to it legacy. Still serves best Avadhi cuisine in Mumbai.ate after 35 years and still find same zaika in food.

Food was not up to the mark considering the price. Very few dishes available now due to Covid. All the dishes were tasteless. Food from a local dhaba tastes better than what is served here. Won't advice anyone to visit there are far more better places around. Few starters were not cooked properly.

Copper Chimney is one of the oldest and legendary place in Indian fine dining. The special visit to its Kalaghoda and Worli outlets have been a childhood mainstay. Copper Chimney puts up a class act when it comes to the ambience. It has a well-lit positive vibe with large spaces. Their service is top notch and the staff is well trained.

Coming to the food, whether you are a vegetarian or a meat lover, you would not leave here unsatisfied with the food.

Appetizers:

Hung Curd Tikki - there is a difference between Dahi Kebab and Tikki. These were small. Shallow fried till golden with filling of Cheese and Thick curd and a bit of aromatic spices.

Mains:

Tandoor Grills - Paneer Corn Seekh - This had a good texture. Served in skewers. Minced cottage cheese and corn with fresh herbs. Good sheen. Taste - Subtle. Goes well with the Chutney.

Specials - 1972 dishes (recipe) Smoked Pepper Chicken Chop. Original recipe when they started in 1972. Juicy/succulent. Roasted chicken marinated with Nutmeg/white pepper/cream and fresh mild green chillies Tandoored. A bit Smokey.

Achari Chicken Tikka - again old school. This is grilled chicken (chunks/Big pieces) One associates this dish from Amritsar. Here they have sprinkled Amritsari spices giving a chargrilled flavour. Balanced well. Glaze was good. Soft/Juicy/tender.

Desserts:

Gulab Jamun: Tiny pieces with crushed almonds/Pistachio. This was dipped in saffron syrup.

I would recommend this place to all people who are looking for good fine dine place and wanted to have quality time with the family.

Was highly disappointed this time coz the food here i knownis great specially paneer.bt this time not even one dish was aplicable. First ever place to add potato to Mix Veg.and dint even know Rabri's colour tomwards copper orange (sam rabri and roasted sewai desert).

The food was average and not as great as expected. The service was excellent.

They followed all covid guidelines but still tables are too near and fully occupied

Very limited menus and hardly any options to order.

Usually there is a waiting hence requested to book in advance.

The staff never removed the masks and really impressed by the service.

Overall average experience and I feel they ca improve on food quality.

Copper Chimney is one restaurant I can count on for some delicious and healthy food.since forever.

They have an interesting Summer Menu on offer and I decided to order from that menu!

The Kadoo Tikki was the only way that I even want to eat Kadoo.but the star was definitely the Punjab Palak Pakoda Kadhi! I also ordered my favourite Ghosht Dum Biryani which was delicious as always

I'm very picky when it comes to Indian food because for most restaurants, Indian food is all about the spice; very few truly let ingredients shine. Copper Chimney is a true gem amongst the rest. Every meal at or ordered from Copper Chimney will always be remembered. This time around, I ditched the classics and settled for the summer menu. While the greed was for all that mango on the menu, the phool makhana kadhi left me amazed. Let's just say that the taste of it still lingers on. Of course there was a side of butter chicken because no meal from Copper Chimney is complete without it. The mango Muzaffar is highly recommend too.

We ordered summer specials from Copper chimney the other day & OH MY GOD! I was simply in love with their latest menu! Right from the packaging and maintaining all safety protocols, everything was bang on! I was a bit sceptical about the mango dahi bhalla, but it was the best best best thing ever! A must have! Proper blend and combination of taste. The pakode kadhi was so good, the aromas made me drool even more. The mango Muzzafar dessert was the perfect end to this awesome and wholesome meal. They are having a 10% flat discount as they deliver in house! Order NOWWW! ️️️️

I recently ordered food from this place, and also tried their summer menu.
I must say that the packaging was amazing, totally loved it and it was a contactless delivery so I was happy.
And what to say about food, it is delicious as always, I am eating from this place from past 2 years and they have never disappointed me. The food is always classy and tasty, loved their summer menu, the kadhi pakora was superb, the mango Muzaffar was yummy its a must try. The dahi bhalla was also good. Received piping hot food so the indian breads were so nice and fresh!

Copper Chimney has recently launched its summer menu.

With the current lockdown, best thing to do is order in from these guys.

I have to say I am biased cause I have always loved the food at Copper Chimney and for most, the food did not disappoint me. The Besan Kofta Kadhi had to me my pick from this menu. Also the Mango Muzaffar was quite nice.

Overall the food came packed well, was hot and delicious.

Since we have been fans of #Copperchimney since forever and din have anything from outside in the whole lockdown time, I said yes only cause it was a meal from the worli outlet The first bite and the aroma from the palak pakoda Kadhi took me back to the Worli outlet! When we say it's a summer Menu it cannot go without mango and their special mango dahi bhalla was something I had for the first time and trust me if you are a mango fan, you have to try it! I wasn't sure about the Kadoo ki tikki cause that's also something I was gonna have for the first time but surprisingly it was super yummy and dipping it in the green chutney just filled up the flavours in my mouth. A complete and filling experience which we all loved and specially mom cause she got a break from cooking at home. Thanks @copperchimney_in for this lovely meal, can't wait to visit the outlet!

As usual our family get together on Navroze day was a bit disappointing as the menu was limited and not as usual one and on booking too they did not informed us.
Well but the sitting arrangements was highly appreciated due to COVID restrictions and was taken well care.

CC (Copper Chimney) achieved good points for their health and safety during this pandemic. I felt safe and clean at the restaurant. The staff were serious and dedicated to providing good service. The food was okay. I have experienced similar flavours at different restaurants in the city—significant room for improvement in the quality and quantity of produce. I will visit again, but not excited.

Excellent. Service was at par. Non veg platter was delicious. Deserts were yummy. Although the Chicken biryani was quite OK. Also on zomato website they are advertising buffet lunch but actually it is not there due to the currebt scenario. Understanble, but wrong info should not be available to customers.

For the price, taste is OK.
One dish that deserves 5 star is Jhinga (Prawns) Tandoori.

Biryani was a disappointment.

Copper Chimney to me is 48 years of consistently great North Indian food with amazing hospitality. Having dined at Copper Chimney time & again, with friends, family, colleagues, loved ones, the place has given me great memories over delectable food & a great environment.

Recently visited Copper Chimney & was absolutely impressed by the safety measures & precautions taken by the team -
Glass partitions in between tables to avoid contact with other guests
Sanitized sealed cutlery packets for each guest
Dining kit for each diner - it includes tissues, toothpick, mukhwaas, etc
Face shields, masks & gloves adorned by each server

The food was as expected - delicious and hearty. Absolutely love the chaats, Copper signature veggie platter, chelo rice, Bazaar ke chole, spiced Punjabi potatoes, dal makhani and muzaffar.

Really a great place to treat your palate with some great ambience and mouth watering food.
An elaborate buffet, with a live chaat counter, plenty of salads to choose from, and a good mix of main course from different parts of India, one may feel like dozing off for an afternoon nap, after a sumptuous meal.
But since we came from office for a lunch, we had to rush back to the office.
A must visit place, if you are in South Mumbai, and wish to treat your taste buds.
(Cost would be around ₹1000/- per person for buffet lunch on weekdays.)

This place I have been going since childhood. I love this place. Esp the buffet. Amazing spread. You won't regret going here.

AmaZing restaurant the food is great and even helped us customise the food for my daughter what I really liked about the place was the waiters never said no for anything and they were polite enough to help me with any food changes also they have basically wait I would describe as half plate or full plate which is very good because you would never waste food and order only as much as is required

Nice delicious Veg and Non Veg food. Good food quality as well as quantity is ok. Alcohol is also served alongwith cocktails if one is alcohol lover. Place is very easy to notice while driving. Also they have a huge restaurant as compared to many others. The place is known for its long history. Overall a very satisfactory visit. Loved the food items ordered. Would love to visit again. You can never go wrong at CC. Wonderful place, tasty food, good & clean ambience. Just a bit upscale, but good things in life are not cheap.

Food is good, but not the best Indian I have eaten, in fact, it has scope for quite a bit of improvement. The Chicken Tikka's were actually fried, and didn't have the punch, overall, nothing outstanding.

My absolute favorite place when it comes to North Indian cuisine. What I love most about this place is that their food quality has been consistent throughout these years. You can order absolutely anything from their a la carte menu or their elaborate lunch buffet.
The must-haves at this place is their kadak roomali roti, kebabs platter, dal makhani, roomali roti and indian desserts. You can also opt for wheat roomali roti (for those health freaks out there) which is equally delicious.
Definitely add this place to your list if you still haven't tried it!

Good food options and ideal location. Only issue is the valet parking takes hours to get the car back once parked with them.

Great food. The ambience needs improvement commensurate with the prices as all dishes are on the higher side. It's too noisy! Otherwise, one can definitely go for the food

We went on a Saturday.and the place was crowded.may be because of that ;the service was poor. They served one starter and we have to wait for 30 minutes for next starter. After we finished 2 starters they came with beer that also after we made complaint

Went here on a Thursday lunch, the place was surprisingly full. Food is delicious here, nice ambience and it is reasonably priced too. Totally worth it

Starters are good in taste as I compair this with main course, we had veg food their from which surprisingly tadka daal is too good as compair to paneer and mushroom dishes.decoration is nice. It's very huge place good for family/office parties.

The ambiance is good but i didn't like the food much in that respect found it expensive bcoz it's not value for money and if your looking for quite lunch don't go for peak hrs

Buffet lunch is nothing to write home about. Fish was bland and the ragda pattice was so so. Desserts were run of the mill. Salads were good though. The place is centrally located and a traditional one to hold large gatherings in but it must improve flavors and service, both.

The place has been a part of the mumbai Panjabi food landscape for long enough that they have photos of Dilip Kumar gracing the place.

The choice of food has remained the same over the years and "was" consistently good. The kebabs, dabba chart, kadam roomali are definitely things to try

One the best places for authentic North India cuisine, Copper Chimney is one of the rare restaurants to have managed to retain it's popularity since the early 2000's. They've got an amazing buffet lunch option. However, dinner is only a la carte.
The quality of the paneer used in all their dishes is simply fantastic, it's got a "melt-in-your-mouth" texture. Amongst the chicken dishes, for starters the Reshmi Kebab is mildly spiced but full of flavour. For main course, you've gotta try the Butter Chicken with Roomali Roti or Naan. They've got a good choice of traditional Indian desserts in the rare event that you've still got some space left after eating the starters and mains.
