Frequently I am looking for a good hotel in mumbai, and found this Courtyard by Marriott on my preferred Location. The best hotel and A massive Response of all staffing and well managed. Cleaning and Service make you highly recommended. Thank you.
It's a really good hotel with excellent service.very well maintained property.the rooms were clean and tidy.hospitality and services is perfect.and a very nice staff. Good scenery and location is a cherry on the top.the size of the room was great and bathroom was very clean
Recently i had the experience of visiting and staying, and it's beyond my expectations. The hotel staff was welcome me warmly and behaviour is so nice making me so comfortable. The room was so clean and well-managed. All amenities available which i asked for. Hotel located at very nice surroundings, feel so relaxed and happy during the stay. I give complete 5 star for this 4 star hotel and recommend to anyone looking for a comfy and great stay.
I must say that the hotel is absolutely marvelous. The service, room, and employees are all brilliant. The staff is so welcoming and kind, and the location is great. The rooms are spacious, and the food and hygiene are fantastic. The food is outstanding and has a wide variety of options. The spa also offers many treatments and everything offered is of top-notch quality. It's a great place to spend time with your family. The hotel has an elegant look and beautiful ambiance, making it a pleasure to stay there. Overall, I assure you that it's worth staying here.
It’s a preferred property for my corporate office for any conference/ meeting or training at a large scale they have big conferences and awesome food also location is 12-15 minutes drive from Airport which makes it a good option
Nice place to be when in city, Although we were the for a Christmas staycation, but stay was very comfortable and memorable. Rooms are cozy and well maintained, staff is very friendly and food was awesome with good variety in breakfast, which was the most enjoyable part of our entire stay. Will definitely stay there whenever possible. Only request to the hotel, have health faucets fitted in all your rooms
Good place in terms of keeping up with the Marriott name. But it's just a treat for the eyes. Food is a 2.5 star for taste. 4 for the presentation. Managing staff would score a 3.5 star. Housekeeping, security staff would score a 4. Overall being rated a 4 star Hotel is like being over rated Actual 3 star is the best it can do.

Positives: Wide variety and spread. Good quality for most of the items. They have great options in Indian, Chinese and Continental cuisine. The food was absolutely amazing. Also, the ambience is so perfect to spend your quality time with your family and friends. The staff here is well trained and so attentive.
Negatives: No negative points as I feel. Overall, I am really glad to come here for a lovely brunch.

Was here for wedding at the ground floor hall. The hall was good enuf to hold 200 odd people. Seperate dinning place and an outdoor lawn was setup with tables.
Very good hotel best for private party.they don't ask for any kind of document for gust and also you can carry your drink and food no restrictions.but on 31 st they charge for extra glass and ice bucket? Hotel is no smoking but you can inside room no fire alarm effects.
In Mumbai one of the best from all hotels which I already have visited. Hospitality 5plus:) food super good, staff amazingly comfortable for clients, everything super good.laundry extremely high quality, gym!
Courtyard Marriot is a 5 star category Hotels having various restaurants with serving different cusines. Located at andheri east very close to airport and western express highway. There are banquets and varoius categories of Rooms and club and various facilities for business and family like.
It is a nice place the only problem I feel others might face is the placement of rooms it's quite confusing otherwise it's one of the finest hotels for staying experience as well as you can plan a wedding or any other functions.
Great ambience right in the heart of the suburbs at Andheri (East). The staff were very courteous and efficient when I visited and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was delectable and so was the service. Overall great experience at the Courtyard
They don't give value for your money Worst food served people spend huge money for there children s marriage and you serve them cold and tasteless food
Awesome experience. Worth every penny spent on the stay. Pros: 1. Food at Umrao restaurant in the hotel was excellent, especially a special dish made from Litchi. Drinks were also exceptional. 2. Rooms are neat and clean with state of art facility 3. Within room ironing facility is available
Cons: 1. Breakfast was below average, most of the food was cold and juices were felt more like water
Every time i ate breakfast here i had to run across to take a big dump in the toilet the service is very good tho and the food too maybe i just ate too much
Stay was good, but i suppose i have missed apple air pod in my room during stay from 21.09.2021 to 23.09.2021 at room no 817.i have called many times, but still i have not received any response from the hotel
It was very much peaceful stay at courtyard Marriott and mainly the complete staff is well behaved and polite. From managers to room service. Great amenities.
We had a buffet dinner, very bad experience, taste wise, service wise and very limited choices in veg Not good spread in dessert also. Not happy with the dinner
Had a very important meeting in Mumbai. Chose courtyard by Marriott for my stay. Woke up on 5th Oct to muddy water in washrooms. Complained to the front desk was told nothing much can be done. Eventually was fixed but had to leave without shower.
As the image of Courtyard is outside, the experience is a bit different from inside. I always thought (I don’t know why) Courtyard is a little downgraded (Brand B) brand by the Marriott. But the first impression was pleasant, and it felt like being in a premium property. Starting from the entrance gate, to the lobby, to the cafe, to the washrooms. I could feel it was no less. Haven’t really got a chance to stay here, but whenever I do, I will share my experience here.
Worst experience for a 4 star hotel. The rooms which we got didn't have a lock in the bathroom and nor did they have a jet spray. On complaining we were first given a plastic bucket and a mug. After a lot of fighting, we finally got a room with a lock in the bathroom and a jet spray. They even said they'd charge for getting extra glasses to our room. The dinner and the spread was horrible. Please go for other hotels in Mumbai which are much better than this one.
It is a great experience to dine here. Very tasty food and varieties of veg and nv items with proper tagging is seen. Varieties of sweets, ice creams, and a class restaurant ambience and bar are ready to serve.
Budget hotel in close proximity to the International airport and many other places commercial and residential. Good courteous staff, spacious lobby, all covid protocols followed, in-house restaurant is good which gives one an option of buffet lunch/dinner or ala carte, the same sitting area serves as a coffee shop too. It has a good connectivity by road, metro and local train. One also has an option of dinning out as there are quite a few restaurants around the hotel.
They should be stripped of 5 star rating poorest hospitality unprofessional staff they charged me extra asked account details for refund and now won't pick up calls also. Very disappointed
I didn't have the experience which I assumed I would have. Pandemic was the excuse for all the inadequacies. Didn't live up to a four star property publicity.
It's a four star rated hotels. Covid-19 safety protocols are followed by them. Staffs are very cooperative. Ambience are are also very good. Jain foods are also available.
Ambiance, decor and all the obvious were great as you expect from a 5 star hotel but the covid safety precautions taken were not the best as compared to other hotels within mumbai. For instance, the staff were wearing masks but no shields, the guests that came to the buffet counters weren't told to wear masks and the counters were not protected with glass for covid safety as some other 5 star hotels do. Otherwise temperature checks and sanitizers were provided at appropriate times.
We stayed for a night, transiting from Mumbai Airport. They hotel was very close to the airport, and the rooms and lobby was beautiful and worth the price paid for.
We got a room upgrade, and the Executive Pool View Room 838 on the 8th Floor, and the the Executive City View Room 839 were super great. For the price we got directly from Marriott Bonvoy, it was a steal deal.
We needed assistance with the car park, and Mr Hemant was highly receptive of our requests, and accommodated all of them. At the check-in, Ms, Prachi was warm and lovely.
I am deeply impressed by their breakfast menu as well.
Overal, great stay, warm hospitality, highly recommend.

Big thanks to chef Harshal and Akshay for making the stay really comfortable with lots of delicacys made to order.especially for us. Patience to know the guest needs and exicusion is must which chef Harshal and Akshay was best at. Such Briliant people should be appointed as the senior levels of marriot groups.
This Hotel should not be a Marriott very bad guest services After being advice management about orher guest in the adjoining rooms smoking they didnt care I also spoke with the GM of yhis property Babita Kanwar who didnt care didnt apologise after being advised i have breathing issies and extremely allergic to smoke. I showed Ms Kanwar pictures of cigarette packets thrown ohtside these room Ms Kanwar said I dont need to see this pics all customers take pictures nothing new. Ms Kanwar ignored my issue and concerns. Ms Kanwar didnt have decency in her being a GM of this Courtyard By Marriott to be caring and apologize to a Platinum Member who is loyal to Marriotta Ms Kanwar is not a professional who belongs in hospitality industry. Its a shame Marriott International promots such behavior by their Management
Tried the breakfast spread at the courtyard by Marriott and have been visiting this ever since. The breakfast menu is varied and has a lot to offer. I loved the freshly baked muffins and bread which I was told are baked freshly every morning. The live counter also has indian as well as continental options which is really good. There is something for everyone.
I frequently travel to Mumbai on business and very often stay at this Courtyard Marriott hotel. It is very near the Mumbai International Airport and conveniently located in the same compound as our office. Staff are all friendly and rooms are spacious. Bathroom only has shower booth without bath tub. Lobby area is spacious and breakfast buffet is good. Pool area is a nice place to relax. Hotel internet is one of the best and fastest I've experienced in India allowing up to 10 devices.
Thank you for an awesome and memorable stay at the courtyard Marriott. The staff were outstanding. Asif from the front desk was exceptional. He was very polite, courteous and went above and beyond in making out stay so memorable. I truly believe he is a great ambassador for the Marriott brand. From the moment we checked in to our checkout, Asif was outstanding. Also, a special mention to Pranali from the front desk for providing outstanding service. The breakfast had a wide selection and was a highlight of our day. The f & b were very attentive and always ready to help. The housekeeping team were also excellent. Overall, we had an amazing stay.
Visited Ark 2.0 for a few drinks. Quite a good place for a dinner date. Reasonably priced. Good food. The staff is super friendly but also quite professional. The drinks are topclass! Will post more pictures later. Definitely deserves another visit.
We recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott Mumbai. While the property appears beautiful on surface level there are many unrefined features of it as well as professionalism issues. As a Gold Elite Member, I sought out a rep to check in. I find that I typically am willing to forgive a few mistakes but there were many issues multiple times each day during my 2 night stay. Here is a list: -At check in I was told the second night had been cancelled which was untrue (then had to dig up my second confirmation number to prove otherwise) -No upgrade offered for Gold, no reason given -Assured I would be given the 15% off discount on all food/beverage purchases at hotel bars/restaurants but every single time had to ask for the bill to be adjusted since they tried to charge full price -Booked a Full Day English speaking guide tour of Mumbai via hotel and promised that they would be fluent in English; while I can speak some Hindi, our guests from the US could not speak/understand Hindi so they had a hard time with the tour -Told by multiple staff that there was a do not disturb button in my room; they said 'you are not looking properly'. When asked them to provide step by step instructions on how to locate it, they were not able to walk us through this -I was not able to locate this do not disturb button after 30 mins of searching and unclear instructions -Finally I asked one of the staff who was in a nearby hallway to show me where the do not disturb button was, they too were not able to locate the so called do not disturb button -Is this some sort of construction inconsistency? -Then there was not a do not disturb sign placard to affix to the door knob either in the room (only one about towels), a cleaning staff member went and manually brought one up later -Our travel companion's room (437) had the bathroom door knobs attached backwards such that if you went into the bathroom alone, you were trapped in. Her husband was always able to let her out however this is a safety risk for a solo traveller -The wake up call came on the wrong day. On our rest day wake up call came at 4 am, even though it was specified that it was for Wed Nov 21. -The staff at the Momo Cafe were very confused about the rates of B/L/D there and had one woman insist that both breakfast and dinner were 1850 rupees. Finally when the manager came over they clarified that breafast was 975 rupees -No one at the hotel seems to know the true operating hours of the pool/gym/sauna. And finally the information is missing from the guide in the room and/or incorrect. I was told the pool closed at 9pm, 10 pm, 10: 30 pm, 11 pm by different staff which was very confusing -At the pool, my father and I went to get in the water. I had to undergo some strange inspection of my swimming outfit and they allowed my father to enter the pool but not myself. They said it was some sort of policy that my swim shorts are to be made of 'lycra waterproof material' never in my whole life have I heard of such a strange demand. Also the pool staff knew such little English it was hard for them to convey anything properly. -The hot tub adjacent to the pool is the same temperature as the pool
We have been left very disappointed after being excited about our first visit to Mumbai. My wife worked for the luxury hotel industry in India for some time and was appealed at my recount. We have traveled to over 40 countries as travel bloggers and this is one of the worse experiences I have had. I am sorry to say that I definitely would never stay here again.
Cannot recommend enough! Would not stay anywhere else. I wanted somewhere quiet with clean rooms and close to Santa Cruz. This hotel from day one was better than we expected! We had noise issues so beware if you are staying on the first floor as there is a club and other event rooms directly below. Music kept us awake til 6am ish but the hotel moved us and compensated serveral times. They take every opportunity to make you feel special and treat you like royalty. Nothing is too much trouble and whilst a few staff members say no, most are very trained to accommodate individual needs. Room was spotless and room service was presented exceptionally. Portions were very big so with three of us one or two dishes were fine. Rickshaws and taxis come outside so you don't need to walk far and security is efficient. Only feedback I'd give is bigger beds to reflect the room price. We paid a lot more than the other hotels were charging but you pay for what you get! I'm sensitive to food poising however they took cream out of the fridge for me and I are everything they had (except dairy) but did not get ill. Try the waffles & cream, it's amazing! Sweet lime juice is so good! Our favourite waitor was Sahil who went above and beyond, could not fault his dedication to provide excellent customer service. The buffet breakfast was being closed and when I asked for a lime juice that was no longer available one staff member said not possible but Sahil went and got it straight away. They need to learn from his customer orientated attitude!
Food and presentation are so awesome. One more remarkable thing I observed that they make different pictures of vegetables, food dishes and fruits over a dinning and kitchen passages. And at the bottom side they arrange and decorate exact foods in pictures. So yammmi
