Then The Central Minister *HON. Nitin Gadakari* Has Asked All The Hotel Operators To Provide Toilet, Shower, And Rest facility To The All Drivers. Why Is It All On The Paper? *Sir*, Today I Am 15/02/2024. On *06: 40 Am*. When I Went To Shower, I Was Escorted Out By Your Supervisor In A Very Rude Manner. Your Supervisor Says That Outside Drivers Should Not Bath here, Then Sir. When We Took Our Guest From Mumbai stayed In Your Hotel For Two Or Three Days, Where Should Outside Drivers Go For Toilet And Bath? So That You Will Make Appropriate Suggestions To Your Hotel Management.
This is my second time staying at this hotel in the past 3 months. Both times the service has been amazing. The best server has been Anushka at the lounge.
Buffet is best for Non veg foodies, they have very few items in A la carte for vegetarians, They need to improve 100% on their digital menu, If you go for dinner you end up much time I reading breakfast and lunch menu.
If you are coming to Chakan or staying here in this locality. Courtyard is the only place to go have some good time with your friends and family. Had gone alone for a quick coffee and the staff out there they pampered me and took good care. Enjoy
It was amazing experience to spend a weekend at Courtyard Marriott hotel Chakan. Staff members including reception, manager are very polite, supporting and friendly.
This hotel is good for the visitors visiting chakan industrial area. This looks like a 3-4 star hotel. I just visited one of my friend who was staying there. Rooms are spacious. Buffet is ok but not worth 1250 Rs. You don't have any other option to eat out nearby. Also this hotel is very far from city.
This is the only place available for good food and stay in the industrial area of Chakan in Pune. It surely meets the expectations of the Marriott brand!
We stayed here for 4 nights in Jul'21. Courtyard by Marriott, Chakan is pretty much the only option of its kind in the vicinity of the Chakan industrial area i.e it's a professionally run, business hotel with leisure and recreation services. It's hard to miss on the Talegaon-Chakan Road. Given its proximity to industries, it wasn't surprising to see more people during the weekdays. In fact, when we checked in on a Saturday, things were quieter.
This is a spacious property like many other Courtyards with an equally spacious parking lot at the rear of the hotel. That said, they do let many vehicles park in front of the hotel. They've got a few indoor games in the large foyer: a table each of carrom, table tennis and foosball.
The front desk personnel were as professional and accommodating. They ushered in a birthday surprise (on request) for my wife with a cake and song to boot. Our request to extend our stay by a day was met at the last minute despite an increase in visitors. Overall, we had a great experience with the management.
The room was spacious with a king size bed, a couch, working chair and desk, dining table, mini-fridge, kettle, liquor glasses and a closet. What I liked was an ample number plug points which obviated the need for a power bridge that I carry as a matter of custom when I travel owing to the usual paucity of plug points at most hotels.
The food spreads for breakfast, lunch and dinner are a highlight here especially given the rather minuscule difference between the package deal amounts excluding and including meals. MoMo Cafe is the name of their in-house brand that serves the spreads. Each spread is as lavish as it gets with options galore for vegetarians, yolk-folk, fish lovers and poultry eaters. I didn't see any seafood options during our stay. They have a special thing for potatoes with each lunch and dinner menu serving 2-3 different kinds of potato dishes and once, 4. North Indian, South Indian, Maharashtrian and Chinese options dominate, in that order. They have a large, DIY salad bar, a range of yogurts, a range of dessert options to round off their food offering. One of their Chefs, Mr. Mahadevan, was particularly amiable towards us and made sure our requests were promptly attended to.
We went in for a package deal that included all three meals and 20% off on their Tattva Spa services. At Tattva Spa, the spa folk provided a good spa experience to round off what was a memorable stay.
Food is good but staff's behaviours are not good as they say lots of staff are new so you might get humiliated by any of the staff and their superiors will say sorry they are new.
Best place I have ever stayed. The ambience was good & the hospitality offered by the team was amazing. Food was delicious with lot of options to choose from. Altogether amazing experience.
The Service at this Hotel is super. We had gone for a staycation with friends and there was a baby with us. The staff are extremely courteous and efficient. The response to any request is prompt. The food also is good. Room cleaniness hygine is topmost.
Staff is so welcoming, they follow all the covid guidelines, rooms were near and clean, rooms were throurely sanitized, service is so quick, well maintained property
Attended a two-day wedding here. Property is good, though way far off from central Pune, which is understandable because it’s meant for people who’re visiting the MIDC, etc. That hampers it’s connectivity. Food was strictly okay.
Amazing' experience outrageous food, followed by the service's were upto the Mark the management were very polite and friendly with us! ️? Especially the head MR. Rajendra treated us very nicely ️would surely love to visit Courtyard Marriott! Nevertheless it's a truly heaven experience.
The perfect place to have a good brunch with your friends or family and is extremely pocket friendly too. I loved the variety of food here and there is no compromise on quality. They have a different theme every week which keeps a good variety. I tried the Asian theme brunch and absolutely loved it! This place is a must visit. The Ambience is great and the vibe is very nice. Highly recommended

The location is easily accessible for Mumbaiites. The service was immaculate right from the security guard to the General Manager, each of the Marriott staff was courteous, helpful and extremely polite
From the booking to the room allocation, the menu selection to quality and taste of food, from catering to special requests to attending to the kids and senior citizens of the group, everything was just perfect
While every member of the Marriott team needs to be recognised for all their efforts

Marriott stay was pathetic I cant believe that it was a marriott hotel property 1.we check in, promised at 12.30 and we get our keys at 3.10 2.rooms are given on different floors, we had booked 4 rooms 3.restaurant area ac was not working 4.food was super pathetic, frequency of serving naan and other indian breads was around 20mins hence we had to just let food go as ir was super irritating to wait 5.food for dinner once again delay in service, and ya couple of starters and desserts were not fresh 6.as there was a delay in checkin we assumed we would not be given a check out call out of courtesy as it was hotels fault but they were super punctual to ask their guests to check out
Very good hotel. Very clean. Staff efficient. Food very good. Only very at away from the city. Radio taxis and can aggregators not available. City transport not available. Need to use hotel taxi service which is pretty expensive.
