Horrible experience. Rooms are spacious but maintenance is horrible. There seems to be no supervision by the management. There are plumbing issues. In 1 room the fridge is there, in the other it is not. In 1 room iron is there, in other it is not. In! Room iron is there, the board is not. In one room hangers are there, in other not. One set of slippers only. And, one bathrobe in one double room, towel only for one. Duty manager changed room but the other had other problems. NO hand towels and bath towels for two. Despite reminders got it the next morning. One of us had to go out without a bath the previous night. No hair dryer in the rooms. The Crowne should change the management or change the name. It does not seem to be anything about the Crowne plaza group. No cutlery in the rooms. Am frequent traveler but this is an unbelievable frustrating experience for senior citizens like us.
Special mention to Ms Yogita who provided commendable housekeeping services by being exceptionally receptive to our daily requirements. Breakfast options are great, if you want some custom prepped meals, they try their best in that as well. However on the downside, inspite of tirelessly hardworking staff, I feel the managerial folks should focus on the smart work aspect of crisis dealing in holdiays and such. Gyms could use some maintenance. All in all everything was great! Cheers!

The rooms are big n clean. The washrooms are modern n the overall experience was great. Crown plaza hotel is must to stay hotel if you are landing and looking for a comfortable stay. Foods are very delicious, chef are very good you get varieties of dishes. Hotel staff Maruti suryavanshi was very polite. His works are very clean and he deserve good ratings. Let me encourage and motivate him more to work hard and succeed in life.
Don't waste your money on this hotel thinking of 5 Star, it's NOT EVEN WORTH 3 STAR! IT'S AN INSULT TO THOSE STAR CATEGORY HOTELS.

*Bad odour in the hotel corridor and rooms due to this strong smell had triggered allergy, I had itching sensation in my nose, I couldn't sleep all night, later changed the room where the bad odour was not too intense, but it was restless sleep because of disturbed nose. Staff is fully aware of this bad smell but their nose is accustomed to this smell.
It's better not to talk about food here it's worst food you can ever have some these big brand hotels. They don't even know how to make VEG SANDWICH.
Formerly instigated in Europe, the cake mixing ritual used to be a family event when people used to gift their own exclusive and exceptional recipe of cake mix to each other with great superiority but at the present time, many hotels arrange community cake mixing ceremonies, where you can register yourself and involve yourself.
Crowne Plaza, Pune was out and out devotedly and dedicatedly organised this specific event on 12th November, 2022 and the ceremony was kicked off around 4 PM in the evening.
Dry fruits, nuts, grains and spices especially almonds, cashews, raisins, dates, figs, dried cherries, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, dried ginger, candied fruits, prunes, and all purpose flour were placed side by side on an elevated platform and then later mixed in the right ratio by the Brigade of Chefs, Senior Executives, and the honoured guests.
Once merged and mingled well, the scented, sweet-smelling mixture was then soaked in almost spirits, combination of fruit juices and other alcoholic blends.
Next, the mixture was shifted to a huge container to rest and respite And as per the further process adopted the mixture would purportedly be divided into parts that would go into the cake batter, from which further Christmas Fruit Cakes would be baked.
The Ceremony went really well that was followed by immense spread of international, national and local scrumptious snacks, savouries and desserts. Guests did have a preference of Cocktails, Mocktails, and Beers and yes… Reds full of flavour and aroma too.
Thanks to the Anurag Raha (GM), Santanu Sarkar (OM), Maruti Havaldar (F&BM), Vinod (ExC), Chetan Surwade (SSM), and the Entire Kitchen Brigade for their immense and enormous effort that was very well reflected in invitees’ smiles.
The stay was excellent and the housekeeping guy Maruti was very helpful always greeted with a wonderful smile which makes the day good. He was very helpful and have always available for any help needed. Thanks a lot Maruti for making our stay so wonderful.
Clean, organised hotel with friendly & polite staff. Very spacious room. I stayed in deluxe room from 19-22 Nov. Fitness centre on top floor was clean but needs improvement bcoz 2 treadmills were not working. Swimming pool was small but clean. Good breakfast buffet and was well layed out. Spa on top floor is great with "potli ayurvedic massage". Great staff: Bupin (reception), Sahariar (Mosaic), Ashwin & Sumitra (room cleaning) and Mr. Apurva (Spa manager) he has amazing convincing skills. Thanks all for your warm hospitality.
At 11 pm the rooms are not ready! Can anyone buy that. 4 ladies after full day traveling want to head to thier rooms and all they ahve to do is wait in the lobby at 11 pm to get their rooms ready! Whil the booking was same and a week old, still the rooms were given on different floors. This is pure harrssment and a total loot in the name of hospitality! Even the duty manager Sanjeev is not ready to buy that anything has gone wrong.
Had been for brunch today the food is extremely yummy the starters the mocktails the main course and sooooooo many desserts I want to rate the place as Five Star a special word of thanks to the Manager the chef Girishji and the ever smiling and helpful staff GBU all
Non Smoking rooms also smells like they are smoking rooms. Food is also half cooked for both times, in lunch as well as in dinner. It's better to find other place if you are looking for stay in hotels in pune.
We walked out of this place! Very limited spread of buffet. In one review I read they are better than grand Sheraton? !? I cant imagine how can one even compare them. Their spread was 1/3 of Sheraton. Was also not worth the price they are charging. And the seating area did not look clean at all.
Teally bad handling the reservation if the hotel is closed u should update it and even u dont pls call after u get the reservation not after5-6 hours it ruined the bday
I enjoyed my stay, got the room upgrade being the spire member along with drinks vouchers. The room was very spacious with good via of city. A rooftop lounge is also a good place to hang out with friends. Breakfast was ok. The service was good.

Not very impressed with the hotel. Seems to be a take over of some other hotel and gives the feeling of a slightly cramped, down market hotel. The biggest let down is the gym. I am usually a stickler for the treadmill. However, in this hotel gym there are three treadmills. 1 is down for maintenance, the other one has the entire console ripped out. Hence, effectively there is only one treadmill operational. You can very well imagine the situation wherein only one treadmill is operational for all the hotel guests. Extremely insensitive. Hope the hotel improves in the days to come. Heres wishing them the very best. Thanks.
What a place.visited last week for a wedding and I must say the staff and front office was very polite and helpful.the food quality, ambiance and the event flow, perfect. One of the best places in Pune.

Negative feedback I was staying at crown plaza with my fiance for 3 days. Checked in on 2 Dec Room number 628. We were suppose to check out on 4 th morning but as our flight delayed we extended our stay till evening. N as we were fast asleep in the morning we asked housekeeping to come little late. N they did come late but while they were cleaning our room, one lady came and started yelling at them asking them to leave and not to clean our room as we have extended our stay and they are not suppose to clean our rooms this all she did right in front of us and she was using marathi to communicate which she must have thought that we don't understand. She literally shouted their names and asked them to stop the cleaning which was very insulting for us. You might have a policy to not to clean rooms for extended stays but you should have that coordination amongst your self or may be she could have politely asked her staff to finish work fast and leave rather than creating a scene in front of us and insulting us. It's not that we did not pay for our extended stay then why should we be insulted like that. It's really been my worst experience at your hotel. I hope you take an appropriate step to make sure no one else faces the same situation. And I don't think after all that scene I would ever stay in your hotel again.
*One of the best hotels in pune. *Good ambience, good food, good service. *If you want to have some food by the street side stall than its just 2 mins from the hotel as street food surroundby is also good. *situated nearby jahangir hospital. *business meeting, cabin crew interviews are held here constantly. *Its a good to visit and stay if you dont have a budget issue in your pocket when ur in pune.

We stayed for 2 days for my cousin's wedding. We loved the lavish room, bathrooms, TV and other accessories. One thing stood out was manager named Avinash who helped me get the first aid kit in a prompt manner for my sis in law. Avinash acted in a timely manner.
The hotel could improve on promptness of service and recruit and train more willing folks like Avinash.
Very nice 3 Star hotel in the middle of the city with all amenities and very nice and clean rooms with nice staff. And the view from top floor is awesome. And the swimming pool is also very beautiful. I recommended to stay here.
Had booked a table at The Mosaic for Christmas 1 day prior to Christmas on the promise of being served a-la- carte menu instead of buffet (was not interested in buffet), but was told that only buffet was being served after I arrived there with my guests on Christmas day. I could've been informed about this by the staff of Mosaic way before hand, but got to know from the staff at the end moment. Had to ferry my guests to other restaurant at the end moment. The Mosaic has a very confused staff.
The staff was very nice and courteous our stay was pleasant. The Crown Plaza Hotel is situated bang in the middle of Pune, infact the Railway Station is just walking distance from the Hotel.
Its a very good and well maintained hotel. Valet parking is available and it gives good service. I was here for a professional event, the buffet was not good. The rooms were very good but rates are too high. Its a gray coloured building so it has very dull looks. Its not a 5 star hotel. The rooms are good but are in need in basic needs like weighing machine more charging plugs. Pune railway station is very close from the hotel and 30-45 mins from the airport. The menu provides variety of food to choose from
Attended my company's conference, followed by dinner. Dinner was pathetic. I believe they make it purposefully bland food to suit the needs of foreign customers as well.
Simply Pathetic. The staff misplaced my luggage while I was checking in at 12.15 am. The luggage was properly handed over & tagged to staff still it wasn't of any use I guess. While I came into my Room 805 & asked bell boy to get my luggage he didn't turn for 20 mins. When I called up for almost 4-5 times in an hour's time that too at midnight every time the reply I got was sir please give us ten mins. Please describe how your luggage looked like.which brand was it. Only this time buying was happening till around 1.15 am & finally thanks to CCTV the luggage was found. Well I didn't react, didn't say word to the staff who did the error. Worst part comes next day, I checked out of room as I was left with a meeting only till 2pm. Post completion of meeting I requested the reception guy if I could have a room just for 15 mins to change clothes. To which I received a blunt reply NO. As per him they were having check ins and in such a huge hotel he didn't have 1 room for 15 mins. Unbelievable! After giving such an experience a night before they were ready to offend me again the very next day.
Recently visited this awesome hotel, must visited place, also try their buffet it is so delicious. It is located at central area of city. Perfect place for date.
My event was destroyed by the IT Team without any support and inspite of helping I got harassed and Humiliated by Mr. Babu so called Manger and took extra payments for which I am going to file the complain in Consumer court.
Wonderful hotel located very centrally in the city. Not one for high end luxury but if you're traveling for business, it more than serves the purpose. The food is really tasteful and the staff must be complimented for their warmth and hospitality! The east facing rooms give. A good view of the sunrise, if you're into that.

Worst experience ever. The event we had in the hotel was the worst event ever organised. Don't arrange any events here they don't support and the management doesn't even have the courtesy to solve the problems. And the Manger here, he doesn't even have the sence of talking. I give it not even 1/2 start to the hotel
Rooms are good however it need some of the basic accessories like weighing scale, more recharging plug.
Restaurant menu to enhance further to give more choices. Overall food and quality is good.staff is exceptionally. Helpful. Lot of string Ares in lobby is available. Mosaic restaurant have variety of food to offer. Location wise it's just nearby to railways station, Morrison park and 30 minutes from airport.
Superb place. Great hospitality and the staffs are really polite and instant services. I was not well and just asked them to call a doctor and the doctor was there in 20 minutes. They charge you but its worth for the kind of service they offer. Also its located at the heart of the city. You can walk to railway station and 20 mint drive to Airport. Lunch, Dinner and breakfast buffet has all what you look for.
We attended a professional event at one of the banquet in Crown Plaza. Best of the class arrangement and quick turnaround on requests. The food was good and buffet was arranged on time. Really appreciate the politeness of the staff. Keep up the good service.
