De Grandeur Hotel And Banquets

Situated On the busy Ghorbunder Road, this is a decent mid budget hotel mostly for business travellers. The rooms have nothing fancy but have the usual stuff that you would need. If you are lucky you can get one with a view. Room service is a disappointment as the intercom didnt work and the person at the reception has to relay your request to housekeeping or kitchen. The food is worth the wait though and the staff is largely polite. Another surprise was that they dont have any room service in the morning. So if you need bed tea in bed, you need to walk to the buffet area to grab that.

Nice place to stay. On the main road so a bit noisy. Standard rooms. Toiletries not available.

One star less for bad linens & room service! Else good location, good big clean rooms!

I didn't like the Service at all.
Rooms are small in size as shown in pics.
I don't why they use shower gel for everything as in for hand wash, face wash for everything there's only shower gel to use, that was something pathetic experience.

Breakfast was good though!

Worst hotel ever stayed in. Very poor condition of rooms. They dont even change the bedsheets and clean the dustbins. Towels given were very dirty and had big holes. Intercom phone was not working. Waste of money

Please ensure there is water, tea bags and toiletries in your room before accepting.
They will say it was there without providing it anf charge for it separately.
They are running a scam business.

Dined in yesterday.the place is worth it and probably the best sky lounge to spend time with friends and colleagues️

We had two annual meetings here, this year it was averagely maintained (may be due to Covid Lockdown). Last years experience was great.

Highly disappointed with the staff and their services. Especially Mr. Imran. Too arrogant. Doesn't care a bit about the guests and their simple requirements. When we asked about the table without a table cloth. He said we dint mention about that requirement. How can the management from a hotel n banquets give a table without a table cloth in front of so many guests? This is just an example out of the many mistakes n disappointments faced by my family and our guests. Horrible quality food Plus no standards maintained by this hotel n banquets in this pandemic situation. Highly disappointed.

Average hall not very grand, management team not very good. Good for small events but wouldn't recommend for weddings.

Breakfast Buffet was good!
A very Average hotel setup. Towels smelled too much bleach and single beds were very slim.
There was some work going on and wet cement fell on my head! So I would not recommend this place!

Nice place to stay if you have work in thane and mumbai
Rooms were small but clean.
Also the breakfast was of good quality.

I was here to attend a engagement n tbh the public restroom wasn't very nice. Like the hygiene wasn't maintained. Other wise it's beautiful the staff is good and well mannered and there to help

Located in Thane, Mumbai.

Decent and clean rooms, cooperative staff. All you need at a 3-star hotel will be here.

Although this hotel is a bit expensive, but hey, this is Mumbai (Just Kidding: P).
You can get a room here for around ₹1700-1800 if you book online. But if you directly, it would cost you at least ₹2500 + taxes.

There is a lounge also here, so you can go there and enjoy.

PS- Don't miss out the breakfast here. You're surely gonna have great food here.

Decent accommodation for people looking for a short stay. Located on Ghodbunder road and surrounded by residential neighbourhood with shops around.

Hotel is situated near G Corp IT park, road front. Approx. 30 min distance from Thane railway station. Morning snacks (Indian cuisine) is complementary and tasty. Wi-Fi service available. Parking space available.

Had a wonderful stay! Special thanks to the chef for Delicious food. Alin at the front desk always made us feel comfortable with a beautiful smile on her face!

One of the worst hotel in the area. Rooms & wash rooms are not cleaned. If your in 4th floor you will not able to sleep until the Bar closed out. Very poor breakfast range. Not recommended for any of international travelers.
