Terrible service. Went there for the day - we were asked to pay a cover charge for the restaurants without being allowed to see the restaurant. How can you force someone to pay without showing them what they’re paying for.

I had an excellent experience with the butler service provided by Md Ahsan and his team, including Rajibur, Kushagra, and Aasif. They were attentive, responsive, and made my stay truly comfortable.

The front office staff, especially Ms. Priyanka, were extremely helpful and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests.

The housekeeping team, including Sarvan, Rubika, and Prakash, kept my room spotless throughout my stay. They were prompt in their service and paid attention to the details.

As for the restaurants, the food was delicious and served with a smile. The ambiance added to the overall dining experience, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

I would like to express my gratitude to the entire team at Della Resort for their exceptional service, making my stay truly memorable.

This place is a gem. Had a lot of fun and great food. Overall great experience. Will be visiting again

We stayed at Bahman Suite, The butler service by Md Ahsan, Rajibur, Aasif and Saberul provided fantastic butler service during our stay. They paid great attention to detail, set a beautiful table, and offered helpful suggestions. They always knew what we needed and made us feel special. If you're in Lonavala, do plan a night at Della.

For my wife’s birthday, booked through their agent Anjali Nanaware and official website 2 weeks prior to checkin. Paid in full for Camp Della tents and got email confirmation by Della on mail. On the day of checkin went there, was told that no booking exists for my name. They even said we have received the amount but haven’t booked for the room. After sitting and wasting 4 hours in waiting room was given the option of lower priced villa, coz camp Della was fully booked. After too much frustration with the staff and the agent who was responsible for the fiasco, instead of heading home we decided to go for the lower option. Other things went well but never have I ever faced such a worst experience from checkin/reception staff and booking agent. Am never returning to Della, and would never advice anyone to go there based on my experience.

There are various options such as garden villa, enclave villa, camp villa, amazing adventure park within the hotel, amazing food, must go but a little too expensive on your pocket,
Every thing is amazing except the parsi dhaba restaurants

If you ate coming in a group and if you get the rooms at a discounted rate. Then you will get the worst support from the management.
Go for some other options. You will regret if you book here. They will treat you like you are there for free.

Amazing place for adventure sports activities. This place a little bit for everyone. You can ride a bicycle, take a dog for walk, walk or ride a horse. Great for outdoor activities and amazing food served n their theme Restaurants

It's nothing more than a dream world. I stayed in the garden suite which had a capacity of 10 people with a jacuzzi and private pool on top. Amazing view and top notch customer service, it's a little heavy if we talk about price but definitely one of the best places.

The stay was enjoyable. It's a beautiful place to be at. Food at the cafe 24 was absolutely scrumptious as well.

Excellent location, awesome view, well maintained resort, helpful and friendly staff, mouthwatering food, pet friendly, price little high but it's worth it. The best part they have lots of their own friendly pets dogs, you can take them in your room, play with them. Highly recommended.

Supposedly a 5 star hotel with absolute no customer service. I thorough let down for me in the very first step of my journey/ experience.

I have been trying to enquire about the availability of our stay in December 2021 but I have received no response.

I have emailed them after which I was told to WhatsApp them, even after doing that I got no response and we waited for 3 days for the same.

I eventually booked my stay in another hotel.

I hope you improve on your communication process.

U start from the Ambience to their beautiful Cottages along with the various themes of restaurant - Italian Bistro - Parsi Dhaba - Live band’s

Food was well cooked. However the ambience and service seems to take a backseat due to poor crowd management.

I booked 1 Villa and 2 adventure room.villa rooms are worst not at all value for money I suggest to avoid Villa room adventure room is good and can say value for money.u can't sit and talk in Villa to much echo is there.
No ambience in Villa room with big amount they charge we have Villa 16 and room 457-458.adventure park is expensive but enjoyed a lot.resort staff is very friendly, in house transport is excellent no waiting at all.except Villa experience was very good.

internal vehicle pickups have a lot of delay and not very good options for pure veg or jain foods.

Resort is very good and clean.but food item is so limited and overprice.because of food rate and test we come back in one day

The stay was good as usual its my second visit the best part was in night i want to do a photo shoot of mine with my car the valet parking guy name AJAY MOHITE helped me with it he parked the car where i want to have a great view and even clicked my pictures himself i loved this kind of hospitality offered by mr mohite

It's an amazing property with amazing and delicious food options in Lonavala. Once should visit this with their family for a short weekend getaway. The adventures activities are good.

Refurbished and how.the place is grander now and carers to the needs of all ages and members of the family.the italian restaurant is a great addition though cost is on the higher side.quality of food is great, ambience is awesome and the place while can set you back by few thousanda easily, you wont complain!

I m sharing my experience for Della resort here:
1. Room was clean with large bathroom, liked it.
2. Poor hospitality service, even they don’t have umbrellas in the raining season. They called as 5-star resort.
3. Poor service, I left my clothes in my room mistakenly and asked them to send me through the courier but these guys simply said we don’t get anything in your room. Pathetic!
4. Worst food with 10 times costlier and 100times bad in terms of quality.

Don’t recommend to visit!

For people now staying here -
1. The place is beautiful is an understatement
2. The restaurants are amazing
3. Cost is a bit high
4. Apart from Cafe 24, rest require a cover charge which is setoff against the bill.
Technically you need to spend 1500 for 2, which will easily happen.
5. The ambience is just amazing
6. The veg hotel has a buffet, but it is a very simple one. Check the menu at the reception before proceeding. We didn't find it as good as the cost was 800, and bbq nation has 1000 more options
7. For food at Cafe 24 we had Pad Thai in Balsamic sauce with vegetables.

Amazing rooms n extremely guest friendly staff. Transport Supervisor Jitendra Kasare takes good care of your car n helps u in smooth check-in Check-out!

Breakfast has good menu but taste is average

Adventure activities are a whole lot for the day but if they could include the same with some additional cost in package, it adds value for ur deal

Our stay was in adventure room 467 that has a super balcony view to Adventure activities and just next to the night club.

Overall a wonderful experience

Jitendra Kasare was extremely helpful particularly taking care to get me the medicine I needed late at night.

Very good service. Manisha, Samiksha and Santa they all are good at there work from housekeeping. I certainly want to come again at della resort Lonavala.it was a great experience at garden villa resorts at della resort.

Definitely location is great, property is well maintained.but there are Big Buts.

The check in was fine, but the room was not that great. Thw Jacuzzi was dirty, but some one came and cleaned only with water.

Then in the evening when we tried, the jccuzzie was not working. It took and wasted our 3 hours

Then food. All bills they added gratuity, which was okay. But they chatged GST on gratuity.it should not be that.

While checking out, they made us wait for one hour, the cart denied to take us to the reception and then we had to walk to reception in rain with our three year old kid!
The price and location is of 5 star, but service is of 0 star!

I really wish they improve on these and focuses more on customer experience!

Regarding cancellation
Every review is talking about the experience during the stay. Here's to bring to knowledge about their cancellation policy.
Firstly book what you need only n strictly with third party booking site, like booking.com, TripAdvisor, goibibo etc. Cuz they give options to filter resorts with free cancellation.
Della website has poor access/ reach regarding these issues their toll free number is unanswered most of the hours, very delayed response from the managing team even after sending them mails and waiting patiently.
Even if you try to reach them for cancellations 15 days prior to your arrival dates, they are failing to resolve the issue. Even at the time of booking confirmation they do not state clearly about cancellation, instead they provide inappropriate terms of cancellation which they totally deny in any circumstances. Whereas somewhere on their website in Terms n policy section they only state once that any bookings made using della website are non cancellable, non refundable and cannot be pre or postponed. May it be any prior like 15 days or even a month before arrival dates they won't refund or cancel or reschedule the bookings.
Also the website should mention their cancellation terms n policy as clear as the booking options. Della being my favourite vacation spot fails to fulfill or serve for such issues.

We just went there for lunch and dined in Cafe 24.

Nobody came to even offer us water or get the order for 20 mins until we called someone.

This is not a 5 star service. The buttons/designs in the chairs were worn out.

The food, ambience and cleanliness in the washroom is good.

The resort occupies a huge area. It has a swimming pool and a gym which are well maintained.

Excellent stay with good food, worth every penny. Liked the service of the staff as well

Della Adventure Resorts -
July W3,2021 visit, lots of rains, but a pleasant wether. Went with wife and 2 yr old daughter, nothing much for daughter, but again enjoyed the ambience, weather and location.
Paid 12K + taxes for room - Booked deluxe room
Checkin - Very very slow, despite having rooms available, they ensured that room was given at 1.58PM only as 2PM was checkin. We had reached at 11AM, but waited 3 hours.

Small Rooms: (, very big bathrooms with working jacuzzi:).
Rooms view pathetic, water body view is central fountain outside main entrance.

Costly room service, very very costly food @ 18% GST (spent 5K) for One Lunch and Dinner between me and wife.

WORST WORST BEDS, very bad springs in bed, worst ones where i slept in my life.

They have multiple room options - like tent house (felt the best option), garden villa (with pvt swimming pool), etc, get all details before booking.

Unbelievable experience.a must must must visit.the place the service the food.everything was so unexplainably great.shubham gaikwad helped us a lot

The resort was good but the service was average not matching the 5-star resort level. Even after booking the room for 3 people we were asked for charges for extra bed. Even they denied the breakfast because we were 5 mins late. Very unhappy with the experience

Excellent outing for family during this pandemic times. Especially for kids.

All practices of precautions in place. But we need to follow. Few adventures are non functional but still enjoyable for family.

The transportation and pick and drop was really apt on time.any number of times u request cabs or pickup cars.its there.really well coordinated.thanks to amol bhalerao and Jitendra kasare for arranging this so well

Acommodation at della resorts was amazing with good food, stay, hospitality & Baggage Service, Bell captain Shubham Gaikwad & Driver Rajesh Kaudare was very professional with their jobs, really helpful.

The stay was pleasant with warm welcome. Transport and house keeping was extremely awesome. Amol Bhalerao and Shubham Gaikwad was very helpful and courteous. Chef Asif served us tasty food.

Booking: We booked Della and offered our credit card details as a mandatory security deposit to book this property. Our booking was confirmed and we noticed Della tried to hold Rs. 5,00,000 as deposit instead of Rs. 50,000. This could be an honest mistake by one of their staff, but in my 12 years of traveling, such goof-up has never happened. This is extremely unprofessional and alarming coming from a reputed place like Della. I informed Della about this and sorted the issue out.

Stay: NOT AN HONEST MISTAKE- We had a 2 night stay in Della. Upon checking in, we stepped out shortly to explore Lonavala city. Since we had just checked in, we didn’t ask anybody from the staff to clean the room. Della’s policy states that they only send housekeeping staff when requested. Keeping this in mind, we kept our handbags and belongings in the room, locked the room and left. When we got back, we noticed the bed was made and the used towels were discarded by housekeeping, which surprised us. Their services were uncalled for. Our immediate instinct was to check our handbags- which we did, and discovered that a considerable amount of money was missing from the bag. We immediately intimated the management. The management followed up on this issue by asking us questions for 2 days. But upon confrontation on the last day, the management had nothing solid to act upon. We checked out in disappointment and reached our destination when we got a call from the management offering us a “credit note” on our next stay. To the management team of Della:
1. If you accept a mistake on your housekeeping team’s behalf, please don’t try to compensate the customer in a marketing gimmick. If you would’ve sorted the issue while we were at Della, then it shows that you are providing some “customer service”. You could’ve easily shown us snippets of camera recordings in your 2 days of investigation, but you didn’t.
2. Our money was STOLEN, you cannot offer us a credit note against it!

Experience was supb! Dellas transport employee jitendra kasare is too heplful and kind being. So much thanks to him.

It was amazing experience in Della adventure resort.we enjoyed most of the rides.good place for people who love to go for outdoor sports experiences.

Good place for one day adventure activities food is also good overall can go at least once. And it has India's lagest flying fox.

A 5 star experience at with worldclass amenities in room, adventure world adds on to it's class, food is really awesome, washroom design is awesome.

Really bad experience! Dirty rooms, no cooperation from staff (rude most of the times). When I got in the room first think I noticed was that the room wasn't clean enough, then the lighting in the room wasn't enough. TV wasn't working which they fixed after hours. Late night while I was ready for bath I found out that the bathroom isn't functional. At midnight they we're fixing it while rest of the world was sleeping! I was there for whole night and till next noon but they couldn't even provide me just a hot water! Shame of Della!

Amazing hotel.a must go place.the adventure park is good but not very great.the rooms are lavish and clean and the bathrooms are the best part of the room and had an amazing jacuzzi.the swimming pool was in a really bad condition and they asked us to wear shoes in the swimming pool which was not comfortable but the overall stay was good

Third class resort.it's not worth for the money. I would tell people not stay in Della resort don't have lunch or dinner also. Your not single penny is worth.cost for lunch or dinner per head is 700/- but it's not that worth.everything is payable once you pay the room tariff resort is 5 km away from railway station that too they don't give pick up or drop off facility.in adventure zone majority good rides are payable. Horse walking is there not riding so don't get into that trap. I would suggest people not to stay there if they want to to adventure stay outside and just come for adventure. Very bad resort regarding hospitality.
Taking 20000/- per day then to they don't give you pick up and drop facility. We asked for pick up they told we will charge 1400/- for one way.my suggestion is don't waste your money on staying there.

We are four families from Hyderabad, planned to spend a vacation in Lonavalla and chose Della Resorts, Lonavalla and booked a Villa fro 12th August 2018 to 15th August 2018. We were allotted a Villa No. 22.

The MDs Vision and statement are true because you will never experience the following facilities in any star Hotels and Resorts.
1) To use a coffee maker, you must remove the Bed side lamp and place it as there are no electrical outlets.
2) To charge your mobile or Laptop must squat on the ground as the plug point is six inches from floor, No adequate Plug points.
3) Room No. 2204, in Villa No. 22, the Bedroom is situated in the cellar and the unique part is the bathroom does not have an exhaust. You must spend with all the stink.
4) No fresh air will come into the villa as all the windows are totally sealed. In fact, the whole villa is air tight. All the rooms are stuffy due to monsoon season and no fresh air from outside.
5) Be prepared to place your suitcases on Bed or Chair
6) No looking mirror in the room except in the bathroom that to poorly lit.
7) Wardrobe is placed in the bathroom
8) Some of the Health faucets are not functioning

The Duty Manager never responds and after thorough persuasion, a Guest Relation Manager, Ms. Ruchita Singh came and changed to another Villa No. 9.
Room Nos. V901 and V906 in Villa No. 9, there are no shelf in the bathing area and all the Shampoo, Soap etc, are to be placed on floor.
Our efforts to meet the Managing Director were futile as he was otherwise engaged.
For Pricing it is Five star and for facilities it is less than 2 stars.
Better spend your hard-earned money in any smaller Hotels than in Della Resorts, at least you have the satisfaction that your money is not

One of my favourite place after Aamby Valley in Lonavala.it’s a combination of adventures and luxury. It’s my 6th visit and I always prefer to stay there. You can start your day with adventure sports and come back to your room in the evening sit and relax.
They have 24/7 restaurant where you will find all the dishes and they have other variant of restaurant too, sports bar- where you can play pool, carrom, PS, air hockey, car racing and so on.to add on in 2 of their restaurant they serve sheesha too
P. S.you should not miss out to use their 24/7 restaurant’s washroom.

Nice property. Staff is good but they do not follow timing. You have to go up and down from room to restorent for food. Adventures are nice. Slightly over priced but nice

The Della Resorts is the best place to stay in Lonavla for sure. It's compact and it's Adventure park is the best thing it inhebits. The only problem it has is that it takes too much of space and attention to the corporate bookings, otherwise it's an amazing place to stay. I strongly recommend it.

Amazing place with great facilities but food quality has fallen. Service levels also needs a refresh. Rooms are spacious, camp tents offer wonderful view from top.

I still remember when I was visited P18Night Club. I met with Mr. Rajendra Khetwal. He is very much cooperative, polite & well behaved. The bar (P18night club) amazing place at Della Resort, Good service well behaved staff & prfecpe place to enjoy.

Lots of maintenance issues. Everything in entertainment and activity are chargable. All you pay for is stay. Food is so so.

Very overated this isn't a 5 star resort nor is the property maintained.can go on about. Y experience such as dirty bed linen, dirty rooms etc etc

Della resort is an excellent place, though on the expensive side. The cafe is open 24 hours and has dj when we visited there.they have various adventures activities.

They think that they have 5 star service but they serve as 3 star services. They cam do anything.we are pure jain mad wamted to have food in cremedella in which we entered there at 1 pm and my wife was pregnant, we came to know that the restuarant is give for private sector and we can have food after 3 pm.then we went to parsi dhaba where they provided us kechup sachets of expired date. Now we have decided to not enter della again and will recommend every person to first check what u wamted to eat and where u wana go bcoz della resorts personnel can do anythin.

One of the best Resorts In Lonavala. It's a must visit. Top Class Hospitality. Well maintained and managed. You can have a dream wedding here. These pictures are of an event held here.

This is an awesome resort, with a great panoramic view. Well worth the time spent getting there. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. I should mention they have an adventure resort in the vicinity, and travel is managed by their own vehicles. Definitely worth a visit

Cottages are superb and the location is marvelous. Most of the cottages offer a super blend of luxury and wooden house.
The staffs are of well behaved and very pleasing.
My rating above food taste will be average.
Only disappointment is the adventure park. It's highly over price and all the other major stuff like bungee jumping, 4*4 jeep, bike are highly price. And you need to pay addition charge for it. It's not included in the pass which you buy for the adventure park.
