Ashtavinayak tour was fabulous and memorable. Lunch and iternery services was nice. Such refreshing tour from our daily hectic work schedule. Tour operator Ms Rithika was co operative and enthusiastic.

It was our first trip with Deshpande tours and it was very nice experience.
Deshpande tours have very nicely arranged the aashtavinayak tour dated 15th Dec to 17th dec.
The staff is polite and very cooperative.
Also our guide Ritika madam she is really nice and friendly.
Overall it was a really very good trip and all the arrangements were nice. The stay and authentic maharashrian food which was Tasty.

All the staff, Manager and Driver are very supportive.

I am touring with Deshpande Tours and Travels for last many years and enjoyed all Tours well with in MAHARASHTRA only. I have gone for all the package tours many times repeatedly.
I appreciate the behavior and support of the tour managers. They always ready to help each one happily.
Basically they are caterers and providing good breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Accommodation is also acceptable. I found all the fellow travellers quite satisfied and cooperative.
In toto I got services more than what was charged to me.
You will enjoy traveling with Deshpande and will love to go for tours again and again as per your need.

Worst food quality, cooks nt wearing clean neet clothes, looking dirty, untidy
U have to eat food like beggers, nt provided proper place to eat food.
Rooms provided, nt proper bed, pillow, no water, no cleanness.
Worst service from such a Marathi business person.
I will suggest everyone don't go through it, if u don't want to waste your money, time, mood.
Even today i m for Akkalkot Pandharpur Ganagapur Tuljapur package and paid extra payment for a separate room and the tour manager said to become ready at 6 mrng, i don't have water in room even for brushing. How can I get ready by 6?
In my whole life such a worst tour service never experienced

The food they were tasty and home made
The palce where we were staying was economic common it was also clean
No issue enjoyed my trip

All Tour managers were also helpful.

My tour manager for the bus was aditya (bunti) he made sure everyone is in the bus and would check personally if everyone has boarded safely

It was our first trip to Gangapur pandharpur on 26 th jan 2023.good experience regarding services except
Bus service. There wasn't air suspension to our bus like their other buses. Due to this our travelling was much uncomfortable. Tour manager Mr. GOVIND was very nice, soft spoken and caring person available for every service level. Thank you Mr Govindji

We Booked Pandharpur - Tuljapur yatra for 7 Pax (4 were Senior citizen) at price of 3750 PP Through DK Travel, Chembur
You will have to coordinate with tour partner, for us it was Aditya Bunty, I must say the travel assistance and catering provided by them was Paisa Vasool.

Our stay was at Shivneri Hotel, Tuljapur - The rooms allotted were standard rooms (Non AC) having cost of 700 Rs PP and were not well maintained, with broken glasses, broken wash basin, unclean and unhygienic toilets.

To sum up, if you are looking for Budget friendly Pandharpur - Tuljapur yatra with certain compromise on Stay, since it’s only for 1N and are more focused on Tour and Food, this will be good pick at 3750 pp.

Food quantity very poor, all diebetic people suffered a lot due to poor quality food, no proper bus arrangements, guide is unaware of informations. Not at all recommended

Food was not good, there was no taste. Chapatis were so thick and were not roasted properly. Puri was common for lunch. We observed few tour managers were behind girl tourists and arrogant with tourists. Considering catering as main business of Deshpande's, they did not meet our food expectations. Bus was not maintained, the bus on which we were travelling, got broken on very first day of our tour and which led us to change our planning for that day. On a positive point, our tour manager Mr. Ajinkya was a nice guy but he was also making so much hurry that we could not even got time for shopping even on last day of the tour which he was promised. We will be thinking twice before we make any booking with Deshpande Tours for next time.

Worst experience-Jan 2023

My parents recently availed for the Pandharpur trip package and they received worst service by Deshpande travels. Filthy rooms and even filthier washrooms. Caused major trouble to my Muma Baba. Highly recommended to think twice before your book a trip with Deshpande travels.

Will not even suggest last option to anyone to choose Deshpande Travels. Had been for Ashtavinayak Darshan with them, the bus seats were so dusty and uncomfortable. The rooms which booked were non AC Oyo rooms with no windows. So no means of ventilation. After a steamy conversation with them offered us AC rooms with 500/day. No drinking water in the room, no attendees to ask for, and no hot water for bathing. They use to start the journey at 5am and breakfast at around 8-9, lunch (with kachha chapatis) at 12-1 pm and directly dinner at 11-12 pm. One day there was shortage of chutney so they put water in the chutney and gave. Also normal tea was over so they without sugar wala tea which was left over. For food I would rate them 1/10.
Overall it was pathetic experience.

Deshpande travels is totally mess I will never suggest anyone to go with them. If you want to cancel or postponed your trip they will not refund back money nor they will adjust for next trip. Saying we plan for the trip from last 4 months with all the proper arrangements. Once the trip starts you will come to know nothing is planned all things are worst except food on some days. They say we didn’t get good vegetables in Kerala we get like this only and they are out of food stock even before everyone had there food. Very big no for outside Maharashtra trip for them.no planning nothing think twice before going with them

सिमला मधील पर्यटन स्थळे दाखवली नाहीत
सिमला ते मनाली आणि मनाली ते धरमशालां लांबचा प्रवास असुन सुद्धा उशीरा सुरवात परिणामी मुक्कामी पोचायला रात्रीचे दहा वाजले
फक्त पहील्या दिवसाचे १० मे. जेवण चांगले होते नंतर मात्र जेवण एकदम निकृष्ट दर्जाचे होते. भाजी खारट /चपात्या वातड /सोडा घातलेला भात / फळांमध्ये फक्त कलींगड आणि खरबुज
मनाली येथील हॉटेल चांगले आहे पण प्रवाशाना दिलेल्या रूम अस्वच्छ होत्या त्या वेळेवर साफ करून दिल्या (आम्ही ओरडल्यानंतर) स्वयंपाक करण्याची जागा अगदी गोठा. तक्रार केल्या नंतर डायनिंग हॉल दिला. तुमचे आणि हॉटेलचे संबंध चांगले नाहीत असे वाटले त्यांची ग्राहक सेवां एकदम. खराब होती
धरमशाला आणि अमृतसरला फक्त भोज्जा केला
एकंदरीत तुमची टुर म्हणजे वेळेचा आणि पैशाचा अपव्यय.

This travel agency does not care about it's customers. I had booked a Chardham Yatra trip with them. They had the worst co-ordination ever as everything was misorganized and the hotel in which we were staying had inadequate basic facilities which is a necessity in such a harsh weather of north India. The bus in which we were traveling was not in proper condition due to which our bus had to stop at multiple occasions for it's service. The food which they had provided was not edible most of the time and the travel agency did not even care to provide us with a site guide. Overall the trip was a total disaster and I would not recommend anyone to travel with them.

It was very nice experience of Kokan Tour with Shraddha Mam. Enjoyed a Lot. Best Service. Thankyou.

Worst service ever.train tickets on waiting.bad catering service. No proper management. Only 3,4 staff members available for the crowd of 104 people shimla kallu manali trip.

Our destination was Konkan.travelling by 9994bus.tour manager was Shradha madam.she was vary cooperative.vary humble. This comment is applicable to all supporting staff.wishing all t best.

Overall the experience was good during our Ashtavinayak tour. Our guide Mr. Nagesh was very helpful and cooperative, the food was very very delicious, our bus driver's driving was also very safe and all the other staff was very polite and cooperative too. I just have one complaint, the hotel stay at Blue bird, Chakan, was not at all good, hygiene and cleanliness level was way below average, there was no water in the washroom after 6am, also it was too dirty as if it hasn't been cleaned for days, rooms didn't have windows so it was very suffocating, room's curtains and walls were dirty too. But other than that everything was really good, we had a good time during the tour. Thank you!

मला यांची सर्व्हिस अजिबात आवडलेली नाही. त्यांच्या स्टाफ च ओरडुन बोलण त्यात त्यांची इतकी घाई असते की नीट दर्शन ही घेऊ देत नाही.
ते ज्या हॉटेल वर घेऊन गेलेले तिथले washroom खूपच घान होते, त्यात पाणी नव्हते त्या दिवशी त्यांनी कितीतरी फोन केल्यावर एक एक बादली पाणी दिलं. मला त्या दिवशी त्या बाथरूम मध्ये गिझर ला शॉक देखील लागला.
दिवस भर त्यांनी इतका प्रवास घडवला की आम्हाला 12.30 ला रात्री जेवायला दिलं.
आणि सकाळी 5.30 ला निघायचं अस सांगितल पण पाण्याच्या अपुरे पणा मुळे सर्वांना च निघायला खूप उशीर झाला.
जेवण बनवताना ही ते बिलकुल ही स्वच्छता बाळगत नाहीत.
अष्टविनाक यात्रा असून पण ते आपल्याला तिथे टाईम न देता सरळ दर्शन घेऊन गाडीत बसा अस सांगतात, ते जेव्वा आम्हाला जेजुरी ला घेऊन गेले तिथे त्यांनी 3 तास टाईम पास केला आणि गणपती च्या मंदिरात खूप घाई करू लागले. त्यांच्याशी बस मधील सर्वांचा वाद ही झाला.
बस मधील सीट पण आरामदायक नाहीत, इतका वेळ प्रवास करून आम्हा सर्वांना पाठीचा त्रास होऊ लागला.
बस मधे असलेली लहान मुले कंटाळून गेली होती.
एकदा दुपारी जेवण दिल्यावर ते डायरेक्ट रात्री 12.30 ला जेवण देतात. मध्ये काहीच नाही.
आम्हाला या ट्रॅव्हल मध्ये प्रचंड त्रास झाला.
मी कधीही कोणाला हे नाही सुचवणार की कोणीही या देशपांडे वर्धमान ट्रॅव्हल ने प्रवास करा. Washroom ची कुठे व्यवस्था नव्हती जिथे जेवतो तिथेही नसते. यात महिलांची खूपच गैरसोय होते. कोणी ही जाऊ नका. दोन पैसे जास्त जाऊन प्रायव्हेट गाडी केलेली बरी. यांच्या पेक्षा government च्या buses खूप छान असतात.
Plz don't go with them.

The first impression was really good and it was also pocket Friendly. The most important is food when it comes for travelling which was taken well care off by the Deshpande tours team.

Very badly organised tour. Morning breakfast is served at 5.30am lunch at 4pm and dinner at 11.30pm.hotels they provide is very very bad quality.buses are very very bad in condition.donot consider to travel anywhere by this tour operator.its not a tour its a torture and suffering

We had a nice experience with Deshpande's Ashtavinayak Tour in 2016 for their timely & very good services tour experience. We have visited Deshpande's Konkan Darshan during 17-20 Mar 22 & it was also a pleasant experience. We really appreciate Tour Manager Mr Jay Sonar for his efficient services, Mr. Sandipji bus pilot for his very cool & safe driving, Mr. Chotu bus crew & Catering staff for quick good food services.
We suggest to use more technologies to improve services to tourists, e.g. VTS (vehicle tracking service) for tracking location of bus, tour updates by whatsapp group/sms etc. Thanks a lot & all the best wishes to Deshpande's Tours. Thanks & Regards, Kaustubh Kulkarni Kalyan.

We went for ashtvinayak tour with Deshpande tours. They are budget friendly (3651 pp for private rooms n 2751pp for common stay) and convenient for families.
Day1: Travelling starts at 4 am from borivali.so if u r living beyond borivali, you need to start way more early. During pick season they travel with 4 buses depending on the numbers. If there is a sudden change in ur pickup point due to missed trains or delays in waking up so early. You should better communicate to the agent in advance to know exact path of your bus. We felt there was no communication between travel coordinator n bus driver. The travel coordinator told us that bus will be coming via Dadar but Bus driver took some other root via Sion. We had to rush from Dadar to Sion at early morning with luggage n senior citizen parents.
We covered 3 Ganapati on first day. Mahad, Pali, Aalandi n Ranjangaon. Since Deshpande tours has well known, we get some added advantage during Darshan like dedicated pandit n special aarti for tours. Morning snacks (upma, tea) we had at Mahad which was prepared by cooks who were traveling along the Bus. Lunch was given on the way to Ranjangaon. Shrikhand, Puri n dal rice which was tasty n delicious.
We reached at hotel by 10 where we had our dinner. The rooms were clean but they didn't offer anything else exept that. Since we thought we have private rooms we might get good service but hotel staff refused to offer clean towels or soaps. We had to rush in the late night to manage from some local shops.
Day 2: Travelling starts by 5.30 as per coordinator. Snacks were given at that time but due to early morning we didn't took it. As usual when u travel with fellow travelers it takes time. We started our journey by 7 which was supposed to be started at 6. We went to Prati Balaji, Jejuri, Morgaon, Siddthatek, Theur. Lunch was done at Morgaon. Due to the tight schedules n traffic we reached hotel by 11 at night when we had our dinner.
Day 3: It started late by 6am due to earlier night's late arrival. Snacks were given at hotel at 6. We had visited Ozar n lendyadri and then back to Mumbai.
Note: they additionally provide traveling to bhimashankar but it that case day 3 starts at 3 am which was not possible for us due to hectic traveling on day 2.

Done Ashtavinayak tour. Tour process shown and the food is good. Hard working and good team of kitchen staff in travelling. Nice tour guide Mr. Nitin.
But hotel selection was very bad and had to walk half kilometre with heavy bags to hotel and hotel room was also unclean and small room size. Bus service was very bad. Buses were not clean and filled with dust without curtains and were hired from private party and in not good condition.

I had gone with them to pandharpur tour had horrible experience.staff is very annoying and doesn't even follow basic hygiene requirements. I was forced to give 1 star as there is no option of negative rating

The worst experience of my life, there is no ethics no service management, arrogant co-ordinator. If you wants to travel with this cheap firm be prepared to carry your own bisleri bcz they are not capable to provide this minimum things also and main thing is your ladi members must have to go for toilet on open place if you are comfortable with this things you can definitely go with him. There was very bad seating arrangements in bus, when the rain came, the bus started dripping water, I had to sit for 12 hours on the wet seat.
Kindly noted, if you don't believe on this ping me here I'll share you some proof.
Deshpande travels if you are not capable to handle this things, you must have to shut down your agency bcz I get very bad response from owner also. At the time of complaint.

On our 3 days Pandharpur, tuljapur, Akkalkot and Gangapur toure, we faced below issues

1 Bad bus condition water licking, sitting was not comfortable.
2 Rough driving - no precaution while crossing speed breaker
3 Tour management - Tour manager was not so co operative. No information about tourist spot
4 No time management
5 unhygienic kitchen and cattears are unclean. Food quality is poor
6 No socialise activity, no TV, no fan, no music in the bus.
7 no proactive approach by tour manager
8 in common Hall, the toilate are not clean, very unhygienic, no proper arrangement for taking bath
9 In return journy, bus stoped 2 time

I had toured on this Thursday for the weekend pandharpur, tuljapur, akkalkot and gangapur, it was a horrendous experience. The bus seats were drained in water and also due to rains water was dropping on us and got the luggage spoilt. At pandharpur, we were made to hault in an ashram, wherein we had to carry the hot water from a distance to the room, no lift no helpers. Majority of tourists were senior citizens and they made them to carry buckets for bathing till 3rd floor. No guide escorted us apart from just the bus instructions and yelling on us to come to board the bus. That's was his role. Next day we went to akalkot, we were made to book ourselves the fare to travel destinations of akalkot, the tourist bus just was to take us from the bhakth niwas and then to move to another bhakt niwas. That also no rooms were given at akalkot, the food was served at close end corridors. From akalkot we were made to board the cruzers to go to gangapur, again a hectic afternoon start as majority were senior citizens. We returned in the evening. These cruzer vans dropped us far away from the temples and were told to get an auto for ourselves to reach the darshan temple. We paid again for travelling. Here again walking distance were in long kms. Imagine aged people walking kms in sunny afternoon. Post returning to akalkot, immediately dinner at close end corridors at bhakt niwas, no place to sit and again it was raining. We had no rooms to freshen up. For the return midnight journey in spite of multiple requesting to hault at food mall, for the ladies passengers freshening up, it was ignored, but for male passengers it was at many. From 10pm to 10 am, ladies passengers were just not physically stranded but mentally too. This is just a disgusting and fooling service provided and all the promises made at the time of booking were never met only. Unplanned tours, no travel guide, spend ur own money and pathetic bus infracture is what this tour was.

Asthavinayak yatra was really awesome with Deshpande tours, facilities were very good nice and carm tour manager good and fresh food served and very reasonable.

Nice service.staff is very polite. If you wana plan something in low budget then it's the best option for you.

Good experience in Ashtavinayak tour. Guide Arun is friendly. Nice food. Only lodging need to improve.

Very bad experience. Don't care about their customers. Rash bus driving cause injury to my shoulder. They did not even say sorry.

If you don't have any option, then only you travel by this tours and travels. Only advantage is low price.

On 1st day they will give you a tasty Shrikhand, then you will feel "wah kya mast khana hai". But after that you will not get that quality food.

I know in low price we should not expect good quality food, but we can expect a nice behaviour from tour guide.

A photo which I have attached is of Mr. Anil.he was the tour guide of our bus. He was so arrogant, unfriendly and not having sense of talking.
