All the staffs are very caring and co-operative.

Dr. Batra’s clinic is well known for its excellent team of doctors and staff. My mom had a minor issue for which I consulted Dr. Pathika Desai, she was highly knowledgeable and explained the condition and treatment to follow very well. Thanks to her for the treatment was over within a month. Highly recommended!

Decent result but terrible management. Treatment never starts on your allotted slot, usually late by 30 /40 minutes. Always short staffed. They have sent me back twice when my slot was on sat but I went on Sunday due to time management issue but I've waited for hours some days when they are short staffed. Should work on management part, rest is good. Doctor Manisha and Dr. Sinu are very helpful and understanding with deep knowledge

This branch doesn't even deserve 1-star. I have been with Dr batras since last 2 years, though being a regular patient they treat you like they don't have any responsibility towards your treatment. A simple process of sending an email to transfer my case is not done since last 6months. They have taken advance payment for complete grohair treatment for 20sessions, I have barely taken 3-4 sessions, since December I am continuously calling them to transfer my case but there are no steps taken. My treatment has stopped, hair health is declining due to stress given by them itself. Who is responsible for this loss of hair health, my time & my money? I need an answer from the management, if your are not capable enough to run a clinic please give complete refund for my grohair treatment. I no longer want to continue any treatment here.

My name is Shiv Suthar and I regularly visited Khar Mumbai Clinic and am getting new hair treatments under Dr. Manisha and Dr. Pranita. But on 18th September I went for treatment and met Mr. Aziz Shaikh, the staff of the clinic at the cash counter and he misbehaved with me in an unprofessional manner which was not accepted at all,

Please note that I spent around 80 to 90K for hair treatment and before purchase of course they were talking very soft and polished way for money and business but after payment they changed their language and misbehaving with the customer which is not acceptable,

My suggestion to all please don't believe their polished way because after making payment no one is taking you in serious, because Mr Aziz sheikh clearly said "JO KARNA H KAR LENA YAHA BAHUT AATE H and MERA PURA NAME BHI NOTE KARLO.etc.

Staff dont give respect to Customers. Very bad staff of dr.batra.i am losing my hair daily.i suggest public never go to dr.batra clinic.

Dr. Batra's is a wonderful experience. The homeopathic treatment is effective and the service provided is fantastic. And most importantly very friendly staff at Khar branch.

Don't visit at batra's clinic, they are making fool its customers. Charges are always high without giving quality service. I have been taking treatment since 3 month for graying hair but there is no progress at all, I'm at the same place where I have started.
So never ever visit at batra's clinic its waste of money.
