It was an unique experience to book a dinner and movie date on my anniversary.

The room was quite spacious, food quality was good. Service was quite prompt. We had a great time!

Arman has an Excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship and good communication skills.

I really liked the palce. The room was fantastic and very clean. I highly recommend the place. The shuttle to the airport was a good added bonus

Mr. Raju had a friendly nature and quickly responding to our services.we were very happy with his service

Room is quite clean but cuo and coffee pot is little more care is required. Restaurant is quite well manage.

Worst stayed ever, biggest lie on internet booking.rooms are dirty, smelly, bathrooms are not cleans, enough water not coming from shower or tap, water licking from AC, remote not working of tv or ac. Arrogant staff.

No room service, no cleanliness, way higher prices as per the quality of rooms and service. Stinky and not so clean towels. (Not at all recommended)

We decided to opt for this place to arrange a Bride to be function for one of our friend. The decoration was superb and the staff support was also very good. The price is on higher side but if you want to go for any option in Mumbai to conduct any function s- Birthday/Anniversary/etc this a great option to explore

I went here to give certification exams through simplylearn. Given the location, area it is decently build with spce to sit around. Exams are conducted at 6th floor - isolated and no disturbance. Lift works and stairs case have plenty of scenery on the wall. Parking is subject to the timing you visit.

I am a regular at Dragon fly due to my business trips. They have good rooms and one thing I have noticed is they don't skip cleaning the rooms. Food quality is great, the person who gets food to the room is a very kind and hard working. Cheers!

I celebrated my birthday here.
So we booked a 4 hour rooftop slot.
The place was extremely well decorated.
The setup also included an entire mutli course meal, right from welcome drinks to starters /appetizers, soup, main course and desserts!
They had arranged for a projected on which we could project any movie we like. We were given access to Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney hotstar, etc.

Overall, the experience was amaze! I really fun way to celebrate the day of your special one!

This is the best hotel to come over and celebrate with everything as per your needs best staff. Best service. No one will come in between to interrupt during the time of celebration so it is the best. I enjoyed my gf bday at the bestest best way.so i am happy for that what @drangonfly hotel staff done for me. THANKS ALOT FOR EVERYTHING YOU DID

The vibe was off, its tacky from the outside, and the rooms are just meh. You dont feel like staying there for more than 5 hours. Food was however good. The people (Staff) are very judgemental about couples I feel. They stared at me to be honest, not a great experience.

It was the best ever setup- Candle Light dinner under the cabana! Wow my gf was so mesmerised! I still can't get over the event! Everything was organised beyond perfection! Thanks Sahil for the perfect guidance without any hiccup!

The first time we college friends (including females) had booked this place. It was quite good. It was my second time booking at this place with my friends (again including few female colleagues). However, my booking was cancelled this time as my female friends were not the same as the last ones. They said its their hotel's policy.what kind of a rule is that? You guys mean to say a person should only have one female friend? I was unaware about that and i really doubt if there is any rule as such. The receptionist had a cheap mentality. May god bless him.

The stay was pathetic. I would give 0/5 for the management. The boiler takes 30-40 min for the shower to throw hot water. What nonsense. I book for a package that includes breakfast and I had confirmed on the call that it’s a buffet. The next morning they say sorry breakfast not included u will have to pay extra.
After arguing with the hotel management team they say we are sorry the system showed wrong update and there is no buffet as we don’t have enough customers.

And the list goes on and on. In short I have wasted my weekend getaway here. I’d rather suggest to spend some more and go else where. Very poor service and pathetic management.

Disappointing we made two reservations and were on our way from Town and Bhayandar on submitting our I.ds the FOE suddenly tells us the ac is not working how does this even add up? It was very obvious after a call & after having submitted our i.d. S something transpired. Pls understand how inconvenienced we were and stranded in this blazing heat

I don't wish to give this hotel any stars, because it do not deserve it. I booked a room here and there was no where written on the policy description that if you are a couple you should come together while the checkin, my partner was supposed to come few hours later, but when I reached there alone, first of all I waited like half an hour there for my turn at the reception and when I asked them they started saying in a rude way that they cannot allow me to go to the room alone, my partner should be there with me. I requested "due to some work my partner is stuck", and also said "please, its just a matter of few hours", but they said a 'NO' straight on my face. And also they were not responding properly as if they are not interested. I travelled 10km to come there and again had to struggle to search for another hotel by standing near the streets. So disgusting. They really made my day worst by that service.

I wanted to arrange something special for dinner as it was 4th Weeding anniversary. Had a great experience since the beginning until the end of my reservation for romantic dinner in Dragon Fly Hotel. This became our favorite Hotel. The food is authentic but perhaps not spicy enough for the locals but excellent quality. The staff are simply amazing, gracious, friendly, and respectful. The food decor is very elegantly presented and decorated.

No hot water for bath
Very argumentative staff
Only soultion they offer is change your room. That does not work, as all rooms are Of equally 'poor' quality.
Staff plays loud music in the corridors. Can't sleep.
No shampoo no napkins.
Staff argued with me for not tipping them.
Over all this place is a DISASTER.

One of the best hotels near to airport. I have stayed here for two days and I loved being there. Very well planned and constructed in small area.
I was attracted to the Buddha paintings a very good collection and the hotel management sells these for the customers who are interested in paintings, Buddha statues.

When you think about budget hotels at Mumbai. The first thing come to our mind is small room filled with cot with. But dragon fly the art hotel is different experience for me. Very spacious. As customer I feel delighted by their staff behaviour. Restaurant was small, considering the hotel class spread for breakfast was good. Here am sharing some photos of hotel lobby and staircase area filled with paints and statue of Buddha. Over all rate 4 out of 5. If you drive by car then parking is a concern

Definitely not a 4 star hotel, stayed in room no. 102, room was okay. Some furniture need some working on it, bathroom space is too congested, too much art stuff everywhere, which makes one really depressed. I believe art should make you joyful not depressed. Especially when you are staying in a hotel on a vacation. WiFi didn’t work. Entrance area to this hotel looks unfinished and not attractive. Gravel everywhere, green grass would make a lot of sense in the city of concrete and not just loose gravel.
International airport is 10 mins drive from this hotel.

We had biryani here, thanks to Zomato gold for 1+1. Hotel ambience was good, food was really great and we had real sense of rich-dine. Last but not the least customer service was great.
