Our case agent was Priyanka who was of no help with documentation. She just sent us their template emails and instructions. We had to review her work and do continuous follow-up inspite of paying Taurus infotek to provide quality service. We got stuck twice in the process- once with transcripts and other with an ADR. Priyanka was useless both times and we had to reach out to other WhatsApp groups or online Canada forums to get our answers. The worst immigration consultancy. They take your money and forget you

In my case my educational credential evaluation was done by WES and my masters was evaluated at 2 or more degrees, as an expert in this field Taurus should have advised me to do it through ICES so I could get masters evaluation and increase my points. These guys have been sitting on my profile doing nothing about it.

Also when it comes to selecting you NOC the team is very lost and have not idea on guiding the customer.

Now I have lost points due to birthday.

The team is not at all professional they call you only for the payments. For rest of the things you will need to call them a billion times.

All the mails are sent without any understanding of the customer problems.

Of course, Mr. Palwe has done some awesome videos on youtube but whats the use when the team is useless.

The case manager name - Lakshmi was assiting with this process. I told her that I am fully not ready to move but still.she said please pay the money and we"ll guide you and if you want to go you proceed if not we will return the money. I paid 29500 to mr. MANOJ PALWE. After I paid the money, their entire attitude changed. As in they wouldnt pick up my phone call.whenever I call I used get that auto notification - I'll call be later. So I thought let that money be with them and I'll apply later. In 2020 I decided not go, so I called MR manoj PALWE to return. He tells one simple answer that I don't know any lakhsmi Saraswathi in my team. I can't refund your money. I told him but sir haven't taken any service and if you dont repay I will go legally. He is like I don't care you do wateva you want and he disconnected the call.

Overall, I found this consultancy unsatisfactory. They charge ₹5000 for an assessment, when even established names in the industry such as Colin Singer give a free assessment. The trick is that once you pay for the assessment, you'll be obliged to pay for the whole package, otherwise you'll feel that you've wasted your money. And Palwe's report is quite basic. It contains info like what NOC you should use, how much funds you'll need, which provinces you should opt for, etc. All of this info you can get online, and almost every consultant gives it for free. I don't recommend this agency.
