Dr.L.H.Hiranandani Hospital

I was was suffering from covid-19 last year. I visited to many hospital but i did not got a bed in any hospital. At last i went to Dr. L. H. Hiranandani Hospital Powai and finally i got the bed. The treatment was superb i recovered within two weeks. Thanks to this hospital for admitting me in tough time.

Superb hospitality and infrastructure. I visited last month to see my friend who was admitted for his kdiney transplant. Doctors and other staff was so professional and talking very politiely with everyone. Only one thing that i would ask them to reduce the bill as sometime people might not afford the treatment.

I love the way how easily they handle their patient. A lot of love to Hiranandani hospital.

I am grateful to this place. My uncle was treated in a very right way, very satisfied with the services. The hospitality service are very good. Clean hospital. Patients are nicely treated. Also, the doctors had done a great job.

Best Multi-speciality Hospital in Powai. The nurses are very kind to their Patients. As my uncle was suffering from a severe disease, now he is fit and fine after getting treatment from the Best Hospital of Mumbai.

One of the worst hospitals in Mumbai. My brother needed stiches in his finger and was greatly screwed up by the doctor. Unecessary tests and unecessary treatment just to fool people and make extra money.
Please do not visit such hospitals.

Pathetic TPA desk, unresponsive and unprofessional people managing the insurance work. They require consistent follow-ups for anything even for getting security refund. Doctors and treatments given are very good.

So pathetic pathology experience By Mr Rohan, First report was mistakenly made and then Mr Rohan made argument they made correct pathology report. After complains, about fake reports, no calls given from PRO. Paying high charges are not giving QOS.

I was admitted here for my delivery.the hospital staff is pathetic.they did not care for my baby at all.i had requested baby formula which they did not arrange timely.kept my baby cryin as i couldnt feed.worst hospital.my gynac was excellent.i regret not getting admited to her maternity home instead.

Nice hospital. There are very nice staff. The hospitality service are very good. Clean hospital. Patients are nicely treated.

The system of appointments is abysmally poor. Unless a hospital can get its act together on something as basic as that, it is impossible for a patient to be served well or with any sensitivity. Doctors’ time at this hospital is supremely important but the patients’ is nobody’s concern. You are either waiting endlessly because of overruns of previous appointments or the doctor / technician has simply not showed up! Pathetic!

Kept my mom for 3 days admitted without treatment bas they were not able to find the reason. Their MRI machine was not working so they told us they are keeping under observation if pain elscales then only they will do mri. When things went beyond tolerable they said they are shifting my mom to other hospital for mri. No operations, no serious injury, paid 63,000 for 3 days suffering just for few tablets of bone pain.

The doctors are really helpful and great. But the hospital is terrible. The icu waiting room for the relatives are in bad shape. The washrooms are dirty. The security and housekeeping are extremely rude to the people. When the housekeeping gives blankets for the relatives at night, it almost feels like a jail. The man asks, sorry, yells, 'KYA NAAM? ARRE TUMHARA NAHI, PATIENT KA'.
The least I expect from a hospital is hospitality.

Secondly, the cafeteria is terrible. I've seen roaches where food is served. Its a HOSPITAL FOR GOD'S SAKE. Isn't hygiene a basic necessity?

If a private hospital gives service like this, why would I even bother coming here? In case I know if my doctor is working someplace else, I would directly avoid coming here.

Dear management,

If you are reading this, we spend lakhs of money to get ourselves better. And in troubling times, I would expect a human touch from the hospital where I am being treated from. The doctors are helpful, but in cases of icu, patient and their families have to deal with other things as well since the entire day we are just waiting around, a basic service is expected. Kindly improve on certain basic points. Rest, the attitude of the staff is not something that can be taught, but atleast better people can be hired.

This Hospital only wants one thing from you that is Money, For any small treatment they will make something big out of it and loot money. Before going to this hospital check with your family doctor for alternatives. Visit only if you are in extreme emergency I wouldn't recommend that either

Everything is very good. The doctor are brilliant specially Dr Anurag lila (for dieabities) and Dr Shalini (physician). They caught the diagnosis very fast and my mother got well very soon. I thank all the Doctors for the excellent work they have done.

This is the worst hospital when it comes to servicing. Call is transferred to multiple desks and problem still remains unresolved.

Rude staffs, Doctors suggest some time but themselves don't be available or responsible, flies are around

Hiranandani Hospital, & Dr Soni's staff have ZERO respect for their patients and their time. I was made to wait TWO hours for a simple consultation. Not because I was late, or there were excess patients. Because their management DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A HEALTHCARE CENTER. A concept as simple as scheduling appointments and following the list is unknown and alien to this big hospital.
Patients running THREE HOURS late were being adjusted ad hoc, people were randomly walking in to get reports checked, or the doctor's old patients were taking the liberty to assert that they are next, and there is no list. The junior doctor, and the staff managing the appointments, simply said, ''Hume nahi pata kaun andar ja raha hai. Kya ho Raha hai? ''
After being patient for 2 hours, when I finally lose my temper - the doctor, assisting doctor, and management start a blame game. AND EVEN AFTER I CREATE A SCENE, VERY VOCALLY EXPRESS MY FRUSTRATION, NO ONE STILL APOLOGIZES OR OFFERS TO TAKE MY APPOINTMENT. I LEFT WITHOUT A CONSULTATION, IN FRONT OF THE DOCTOR, HAVING FULLY PAID ALL CHARGES, AND I HAVEN'T EVEN GOT A CALL YET. Slow claps! Dr. Soni is a very able and senior doctor, and I agree she is busy. But no one is big or busy enough to not be nice / fair to their own customers. I sadly have enough experience dealing with names like Ganga Ram, Moolchand, Max, BL Kapoor, TATA Memorial, Apollo to name a few. There are way busier doctors and bigger hospitals which run like clockwork.
Dear Hospital Board, the frustration of one menial time adhering patient means nothing to you. But trust me, this is how largest of the largest companies FAIL. Patients choose you and your doctors because we have regards for you, and you have already enough cases / news in the public domain saying how poorly run this hospital is. Do yourself a favor, AND VALUE EVERYONE'S TIME. I have sought a meeting with the management on Monday. Let me see how serious they are about this.

Most pathetic place, NO system at all one can walk in anytime and get ahead of your scheduled number as the people at counter don’t even understand what system means. On the above they charge first and then tell you about waiting time as revenue is their Prime Moto.
The difference betweeen this hospital and Govt.run hospital is that these guys charges 10 to 15 times more. Rest is all same

Superb place, good waiting area, also a lot of of space for children, it also has a indoor playground for kids. So the kids will definitely love it. However the canteen is ok with limited options.it has very small menu especially for jaine and of course is a self service. Overall u can spend good time over here.parking will be a problem if u don't have a driver. U can find parking but obviously with some pain

Efficient, swift service, well equipped with latest medical facilities, super clean. Professional all around.

Good people. Good treatment for the patients. A trifle expensive as compared to small private hospitals however definitely worth it. Car parking is an issue however possible as the area around is quite big and as long as you're prepared to park a short distance away and walk to the hospital.

Neat & Clean Place. No usual hospital stench. Multi facilities available. Children's play area. Fully air conditioned. Visiting hours too less.

Worst hospital ever.if you want ur child, ur loved one to go through a wrong diagnosis and long hospital bills, then you must go to this hospital. It’s a corporate where doctors are given monthly targets which they unfortunately achieve through us. So suppose if you have a normal viral and you go there, they will treat you for n number of diseases and after churning certain amount of money from you they will say oh it’s a viral. They don’t have ethics. So pls if you have any other option, avoid going to this hospital. The staff is less trained, mostly trainees. My 4th floor room toilet had so many earthworms roaming which was so scary to see, which they got it cleaned off course but still from a such a five star hospital we don’t expect earthworms. My child was admitted in NICU where there were hundreds of ants roaming on his bed. The list is endless. Just that if you love your people, you love your money pls avoid going to this hospital. Being an very known n famous hospital the facilities are good but the way they charge is too much.enen though the sanitizer they charge it for Rs. 550/-. Hahhaha idnt knw how many patients use that.
