Service wise they are good. But the people they have hired are rude and unprofessional. They try to extract money from people who are not aware of the process and Instead of explaining things bombard them with "you give money" we will do it properly. Not satisfied.

Do not carry any electronic device other than mobile else you need to keep it in locker with 200 Rs charges.visiter parking chargable with few slots for cars (10-12). Less crowded in morning slots.you will get entry only before 5mins of your appointment timings. No need to carry water bottle.

I found staff is good and helping

But make sure don't miss any document as process need it

Service is good but there is no place for feeding babies. I was asked to use washroom to feed my 5 months baby. Also they do not accept cards so please carry cash

It's a one stop visa processing center for several countries. Located in Viman Nagar, it did have ample parking when we visited a couple of years ago. Singapore visa is not covered. A sincere attempt to streamline the chaotic visa process has been made. Drawbacks experienced were the main processing room is crowded. Outside the main processing room no seating (which could be helpful for Seniors/Pregnant women/differently abled). Otherwise okay.

I opted for the premium lounge at VFS Pune and was done with the visa submission process in 30 mins. The staff Avinash, Dipti, Sneha and Navjyot provided quick service, and were cordial and friendly. Would highly recommend for visa application.

VFS panjab and Mumbai has contact no why VFS pune doesn't show.

Staff was quick in there work. Avoid taking any electronic device like powerbank, pendrive. Mobile is allowed.

Also avoid any kind of liquids like hand sanitizer or eyedrops or deo. Else they will charge 100 rs for storage.

Timings for visa collection is 10am to 4pm.

Sarve complex with many commercial offices. Very clean. The services at visa center were good. Parking place available. There is a need to put information boards at places in the complex.

VFS should handle their customers in a more efficient way.
There are slots for visa application process and people always miss those slots as the people in the previous slots are still completing their visa process.
The staff guiding you through the building regarding Visa procedure aren't that friendly whereas the staff behind the visa counters are extremely welcoming and friendly.

Quick visa processing center but requires lot of documents submission as compared to other visa agents. Staff is co-operative and supportive. There is high level of personal security checkup at this center which is not necessary. This is the only vfs center in Pune.

Worst vfs any can reach out to. I lost a file and no body gave a damn abt looking for that. They made me stood for hours just to check with their supervisor that they can't do anything. So guys please be careful about your stuffs there.

Co-operative staff and punctual working, they have premium service in case you need additional assistance (charges are extra).
Do note that for few countries you need to carry cash - card payments are not accepted.

Very unorganised and turnaround plus waiting is very much unbearable. Sometimes the token system goes down then people jump the queue and there are no one controlling it.

Surpisingly well managed.
Here are some tips:
There is paid parking available for VFS, so dont worry too much about parking. Drive into the building and ask for VFS parking.
You will generally have some waits, starting with waiting in the lobby area itself. Dress comfortably as there is no air conditioning in the lobby area.
Dont reach too early. They wont let you in unless its time.
There is a place where you can take photocopies and even photographs at a charge within the VFS itself in case you forget something
Staff is quite friendly and professional inspite of the rush.

General process
They will send people up in batches based on your appointment.
You will be given a token number. Your token will be called out at a counter, counters are by country of visit.
The first counter will take your documents.
The second counter will take your payment. Card payment is preferred and the easiest option.
Third is biometrics, if applicable.
Everything is systematic and VFS folks are helpful.

If you are rich, opt for the premium option.

Process is fast if all your documents are clear then it requires only 30 minutes to submit everything including biometric.

Only 1 thing I did not liked it (hence -1 star)
They did not told before that laptop, power bank, pen drive are not allowed inside and while entering there is only option to put these things in locker for which they charge 100 rs.

It's like they want purposely people come with these kind of things and pay them 100 rs.

If you will reach late by 15 minutes only they will not consider your VISA application, but after reached on time they can you stand on queue a long time, they should be the maintained time of people's,

The office is professional and the staff is polite and knowledgable. If you are first timer they treat you well. The building is although under construction and many part is still not done. Been there 2-3 times but till not always had a good experience

Very disappointing, pathetic and frustrating service. I had my visa appointment on 17th April 2019, I have submitted all the necessary documents. It's been almost 2 months now, i haven't got my Visa or passport back. I have missed my business travel twice due to delay in Visa.
I have got email communication on 9th May saying that my Visa has received and it's been almost 1 month, they haven't dispatched it to my address. Rs. 1150/- has been taken for postal charges.
There is no way to contact you people, it's a basic thing to add your phone numbers on website so that people can enquire you. It's really a bad service of you guys.

The visa application centre is in Viman Nagar, it is easy to find.

Pros:

-The centre is well maintained.

-There is a provision for paid parking in the premise (The parking charge is 50₹ and it's not recommended because the covered parking gets full pretty early. One can alternatively park in PVR mall nearby).

-There is a provision for snacks, tea, canteen, restaurant (paid ofcourse) inside the visa application centre. The quality is decent.

-The watchmen are helpful

Cons:

-The Visa centre charges a staggering 150₹ for 5 printouts. If you want 1 print or 5 prints you'll be charged 150₹. Thus it's advised to carry hard copies of all documents you have, even if it's not mentioned in the requirements.

-There is a washroom but it's very hard to find it!

-The seating arrangement is paltry. There are very few chairs in waiting area and the visa process is generally delayed from scheduled appointment time.

-Visa process for some countries is far more tiring than others.

-Sms service (after visa process for visa delivery) is futile and it's over priced as you get just one message regarding the courier

I wish I could give minus rating. Worst services I have ever seen. They will charge you two times for same service if you do not ask for bifurcation. Courier services charges RS 440?

They deducted RS 750 two times for scanning process. I am continuously following up but no positive response received.

This office is located inside the Marvel Edge building, so was a bit hard to find at first. Using phones wasn't allowed inside the centre, so taking photos wasn't possible. However, it's very systematic, with high amount of security in place. Avoid taking any electronic items with you (except for mobile phones) or they charge you ₹300 to keep it in their locker.

Service is great, on the representatives part, but they do not have a card payment facility. So ask in advance about the estimated amount to be paid and carry the necessary cash with you. There are two ATMs right along the same road.

The lines are obvious. There are color xerox shops just outside the building. Parking is available on the road if you're lucky (not sure if they allow cars inside as well). Overall process will take a couple of hours. This is just the center to submit documents, your passport will be taken here. Until you get the passport back by courier in few days, you'll not know if you have been granted or denied visa.

परदेशी जाण्यासाठी व्हिसा प्रोसेस करायला VFS मार्फत करता येणे ही एक खूप छान सुविधा पुण्यातून झाली आहे
त्यासाठी त्यांची फी अंदाजे 1700 रु व वेळोवेळी आपल्याला व्हिसा प्रोसेस चे स्टेटस कळण्यासाठी sms सुविधा पण छान आहे पण ती खूप महाग आहे रु 90 इतकी मोठी रक्कम यासाठी आपण देतो जेमतेम 3 ते 4 मेसेज येतील आपल्याला पण त्यासाठी 90 रु द्यावे लागतात तसेच पासपोर्ट वर व्हिसा stamping झाले की घरपोच सेवे साठी रु 300 इतका चार्जे आहे
अजून एक गंमतशीर गोष्ट म्हणजे व्हिसा साठी VFS मध्ये जातो त्यावेळी आपल्याकडे जर काही electronik वस्तू असतील जसे की पेन ड्राईव्ह, powerbank, लसपटॉप, harddisc etc तर ते बाहेरच एक डेस्क आहे तिथे जमा करावे लागतात त्याचे टोकन आपल्याला मिळते व रु 100 चार्जेस भरून घेतले जातात (ही शुद्ध लूट आहे असे वाटते करण 1700 आपल्याकडून घेतात तरी हे रु 100 स्वतंत्र pay करावे लागतातच)

Impressed with the professionalism of the staff there. Everyone there seems to be trained. Everyone was hands on, polite and up to answering all queries.

It was nice experience with VFS. Had quick service. Could keep a tea-coffe and light snack service which could be helpful when long queues like they have at Mumbai.

Visited today for documents drop off. It's located in the E core, 4th floor so remember this E core to catch right lift (ask around). I carried my laptop bag (without laptop), mobile, wallet and car keys inside. Only things not allowed are CD/Pen Drive/Laptop, any sharp objects etc. Mobile needs to be switched off inside.
Timings: 10am to 4pm (Mon to Friday). Sat/Sun off. Tomorrow also off for 1st Jan.
Waiting period:
I entered with token at 11.30am sharp. With 15 people ahead of me, waiting time was 1 hour and 30 minutes. I was out by 12.45pm.
Only one counter was collecting documents drop-off while other one was dedicated to pick up.
Parking:
I could find the parking outside the street but when I asked the guard, he told me paid parking is also available under basement.
Photocopy/Photo:
If you forget any photocopy or your photo isn't under acceptablable format, you can take photo/photocopy inside VFS with charges Rs 150/- per photo and Rs 2/- per photocopy, Color photocopy is for 15/- per page.

This place is visa processing center. The place is very neat and clean. They are very strict with their security rules (thumbs up). You cannot carry any electronic devices inside.there is a locker for you to keep your devices which costed us 100 per locker.pretty safe. You have to switch off your mobile phone while going inside. They accept payment through cash (mostly) sometimes credit card is also accepted. Their service is very good. You get drinking water inside. The people were very helpful. You can get visa photos clicked if your photos are not as per the guidelines.

Great service and smooth process. Their security staff will help you to go in right directions.

Important points:
- If you are carrying laptop you have to keep in locker with charge of 100/- rupees.
- Make sure your application form you downloaded online should be back to back printed.
- Make sure of you are carrying Demand Drafts then their alignment of information should be on right places or else you have to again get proper DD’s from your banks.
- You can find Car parking outside on the road also.

The budding also have little cafeteria inside for breakfast and tea coffee.

Very good experience, much better than that at earlier 4 year before.
1. VFS for almost all countrys is at this place (consulates which have vfs facility) - Germany, Denmark, Switzreland, Norway, Cyprus, UK, USA, Dubai etc.
2. Enough parking inside but it is paid. 2 wheelers can also try parking by the roadside just outside opp in front of shops for free.
3. VFS global is in F wing. Some part of it is still under construction but its not something that will bother you.
4. I went at 11 am for Germany stamping and had to wait as it was their break time till 11.15 am.
5. Security check is nominal. You can keep laptops, pen drives in the locker near security for Rs. 100. They allowed helmet inside.
6. You have washrooms and drinking water facility inside.
7. Take your token and wait for your turn. But for me they callled my number earlier and handed over courier form to fill up.
8. I went their for German visa stamping and was done in 15 mins at my turn. Had to pay Rs. 1444 for visa fees and courier and other charges. Ctefit card was accepted today.
9. Process was normal and nothing to panic about.
10. Cellphones are to be switched off. Do not keep them on silent mode. Security checked with me when I was using cellphone for texting.
11. Building has other offices like Quick heal office. Nice building. Like open space inside and seating area.
12. Enjoy your Amruttulya tea outside after you are done.

VFS for Germany, Czech Republic, Italy etc specifically are located in the F-wing which is under construction at the moment. Credit/Debit cards are accepted as mode of payment for Visa application fees (Except Denmark which is strictly to be paid in CASH only), bulletin board mentioning the details of fee structure for different countries/regions is available at the VFS. Process is well managed and takes less time if all documents are in place.
Downsides: IMPORTANT*
Pendrive/Laptops etc are not permitted inside the VFS, a small baggage counter is setup at the Security check where the same can be submitted and obtain a token however it is chargeable at 100₹ which is overpriced.
Xerox/Printing facility is available but that too comes at a premium price of 150₹. Luckily you can go downstairs and get it done right outside the main building at cheaper cost. You'll have to regenerate the token and go through the screening formalities again though but it's not much of a hassle considering you save a lot of money.
