It wsa a good staying experience at E- Square The Fern. The staff was good especially the house keeping staff Arti.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service.
Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.
Overall, I had a great experience with the (HN) ; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown (L).

Had come for my father's 51st Birthday celebration with family. Yogesh and Anjan gave excellent service to us and we have absolutely no complaints. The food was amazing and the service was on time. Great experience!

A few days back, I organised here my daughter's engagement. Service provided by the staff concerned was very nice. Particularly Mr. Raj was very much co-operative. Food was tasty.
But one thing, I want to mention here that the vendor provided to us for decoration work didn't satisfy us at all. The vendor charged a very high rate and I paid fully but the work was below expectation.
Pl be careful in future as the hotel image is also involved.

I had my stay at The Fern ecotel Pune for 7 days. It was an extremely comfortable stay with friendly staff and top notch service. Special mention to the housekeeping service staff Ms Payal and Mr Khilanand for making the room homely with utmost cleanliness. The Fern will always be in my recommendation! Thanks to everyone

We had arranged a birthday party for our 12 year old daughter. The entire setup of the decoration to the food variety and the taste was very good. The guests were happy and we all had a good and memorable experience.

Located near to the railway station and main bus stop but the place is surrounded by heavy traffic area.

It's my first experience and it was so worst coz parking staff was not behave properly.although I am give rating is 5 out of 1

I've been coming to this movie theatre for almost a decade now. Although there is no change in the structure but I still think it's the best if you watch the movie in Screen 5.
Screen 5 is the biggest and I don't think there is any other screen all over Pune bigger than screen 5.
It also screens some exclusive movies beforehand like Spiderman: Homecoming which was screened a day before the actual release.
This plays also has a mall like feeling which has lots of places to go if you're early for the movie. There is Crossword, food counters etc.
If you live in the E-square hotel you get movie tickets free too.

Really worst quality of 3 d glasses. When I showed them the glasses they asked me to clean using tissue paper.

It's good theatre and totally 5 screens are available for shows movies. Good and nice seats inside theatres.

This anther group of multiplex theatres around pune which is quiet famous besides City Pride. Eve E-square holds its own grounds when it come to picture quality, sound quality, intheatre ambience, comfort of sitting, food availability and cleanliness.
E-square also as multiple locations around pune with many screens. It also provides recliners, which kinda luxury seats for not that big of a cost. The comfort on these seats is totally different and the feel is fabulous.

There is no direct entry from parking to the floor, you need to walk all over to the entrance after parking your vehicle.

Managing 5 screens in very compact structure. Very congested. Parking area very compact. You need to reach min 20-30 mins advance.

Good ambience.screen and sound effects are good also 3d effects. But food are costly (for example drinking water rate for 1L bottle cost 60₹, and they didn't provide water for free)

Location of E-Square is good. Video and sound quality are good. Other facilities are not upto the mark. No escalators, problematic when we are with elders. Rest rooms are small compared to screens and number of people. Parking is not convenient and takes time to park. Cycles are sent to the extreme basement for parking which seems to be junkyard. I avoid going by vehicles here because of that.

Once upon a time it was one of the best multiplex in the city. But now it become Viran Haveli. There are few good options around, so I guess people started ignoring this place. Also the parking charges are too high. The charge me 60/- for my car. 2 popcorn along with 2 colddrinks cost me 500/-, which is too high. Instad of going here I will try another options next time.

This was the floor of Sceen 4 (F row) on 24th Nov at 11.00 pm show after paying 200 Rs. Better Esquare management should give the proper service if they are charging so much.

Very limited parking space. One must visit in advance to find out parking space. You may land up parking car on the road.

Nice place to watch a movie but not for having food, everything is overpriced here, even water. The crossword store here is good and there are many other small stores inside. Overall it’s a good place to go for a movie but not for having a meal

Nice place for watching movies and spend some time on lunch or dinner. There are North Indian, South Indian, Chinese food options available along with Milkshake counter. Not much options for shopping. There is a descent size paid parking lot for four wheeler and two wheeler.

Hello All.
Yesterday while watching movie someone was passing by and smapeded badly unknowingly.
After renovation the leg space betwee two rows is very less. So I Need to take help of front seat to push myself back.
While doing the same suddenly someone sat on that chair and my toe got squeezed badly.
I sceamed like anything as it was unbearable. No one knew what happened and it took a while to take my leg off the situation.

Immidiately I have to see the hospital emergency and have undergone a surgery to reamove toe nail.

Lots of blood shed and pain I had gone through cause of this new pathetic seat arrangemen with NO leg space.

Guys think twice if you are watchiwg movie at UNIVERSITY Road Carnival E square.

Good place to watch movies. It has mini mall inside, Snacks options, a book store. Security is not that good. The security personnel did not check me and let me enter. Overall good place.

Screen 5 is awesome. Very nice i loved it so much i was there for movie kashinath ghanekar. Show was was very nice ambience if also very good affordable fir morning shows

When we think of watching movies most of all just imagine it with a big screen and lots of popcorn in hand with sipping cold drink with it. We too had same story with spice of nachos and samosa which made us felt enjoyed as when you have great company too. That's all because to my friends too oh yes the movie was Badhai ho!

Earlier it was the first option for movies. After Westend Mall, I rarely go there. Main issue the parking. If you are at peek, you will end up wasting 20 min in parking itself. Also there are 2 counter for snacks, one of which is closed most of the time. Washroom cleanness is of third class. Don't try to watch 3D. Glasses are old and having scratches. Go only if you don't have any other options and your sole purpose is movie.

Good place to go to. But yeah.there's nothing special about the place.seats are ok ok types.and screen is also fine.but i mostly prefer the middle row in the theatre for a good view of the screen

Theatre hall was small and even the smallest of noises was heard (eg: someone chomping on popcorn two rows behind you)

Carnival Cinemas, a late entrant to the multiplex business which has shown aggression in acquiring other cinema chains, has now taken over the operations of Maharashtra-based E-Square Cinemas. As part of its strategic tie-up, Shrikant Bhasi-led cinema chain will take over the existing 37 operations screens this month and also upcoming screens as and when they start running.

“This will add at least ₹100 crore to our top line annually, ” PV Sunil, managing director,  Carnival Cinemas, told ET. “This deal is part of our assetlight model, wherein we are not outright buying the company, but taking over the operations

E square, located in a prime location of city, multiple screens, everything is there, basic amenties all are present. Shows are cheaper, as compared to other multiplexes Everything fine
Cons:
1. Ample of parking space, but 20 rs for the two wheelers thats too much and 60 rs for four wheelers
2. No escalators
3. No pushback seats, less leg space in between seats pretty uncomfortable for people who have long legs.
4. Stinky smell from seats which i personally felt in morning show especially in Audi 3.

Such a pathetic situation was. We 5 booked a ticket for paltan movie and movie day was sunday. We went their and get to know show gets cancelled on the spot. Neither e square informed nor book my show.also we didn't get any cancellation message, email, call or anything. And we complained BMS, and they told this is Esquares's mistake. And thus Sunday spoiled bcz of Esquare. Such a pathetic situation was
