I found the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. My queries were promptly responded to, and everything showed up as it was supposed to be. The charges for the Thailand and Singapore tour for my family seemed like good value for money.
We found the hotels, food and our guide to be decent, and it was overall a very enjoyable tour.

Worst experience i ever had with cox and kings. They do not have any responsibility about their tourist. So please don’t go with them.fake promises and lots of disappointments.this was not expected because they have a experience of 250 years.

Worst experience with Cox & kings. Especially sheetal, shubhjeet, mangesh telang and Meghna sawant. Very rude and unproffessional of behavioral. They have made fool to us by taking payment of 1.75 lakh and wasted our days with No good sight seeing, no plan by the supervisor. No good stay- bad hotel service. Promised for 4 star hotel but was not even 3 star, no tour manager. All places entry fee we have to pay. Parking fee levied from us and the transportation was very bad. Provided wagon r instead of innova. Very bad experience. Advise to all do not book with Cox kings.

I went there for currency exchange today. The forex incharge was very helpful and polite he helped me very well through the entire procedure. The exchange rates given were the best compared to anywhere else.

The staff at there Kharghar Store are really helpful. We Liked the variety of services they offer in different holiday packages. We found it really safe to travel through Cox and Kings and according to me they offer the lowest price for foreign currency exchange also. Till now my traveling experience with them is very good.

Very bad services by Cox and king for north east delight tour. Especially Ms sheetal, Shubhjeet, Meghna sawant and mangesh telang. Do not choose Cox and kings ever for any trips.

There office is nearby from Kharghar station. The Staff is supportive and very informative about the destinations. Had travelled through them last year to Thailand and this year also we have booked our Europe Tour with them. Overall good travel agency.

I request the public not to plan ur trip with Cox and kings. MS Sheetal Valmiki is very uncooperative person. Not considering the request of the customers to put AC in the vehicle. We travelled in 40 c temperature with full of dust and hot wind.

Extremely appalled at the callous attitude displayed by Cox and Kings.especially by Ms Sheetal Valmiki who sold us the package.we booked a group tour to Himachal Pradesh, and the standard of transportation service provided was way below expected. We were provided with tempo travellers whereas we were expecting cars, which was not disclosed to us explicitly at the time of selling the package. To top it all, we had to travel without AC (despite having functional ACs in both tempos) in 40 degree weather and dust. Despite reaching out to Ms Sheetal and her Team multiple times during the journey, they displayed a very impractical and carefree attitude which was definitely not expected from such a reputed company.

It's always a pleasure to be here, plan to go to the beautiful destinations, super Lovely staff, one stop shop! 100% recommended!

I visited cox and kings, Kharghar for my honeymoon package. Initially I was planning for Dubai or Thailand. The owner suggested us Greece and explained the Itinerary in detail.
