Quiet place, lots of space, good parking, service and food is ok, but great value for money, separate swimming pool for kids and adults

Rooms were very good but tv connection and internet connection was week. Swimming pools was not that clean

The pictures are completly deceiving! Rooms are not at all maintained. Paint chips from the walls are withering off. Shower was broken. There were no hooks in the entire room to hand clothes and the cupboard was stinking of moisture.
It's good 25-30km away from Alibaug and the title is just suffixed with Alibaug to just attract customers.
The biggest startling fact is there are's no wifi in the room and is just available in the common area where-as it's being claimed the opposite in the description.
The word 'SPA' is just a marketing gimmick and there's no such service available in the hotel. Was confirmed by the staff that such services were halted 5 yrs ago and when I had enquired about the property to the owner, he gave a false direction that SPA services will be confirmed at the reception desk as per the available slots.
Completely misleading claims and seems like the entire effort is to lure the customers all the way upto the property and a pure keyword bait!
Not recommended to anybody and not worth more than INR 500 per night with the ongoing maintenance.

I and my 6 friends stayed at this hotel for 2 nights.the place is calm and cool.we had a pleasant stay. ITS VALUE FOR MONEY.for the Price what we are paying. ITS TOTALLY WORTH IT.also the best part of this hotel is the food which is very tasty and delicious.swimming pool is big and very much clean.water is changed time to time.indoor and outdoor games are full on and big space to play.rooms are big, good and decent.rooms are clean and services were on point and prompt.they were just a ring or a call away.each and everything whatever we asked for was provided.staff is really helpful and friendly.managers are approachable and down to earth.they respected everyone with grattitude and gave best hospitality to all guests in the hotel.also there is enough space to park ur Car. OVERALL ITS 5/5

Resort is bit far from alibaug but reachable in 30 mins from the city.
Resort is located in excellent location away from city hustle bustle. Perfect get away to be with one's self.

Rooms are spacious
Ambiance is very nice
Food taste is average
Don’t book AC room because of electricity issue
There are two swimming pool
One is for kids another is for adults

One suggestion please ask menu while you are booking for dinner and lunch

The worst hotel in the world the food is not healthy the rooms are below average the AC doesn't works the swimming pool has a lot of chlorine which is not healthy the location is very far from beaches the road is not well developed and there is bad smell in the room the service is also below average if you are planning to take a room in this resort then don't take it's the worst resort

Left the hotel in just 3hrs, light goes out frequently.
Food is ok l, rooms are damaged with flies, mosquitoes and baby cockroch.

Near by you will get noting, no ice box.

Elysium Resort is not same as shown in picture
Rooms stink, it needs to be renovated
They upgraded it to Super deluxe however even in that we found cockroach in rooms
Didn't found bedsheets clean n washed
Food were tasty and pool were clean
However they really really need to work on the interiors and cleanliness

The place is very far it will be good if you are transporting from private transport. The interior and room are very spacious.cleanliness is maintained throughout the hotel.game zone is also good. Overall the expreince was good only the location is very far.

One of my best stays in Alibaug. Pocket-friendly resort. Wonderfully crafted resort with great ambience. The stay was comfy and cozy. The rooms were spacious. The food was absolutely delicious. The staff are always smiling, helpful and courteous. Great stay.

Indoor games amd swimming pool inside.
But they need to be more proffessional in maintaing the rooms.

Very worst. Uncooked chicken. Minute prawns in gravy rice called as biryani. Broken unused furniture all over the place. Unclean surfaces and tables. Stairs without support everywere and dangerous for kids. 10.30 hrs checkout which is not mentioned in booking confirmation. Totally arrogant and impolite staff. Manager is rude and illiterate and highly unfriendly. Denied breakfast charging 5500 for 10.30 hrs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

ONE OF THE GOOD RESORT. IT IS IN SILENT PLACE, AWAY FROM CITY POLLUTION AND ABRASIVE VOICE. RESORT FULLY COVERED WITH GREENERY.

Only because of polite and co operative staff.
Maintenance and surrounding area is not up to the mark. You can see some rusting of metal panels and old off colour furniture in the room. We have dumped garbage view from our room.

Worst experience. Traveling was very inconvenient. Food was worst and too expensive. Rooms were not that clean. Staf was not so helpful very inconvenient

Hate this place! Khandar hai!
I visited on my birthday! And checked out in 1 day only! You can't sleep here as beds are not comfortable! Rats are roaming around the place! And yes that's why it's non refundable!

Nice place for enjoying holidays, rooms are very comfortable. One negative point is mobile network issues and wifi not connecting in room

Food is good. Two separate pools. One for kids and one for adults. Deluxe rooms were not that great. Could have been better. Service and hospitality is really nice and the staff is really friendly. The narrow road leading to the resort of around 200 meters is steep and bad during monsoon. There was some issue with the transformer nearby during our stay and they were facing issues with the generator as well. Due to this the electricity kept on fluctuating.

It's too far from Alibaug, food is average. Rooms are quite big. Nothing is nearby to see. Need to travel atleast 20 km for sight seeing.

It is below average hotel as you cannot even imagine staying here for even one day-night. Except for bathroom everything else is worse, it's like it's haunted and at it's worst infrastructure. There's no staff other to attend guests other than manager and an uncle. Pillows are torn, room stink, even bed is not even likeable to sleep in.

I have stayed here 2 days, and wasn't planning it to come here. But via coming back from Mumbai, we choose to stay here for work from home, and do some adventures. You'll get good food here also wi-fi. You can stay 2 days undoubtedly.

A great place to chill with friends. A good set if menu, amazing food been cooked here. The vibe is amazing. The stay is wonderful and comfy. Loved the place to the fullest.

We visited this resort on 11th of June 2021. It says you get peace there, but sadly we didn't. There was written NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED IN THE PREMISES but a group had brought barrels with them and still the staff was negligent, Secondly there was a havoc of loud music hookah at the pool side where families were also there and people were screaming on speakers. We complained to the manager and she was stating that she was unaware of it. There was soo much of noise and chaos. The room was big but there was leakage from the ceiling 24/7. This didn't end here. At the dinner time they asked us to leave the very next morning as there was a cyclone prediction (which didn't come in news or any fotm) They were removing us because that district had recorded 15000+ Cases of COVID 19 which they didn't inform us at the time of booking. The staff was soo laid back and lazy that they as Humans couldn't support us to reach the bus stand or arrange us a vehicle to leave the district. Infact switched off the lights at 11 and wanted us to leave asap. We would have been trapped out there and there was NIL support from the staff. Lastly when we got frustrated with the situation we told the staff that we will have to take help from the police and the person very cooly said that 'JO KARNA HAI KARLO' and left. You call your guest and this humanity you show.

The whole weekend fun was spoiled by them. So much of Lies and Havoc by the resort was never expected. Infact the owner also wasn't co-operative.

We have been to this resort before but this time they behaved like this. The Food was excellent the ambience was also good but whats the use when people are like that.

The stay here was brilliant. The rooms are extremely spacious for groups, the swimming pool is clean and welcoming. The food is delicious and simple.

Had a 2N stay here recently. This property was really awesome 22 years ago (then called Suman Motels Hill Shore Resort) when we used to visit often. However the current state is saddening. We only booked this one out of nostalgia because my family has had really happy times here in the past, 2 decades back.

Pros:

Food is good. A La Carte is reasonable and really tasty. Avoid buffet, it's waste of money.
Service by the lady at the reception is excellent and service by the waiters in the restaurant is acceptable. Especially the receptionist (lady not the guy) was always helpful and tried her best to resolve our issues and assist us. Rest are useless.
Parking is ample.
Pool is good enough, neither dirty nor clean.

Cons:

We opted for the suite. It was in a very bad state. Doors are jammed. Walls are damp and dirty. Cleanliness is poor. Lot of webs around.
On complaining we were shifted to the 'presidential suite'. This one was even worse. Plus filthy washrooms. Flush wasn't working at all (they fixed in a few hours after complaining but this is not acceptable). Then we realised that wash basin leaked all the dirty water and no solution for this was given in the entire duration of our stay and it felt yuckyyy. No wall clock. Dirty walls. Linens are never changed. Stained towels which were not replaced the next day. No housekeeping on any day. Broken jet holder so it lies on the floor. It was a daily task to open the jammed doors.
Furniture is still identical as it was 22 years ago (I have kept pictures of the past) and not in good state and so is the resort.
Everything is broken in the resort, basically no maintenance since years.
Windows are see-through both ways so no privacy.
Fittings are lose, some even broken and no one has bothered to repair.
Hygiene in restaurant is again horrible. Super dirty wash basins and oily badly washed utensils.
Only 1 hindi sports channel works, none don't. Guess they havnt subscribed any in their Tata Sky except for the star channel (hindi) that shows IPL.
Dunno how can a 'presedential suite' be this bad. We requested to be shifted to super deluxe room (even though that's much cheaper than the suite) but a group of 33 people had come and thus they were full. Even they were disappointed though.
Many many more complaints there and it really disappointed us. Overall the resort is in a very sad state and cleanliness is non existent. Guess all the good ended when Suman Motels ended.
Thank God I had got the suite on a much much cheaper deal price from a travel website cause its actual price is too much and even the deal price isn't worth it it's that bad.

If anyone wanna stay here then opt for 'super deluxe room' cause only that is in acceptable condition and again it's not worth more than 1.2k per night. Deluxe room is bad, maharaja suite is full of lizards and other creatures while other suites are terrible!
No mobile network will be available here. Jio 1 bar in some places but unreliable. No other network there. Their wifi is patchy and non existent in the rooms and also very slow outside.
Toooooo many insects around. Wish the game room was sealed and air conditioned because it is impossible to play there for long because the insects will keep biting you continuously.
I'm happy that the group of 33 youngsters had come there, maybe they booked it seeing the misleading online pictures but they kept the resort lively else I'm sure this place goes empty most of the time and one would really feel dull here all alone.
It's in a very remote location and the road to the resort is bad and completely dark.
Resort needs an overhaul or atleast lots and lots of fixing. If done then the resort can be one of the best.

A beautiful stay. One of the most comfy, nature touch, sweet staff, delicious food and a romantic place. A place to go if you wanna set your reset button in lofe and rejuvenate yourself. Fun times and a lovely stay.

One of the Best Resort I have visited till now, the staff was really helpful and friendly who knew how to serve the customers. The rooms were well equipped and clean the service was excellent! Location was absolutely perfect to chill & Relax with your loved ones. The bestest part was food, we ordered multiple varities each and every dish we got was yummy and was above our expectations. Will definitely visit again and will recommend to all my friends and family. Last but not the least thanks to each and every staff and the owner of Elysium Resort Alibaug to make this trip memorable.

A great stay. The resort is wonderful. The ambience is lobely, the food is delicious and the staff is siper helpful. Kudos to Mr Gaurav and his team who are always positive and welcoming to their guest.

Amazing place to visit in alibaug awesome food staff are very friendly reasonable rates will advice everyone to book it through agoda u will surely get better deal as we got a deal for RS 750 for a night including breakfast and u also have play area where u can play carrom snooker pool is also nice will surely visit once the covid situation is a bit normal

A little bit away from the actual beaches.so if you don't have a vehicle with you, I wouldn't suggest this place.
Swimming pool was getting cleaned daily so that's a plus.

Basic stuffs like brush and paste weren't provided so room service is kind of mediocre where you won't get anything helpful.

Food was great and reasonable.

Lots of games but the carrom board and table tennis and the foosball quality was way too bad. Not even playable.the only playable games were chess and billiards and billiards is chargeable per hour.

I was on 2 days holiday with my family. Room was good but not up the mark. Bathroom was very clean. Ambience in the resort was great. Mountain view was very nice. Swimming pool was clean and daily morning they clean it. Some of the path to room were found accessible. The restaurant is good. Food taste and quality was very very good. Break fast and dinner were covered in the package which was booked by My Holiday, Mulund. It was unlimited quantity package. There is play area for indoor games and lots of thing to play including pool. Only thing is your mobile service will not be available as no coverage of any mobile signal. But which is best as we spend time with family instead on social media. Staff is very good. Cleaning service is good. Laundry service is available on extra charges. Plenty of parking space is available. Kids will enjoy a lot.

Good resort with two pools on a hill. The location is a bit secluded. You will need to have a car to get around. There is no bar but a wine shop is within two kilometres. Staff is polite and helpful. Rooms are dated, old furnitures, noisy air conditioner, wardrobe doors wont close, etc. Beach is far from the resort. There is absolutely no mobile network and you will have to depend on hotel WiFi.

Resort is very good for family and friends, Rooms are big and comfortable maintained very well. Good cooprative staff, in hotel breakfast Lunch dinner are testy and delicious.food hygienic and healthy.we are enjoying swimming and game.parking place is free. All indoor games available for all persons Our family enjoying very much

Nice place to visit with family. Cashless transaction. Food taste is good. Parking place is also there. Service is also good. Kitchen is also clean. Staff is also good.

Good resorts with in budget price. Rooms are good and clean, food is good, swimming pool is clean and getting cleaned everyday in morning. Staff are courteous and helpful. Only problem is there is no/very weak phone network. They provide u wifi, but wifi also not very good.
