Though inflight experience is good but overall I am rating emirates the lowest possible. Why do they give just 25 kgs for an international flight when the other airlines give around 35 to 40 kgs for same price. Brussels' emirates staff allowed 2 pieces of baggage in flight: 1 cabin along with 1 laptop. But mumbai staff did not allow same 2 pieces. Mumbai emirates staff forced me to keep 1 backpack into my small cabin bag and carry laptop in hand. It was so inconvenient. Meenal who sits at checkin counter at Mumbai T2 is no impolite and non cooperative person. She did not hand me my boarding pass even after explaining her the situation. Keeping my big backpack in a small cabin could have resulted in zig breakage. Carrying a laptop whole night in hand for a morning flight was such a bad experience.
For sure, I am never gonna fly with emirates ever again.

I went over there for an interview, I gotta say.the place is dope, but if you are fresher then your chances of getting any kinda job opportunity over there would be close to zero!
And one more tip if you are going for an interview, speak in English ONLY no matter what happens!
From the station you'll find sharing autos but prefer the best bus it'll be cheaper!

The supervisor Rohan (emirates at Mumbai airport) he talk to us very rudely and he didn’t give us right information about the bags and other lady agent also did same with us we never got this much bad service in our travel with emirates flight. The supervisors job should be helping the the agent to get checking bag sooner that people don’t rush to flight at the end as specialy with kids. The supervisors job is not just to walk around the airport and feeling like it’s not their job at all. Please consider all that you guys are working at the airport and reach to every passengers if they need help and get things sorted out. Thank you
The worse service Emirates agent at Mumbai International Airport ticket counter her name is Apeksha her attitude wasn’t understandable at all and Rude she make me pay 600$ for baggage and I am carrying baby/children bags and she charge me for that too. We looked people carrying hand bag and carry on same time in a plane. They made customers fool. Not Sure, the money went to emirates or a private company. Please be careful people traveling in emirates from Mumbai international airport emirates.

Pathetic Airline.worst customer experience.rude behavior by staff on Airport.and when I called customer care they are least bothered not ready to listen.

Employees at Emirates check-in counter (Mumbai Airport) are nothing but greedy crooks who would make up a new rule on the fly. Never had a bad experience with emirates outside India. Emirates should train their employees at Mumbai airport if the airlines wants to maintain their elite status. My recent poor experience at the check-in counter makes me nervous to fly with emirates (from Mumbai airport) henceforth.

At Mumbai airport I had my worst experience ever of all time I have never seen such a rule where cabin bag and laptop bag is considered as one and to get through the security somebody has to open there entire cabin bag and takeout there laptop bag and go through the security. One of the worst policy I have ever seen in my travelling of 18 countries. First time tried this airline and got this experience which is worst and never ever going to suggest anyone to travel from emirates specially from Mumbai. If I could I would have given 0 stars.

Horrible service. They used to be good once upon a time. An agent at the Mumbai International Airport made me buy extra baggage worth USD 75 because I was carrying a small backback along with my carryon. He was arrogant and rude to boot. All my baggae was under allowed weight: 23 Kg for the checkins and 7 Kg for the carry on. I had traveled with the exact same pieces of luggage during my inbound flight with the exact same rules.

No one ever picks up the line. After endless banter about the Skywards program the line suddenly goes dead silent.

I visited on Wednesday for walk-in interview. Only first Round was taken as a Screening process. That Hr who took my interview she was so Humble and Nice. I am waiting for reply. Let's hope for the best.

Had been here for the interview. Every employee still follows COVID-19 protocol. Co-operative employees, very polite and patient.

They don’t care customer grievances, carry lot of attitude, poor and pathetic customer support… suggest not to travel with Emirates

Ofcourse the brand ambassador of verb "comfort". From the level of customers to staff all are treated equally

I have been attempting to contact Emirates for 5 days now. The number never works, they don't respond to my messages, I have no way of getting in contact with them. Extremely frustrating and honestly surprising. My experience has always been good, but this has been infuriating. I urgently need to make a change to my flight, and there hasn't been one response this entire time. Appalling.

Loved the place, and the atmosphere. It's just so posh, went for an interview today. There were literally 100+ people and I got done with my interview within an hour and half.

The management staff is very polite and cooperative.
No doubt it's Emirates staff after all!
