I loved the service here. They took my consultation as I wasn’t sure what to do and not. Jayesh here really helped me get through it. Thank you soo much for such a lovely service.

Great experience and quick turnaround, dint have to wait too long. Parita did a great job with my hair cut. Would definitely recommend her.

Had booked an appointment and was there before time. Had to wait for half hour to have one hairstylist assigned. Got a professional but later due to his pre-booked appointment left my work mid way and went to attend the other customer. I was assigned a random stylist who was a master and I had already requested for professional. Was even waiting for payment for 20 min. Did not expect such a service.

Pathetic service. Had been asked to wait for more than 30 mins despite of reaching on time.

Please don't use the word "appointment" if you aren't willing to serve the customer on time.

Pathetic and fraudsters. This outlet didnt even bother telling me about my stylist’s grade and charged me an amount which is charged when you go for a Master stylist. Whereas the chap attended me was a novice! Never visit this branch, one of the worst styling chain I have come across. I always preferred kapil's and Lemon, infact if you want to go for enrich only then prefer going to their LT road branch next to lemon/lagu bandhu.

The service at enrich salon is really great they are all equipped with all proper care and treatment i have to mention that sankalp kamble provided excellent service. Totally enjoyed the ambiance.

Management is worst was having membership also with the appointment was waiting for an hour.
After that I was told that our hair stylist already stretched his shift, he won't be able to perform hair cut.
There is no worth of taking membership in enrich. If taken never ever waste your time at Satra park.
Nor he was polite. Waste of time and money.
Customer service is pathetic.

The enrich service is very good, good behaviour all staf member, all products are good quality and best results.

This was the first time I visited an Enrich salon and the service is beyond exceptional. I went there to color my hair and they didn't have the color I wanted but the hair stylist i.e. Sankalp Kamble suggested a different combo which at the end of the day was a red. We tested a strand first to see if it would pick up (I haven't been to a salon that has done this) and once it picked he then colored the entire hair. I chose to do highlights and a global and he took such care with the technique of the highlights that it has blended so well with the global color, literally seamless! I'm so happy with my experience and would definitely advice you to go there if you want your hair taken care of and looking stylish. Thank you Sankalp!

Not that gr8.had to wait for half an hour after taking an appointment.then.my was sticky.but hairstylist din care to give wash n dry.it's ok. I would prefer juice bandra.

I took an appointment and reached on time.only to wait for half an hour, just because they took a walk in customer at my given time, because that customer's service was higher in terms of revenue (hair color vs hair cut). Extremely unethical of them.

Earlier too, one of the technicians spoiled my hair cut. I still was made to pay for it.they promised to give me complimentary service in lieu of that. It's been more than 2 yrs, they haven't given me yet! I still thought that I've been with this brand for long, so will give another chance. But overall the experience with Enrich has been only deteriorating with time.

Not the kind of service I expect for the money I am paying! I am not paying you to run like a local barber shop!

The precautions with regard to Covid was upto the mark.
For my haircut and haircolor Mr. Sankalp kamble (master stylist) did a fantastic job!
He was very professional and the overall experience was amazing. He was very patient and humble with me and gave his expertise suggestions as well.
I would definitely recommend sankalp if anyone want a different look with their hair.loved my complete makeover!

Their team makes you wait even though you go with prior appointment and worst part is your attendant is free and available for service for which you have booked but nobody informs the person on client's arrival. Never going back there again

Enrich has a thorough professional touch. Right from the reception to the services, everything is perfect. The set up is well lit and the interior is amazing. For hair styling, I would suggest Prashant and for other services Sonam Jadhav. Totally recommend Enrich.

Good place for getting salon services. Specially in these Covid times as they maintain high level of hygiene and also mandate use of PPE for all staff and customers.

The quality of the services is great. However, their desperate attempts to upsell you to pricier services and/or sell retail products can get annoying at times.

This place is bit expensive because they use luxurious product. Hairstylists are thorough professionals. Staff is friendly and courteous.

Amazing experience in the parlour and staff did a great hospitality.
Their work was up to the mark and they did follow all the COVID GUIDELINES for their customers.
Their rates for saloon work and Costmatics was also much more affordable - My Wife.

Good place on main road, sankalp is good stylist, one star extra for his services only. They need to work onq their floor management. With sufficient staff on floor they were not managed it properly, customer was waiting for stylist and stylist were waiting for customer. Reason is their billing system. Ideally they should start process rather than assigning stylist in system

This particular branch of Enrich is very good. You should try once, staff is friendly they understand your requirement and accordingly assist you.
I got this QOD treatment done from a senior hairstylist NITIN PARMAR and he has done it perfectly, he explained me all the details clearly and guided me how to take post care as well. Wonderful experience.

I was a little disappointed because of the misinformation provided to me and hence taking a star from the review - when asked about hair spa, a lady told me to get an olaplex service.also few other things.

I wanted to give this salon a try and was attended by Mr Omprakash and he did a good job with the hair spa and I'm extremely happy with the results.
Also, they are taking all the precautions during this time (they give you a PPE Kit and you have to pay for it)

I have been to Enrich for Haircut. The precautions with regard to safety was very good. For haircut Mr. Nitin Parmar was professional and the overall experience was amazing. He started asking about any style that I have in mind plus adding his expertise suggestions.
For the very 1st time the person didn't tried to sell me any of their products. I am happy about the service.
I would definitely recommend him if anyone want a different look with your hair.

Hated the colouring job they did on me. Asked for balayage and almost did a global hair colour that absolutely did not suit me. Seems like they dont know what balayage means. Do not offer services your staff is not trained for. ₹4500 for sub-par hair colour

Arrived without an appointment, though the place was quite crowded for a weekday I managed to get an appointment. The designated stylist Anil was quite good, asked me for my expectation, suggested me some of his opinions. Had brief talk about everything concerning my hair. Had a great haircut and ended up with some handy tricks for future.

I highly recommend this one because its better than all the enrich salons i have visited in my area. Though one of the service which i got was not upto the mark because it was their closing time.yet i would say they are warm and welcoming.their charges and schemes are amazing and have variety of services.
