I had a very pathetic experience with the food and hospitality
Along with my friends i went for a dinner buffet at Dive restaurant
The paneer starter was soiled, potatoes were raw, and mocktails were horrible
Lastly when we finished dinner and wanted to use the washroom’s the staff denied access to the washroom. Which is such a basic thing
Worst than a local roadside dhabba

THE HOTEL RECEPTION STAFF AND MAKE MY TRIP FOOL US THE SWIMMING POOL WAS KEPT CLOSED BUT NOT INFORMED AND DENIED OF CANCELLATION

The bar is closed, so the whole hotel service comes to a halt, not like a real halt but only the banquet is good for have a time (if you don't care about privacy) and the restaurant on the 1st floor is kinda open, like you'll wait a long time of 30mins before the order even arrives
My suggestion: Go to time square or some where else

It was an okay experience.
They charge service tax on each item separately which is absurd. Food, drinks, starters etc.this adds on to a bill hike.
There are better places and clubs to visit than this one.
Food was good but charges were overrated.
The place was almost empty even though it was after 9pm.

I went there for a lunch. The ambience was very luxurious. The food was good, from the starters to the main course everything was delicious. The dessert was not that of a vibe. Would recommend this place for a lunch and a stay.

Service is verybpor, whatever you will order the waiter will come after sometime and inform it is not available. The waiting time is really high after ordering food. Itbwas not a good experience visiting this restaurant.

Poolside Buffet fri evening is 599 + taxes
Very limited menu not worth it according to price.

This is my before check in review on hotel. No doubt Hotel is good in terms of location and space but " sundar chehre jaruri nahi ki wo chehra andar se accha ho ". Did booking from Agoda and paid it full and there mentioned our 3 hour early check-in time where other hotels adjust normally in here we got reply " aap 6 baje aoge to 6 baje thodi checkin denge " Nice reply.and on complimentary breakfast as we are checking out in nigbt only so asked to adjust it in today's morning and thy on face bluntly denied. Nice hospitality by them. Well till now it's utter dissapointment.part 2 of review will give later on when i ll go there so wait and let's see.

Its very far from connectivity and and the way to reach resort is hopeless, Poor hospitality.and less supportive staff.not recomended

Food quality was nice quality is bit less.
Environment was clean and peaceful unless there is party or get to gather.

Very Bad experience right from entering the gate.all security guard need to polish they just open there jibe unnecessarily

Great service - arrived late after delayed flight but still got a warm welcome. Wish we had some more time to explore and use all the facilities.

Nice place for a quiet evening. I have been to this place to attend a marriage reception of my relatives and found that the same is really good and worth a lot. The ambiyan is good and the area itself is very spacious and comfortable and the food which was surely by the contractor was very tasty and good. They have a swimming pool for the club members and the garden is quite big and full of various fascilities.

I my self is member in this club basically I maximum use gym but since ages they have not changed anything, not maintained nicely and neither they believe in service to provide their members

Very bad experience.in holi event they said they used organic natural color but they donot. I am going to filing case against them because I had reaction on my face.

Food was too good and so fresh but the services were so slow even when there were only 2 tables occupied.

A nice place with banquets adequate for a small function or party. However it’s far for whoever stays south of borivali.

It is a good property in Mumbai on the link road; with lavish rooms and some having view of the Mangrove forest. A nice and cozy veg restaurant for fine dine and wine.

Loved this place.if u don't want spend time in traveling in mumbai.than best place.in the town (at Borivali). Staff is kind and helpful.food is delicious.not too expensive also

Within the city yet so calm and quiet environment. Lot of options to choose from for any type of requirements of celebrations of all occasions.

Banquet hall proves to be an ideal place to celebrate functions like engagement, wedding, etc.with enough space sitting capacity and dining area. Good food. The rooms in the resort are also good for your guest's stay.

Best place for Marriage and Function.
Ambiance is Awesome.
Service and Food is Very good quality.
Parking Availability and Location is Awesome.

I loved the place. Rooms, food, restaurants, facilities, staff, swimming pool, garden, everything was superb. Go for it guys.

Peaceful and well maintained place. Pure veg restaurant. Food quality is good and ambience is very nice. Very good place to hang around with family and friends.

Excellent place for occasion like wedding / engagement / parties. Bit away from station, but worth visit. Superb facilities lot of parking space.

This hotel is good for locatoin food &. Any all facility but its poor for securty reaion they keep more then 1 key for rooms i was in that room if u have any expanceive think & keep in room u can be loss

Very bad and poor service. Zero coordination amongst the staff. We had to wait for every item for 20-30 mins. And also for the bill too.

Jade bowl Restaurant has good food but services are Pathetic & slow, staff is also untrained &, lazy and chitchstting
