Ethiopian Airlines

Pathetic service ever. No one response for any query.no one receive call on customer care number. I am trying From three days. Very pathetic service.

Very bad experience they contact me to domestic flight ️ and the domestic flight delay 20 the conter closed before 60 minutes from the departure time and they let me pay 200$ penalty for next fight

Crew members were not cooperative & even not present on time when we called them or ask for something
I asked for water it came after 2 hrs reminding them thrice
Same goes for shawl too then we had to get up n go to them n then they provided it also took lot of time to do!

Not good experience it was with @ethiopionairlines

Staff was helpful in sharing information of the flight and forwarded detailed email about Visa requirements for Indians

They over booked the flight and closed the counter 65 mins before departure and did not allow to check in a nondefundable ticket when arrived 60 mins before departure at counter

Worst service i ever seen in the world
I will prefer nagative point review for this. I will suggest you do not prefer Ethiopian airline ever.
