They are fraud. They asked us to place order on WhatsApp, gave a QR code to make payment and after payment there has been no delivery and aren't responding to msgs. These guys are fraudsters.
Very bad behaviour of a servant who is measuring sweets, talking very rudely, as he measured 5 kg sweet backside, as I asked to measure in front of me he started fighting with me, I am very dissatisfied
A small café and bar located in Juhu, Fable has to be my favourite place for an evening out. This place features old world charm with books and antique pieces decorating the entire café. Some of my favourites from the menu are the Mezze Platter and the Mushroom Bagout. The Mushroom Risotto is a must try. The place is always full, since seating here is limited.
Oh the ambience is good but food what I ordered was nt good at all.on top of it when I returned the order the next one was more pathetic.and top the chef over there came to my table defending the food which by the way the waiters also agreed that the food served was not as mention in the menu. I ordered Florentine which mentioned poached eggs the eggs were over cooked the first time then when I returned the order, they bough the similar dish which was total disaster.the brioche was like ice cold and no preparation at all.basically not worth a Fables quality or the price they charge for that matter.seriously guys don't order poached eggs dish not worth it over there.rest the serving staff and valet guys were good
Super ambience. I had a client meeting there. The staff was courteous and didn't disturb for one minute. The food was tasty. Combinations were fantastic.
Nice food, I liked the soups, good salads and pasta. They gave me very good mozzarella. I'd probably ask to improve your pizzas, way too thin and crunchy.
While most of the food was a lil above average.highly recommend Irish lamb stew and pasta in porcini sauce. The staff is courteous but they sometimes forget your order if there are lot of dishes ordered. Good place to visit. Keep it up:)
Wonderful food as always.have been going here since it started and I'm glad the quality of food hasn't been compromised upon.keep up the good work guys.
Absolutely bizzare experience. Not only did they serve us dishes after 55 mins, but they also served it absolutely stale. On returning the dish they just reheated the dish and served it again in a couple of minutes.
Used to serve, amazing fresh food, standards have dropped significantly. Definitely wouldn't go back.
Taste - good. Price- overpriced Staff - ok and sometimes not having clue what they are saying
If you have time and looking for Italian food then you give it a try. Personally liked the taste of food but the staff can be little note cooperative and courteous
The ambience was wonderful, and the staff was beyond courteous.tried the pink sauce pasta, the wings and the herb grilled chicken - all amazing! Can't wait to try and fall in love with more of the menu:)
Fable is a good place for hanging out with your friends and family but keep in mind it's not a Indian restaurant. Reservation are taken but go at night it's really fun. Overall good food and good service hospital area and good place.
Located in the prime location of Juhu, Fable was our choice of venue for dinner, after a long shopping spree. Being Saturday night we expected to wait for a table but fortunately didn't have to. Once at the table, we liked the ambience, the soft music, and the decor. We opened our account with Pomegranate Sangria, Panseared Stuffed Mince Chicken Rolls and Barbeque Chicken Pizza. The sangria didn't really have much pomegranate flavour, I felt I was having just plain wine. The rolls arrived first, they were in sausage form as expected, with dollops of barbeque sauce. An absolute delight, I polished them off in no time, they were the highlight of our meal. Just then the pizza was served, thin crust with a thick layer of cheese, it treated as good as it looked, the one disappointment being there was very little chicken on it, barely a couple of tiny bits on each slice. Up next was the Charcoal Grilled Chicken Breast, plenty of meat accompanied by roasted veggies and garlic mash. It was a rather bland preparation, neither had the feel of charcoal grilling nor did it have any other flavour. This was followed by Home Made Khowsuey Chicken and Classic Lobster Thermidor. The former was the first to arrive, a Burmese delicacy of noodles served in curry and coconut milk, it was on the sweeter side as expected, but again as before, very little meat in it. The lobster looked really appealing, with it's orange shell, grey-brown meat and green veggies. This was my first lobster, and I found it to be very average, perhaps it just didn't agree with my palette. Our final order was the nonveg Mezze Platter, an assortment of what seemed like Lebanese preparations. While the bread and the chicken were decent, the hummus, harissa and the olives were a complete letdown, I suggest giving this platter a miss. To sum up then, Fable didn't quite live upto our expectations. Apart from the chicken rolls nothing really fully satisfied us. From the paucity of meat in the pizza and the khowsuey to the blandness of the platter, we went from one disappointment to another. The service was on the slower side, the food didn't justify the cost, I'll have to think twice before visiting Fable again, or recommending it to anyone.
We only came here for drinks and apps and were pleasantly surprised by the mezze platter. Amazing value and taste for the price. My husband and I were disappointed that only wine and sangria were on offer, especially since the sangria was subpar - we ordered 2 different flavours and they tasted the same. Wish more drinks were on offer here, especially since the service and ambience are so cool.
Very good fusion food. Tasty and healthy food. Nice Ambience. Little costly and they are charging 10% service charges. So average would be around 800-1000 per person without drink. But moreover enjoyable place.
Food was good, as was service. But distasteful decor. If you are a book lover, expect to be shocked by the crucified books. Books brown with age, nailed to the wall; mutilated into furniture and show pieces - not in any meaningful way, but just to suggest a sophisticated ambience. Bills brought to you in hollowed-out books you might otherwise have happily bought at a flea market. Won't go back just on principle.
Lovely food and an Amazing Ambience. One of my favourite go to places in Juhu. Staff is extremely courteous and knowledgeable about their dishes and the service is very good. Wood oven pizzas are a must try. Oh and yes they play great music, an absolute necessity for me.
The great ambience makes you feel as if you are eating at some friends place. The food here is very good. We loved the italian dishes here. This restaurant could give any restaurant in any Italian city a run for its money. No kidding!
The food was too mediocre for the price. Dinner for 2 cost about 1200 bucks which is not cheap. Considering this place is located in Andheri west, I can promise you that there are better restaurants out there that can offer way better food for a much more competitive price. The music was good that was the only positive thing I experienced there.
A tad expensive but the food was tasty. Be careful though of ordering the specials. They are priced very high and the prices are not mentioned anywhere. Great place to have a conversation or lunch with friends in a group.
Superb Italian food. Awesome ambience. Love the place. Pizzas, rissoto, sangria all are a must try. If ure looking at spending good quality time this is the place to look for
Went on a saturday. #GirlsNight Verdict: once a try place.wouldn't visit again.
Ordered All veg
Chef special spinach Ravioli: 2/5. Over-hyped by our host. Over insisted by our host. The dough was hard and stale. The sauce was good. The host told us it was made fresh by our chefs all the way to the dough. The spinach got stale too i think being cooked way too early and served to us like 6-8 hrs after. Overhypeness ruined everything for me to not visit this place again.
Cheese garlic bread: 5/5. A good cheese filled loaf and buttered with herbs and garlic. A total yum.
Ceaser salad: 3/5. Could have been if we had a little more croutons than just 3 measly pieces even after insisting/okay with extra charges that GIVE US MORE CROUTONS. Nope.they dint come.
Very little options in wines.
Service: 3/5. I am so upset with the hype. And no croutons and no one answering our calls for extra croutons.
Nice cosy place with a southern European vibe. Great ambience, smiling staff prompt and courteous. Chill place to spend lazy afternoons and cozy evenings
