Hello Guys,
We had booked this Travel for my guest for Mumbai darshan. It seems that the driver was sleepy and at one point we miss with the accident. The rate is also too high with respect to the service.
After complaining to their manager Mr. Mishra he is refusing to agree with their mistake.
I wont suggest to go with this Travel agent.
There are many travel agent who an negotiate and provide better service.
After posting this review their Manager Mr. Mishra is calling early morning and requesting us to delete the review

The quality of service is better than others & they have trustworthy staff as well.

Have used this company several times in the past for airport drop, as well as for other trips. I've always had a good experience with them and will recommend them.

Absolute pathetic experience. They quote a certain rate and then charge something else. Their drivers are very bad behaved and keep asking for money under some pretext or the other. They lie to extract money on account of parking charges. When quizzed on pay and park receipts the drivers
suddenly change stance. The drivers seem to be instructed to either take longer routes or keep driving the car in such a way that the kilometres exceed the quoted rates. No reading disclosed when starting and they quote a big fat bill on closure. The Manager is not interested in understanding what went wrong even when you tell them the experience was not good. I was quite a regular patronising this agency but because of the recent instances I don't think I would like to recommend their services to anyone at all.

Splendid water fall on Narmada river. Multiple streams with gusty flow of water. Should not miss. Typically spends 45 min and can have excellent photography.
