Fariyas Hotel Mumbai

The room was impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The attention to detail was evident throughout the room, with thoughtful amenities and a well-stocked minibar. The bathroom was pristine, and the complimentary toiletries added a touch of luxury to my stay.

Recently had been to fariyas hotel, it was a great experience and a happy place. One of the best hotels I had been. Would surely recommend to experience the facilities of the hotel

This is really a very nice hotel. You will have a warm welcome at the time you entered to the lobby. Staffs are kind good and very friendly towards you. Room are big clean and hygienic.

Very small rooms as compared to price. Central AC does not have heating facility which makes it difficult during monsoons. Location is premium, walking distance to Taj and Gateway of India.

Amazing Rooms & service. Location is nearby sea. You can go and take a walk in nearby Market. And street food is must have.

Poor customer service! Front desk manager purely arrogant and unaware of his hotel policies! Never to visit again!

The welcoming in the property was disaster, they don't keep their promises. Front office especially have no idea about excellent customer service.

When I ordered food from Zomato on COD they did called me from receptionist but when it was paid order they were least bother abt my order and dint deliver it to my room and it was a TEA

The hotel is adjacent to some shanties which makes it not so preferred. The crowd in these shanties are low class. Adjacent to it are also few residential society.

Resection is rude. After people get check out they are not giving room, hotel person not listen customer complain

This is a hidden gem of a hotel in Mumbai. It is beautifully located a mere 8min walk away from the Gateway of India. The staff are so helpful and polite. The food is amazing and all made from scratch.

Enjoyed the Dinner buffet at Tamirind restaurant. Restaurant staff Mr. Sydney & Mr. Dinesh very polite & cooperative.

The receptionist was very rude.
She made us wait alot for check-in and check-out as well even though we had booked a day prior.
They gave us a very bad room with double bed which was very uncomfortable. Staff was good except the receptionist.
Over-all not a comfortable stay.

Not worth for the money. All rooms are not same. Please check the rooms before you you check-in. And don't order food in package booking, better have a option of ordering food yourself. Some rooms door locks are not working. Overall it's just ok kinda hotel. Not worth for 4 star.

On occasion of my marriage anniversary I took my family to Fariyas hotel Colaba for buffet dinner. It’s best restaurant with Excellent food with excellent service staff. I would like to thank Sarvesh for his hospitality, humble nature and kind service. He was like taking care of small things especially my little daughter. Sarvesh You made my day. Stayed here for 2 Nights last week, this is the Perfect property for people who wants to live peacefully and wants to enjoy sea view from their Rooms in budgets.
Rooms are bit smaller than same category Hotels in City.
Being such a small property they have Swimming pool (None Operational due to Covid19)
Breakfast was Value for Money, almost all the essentials were available positively, Following Covidi19 Guidelines perfectly.

Walking distance from Colaba Market, Bagdadi Restaurant, Gokul Restaurant, Bade Miyan, Hotel Taj Mahal Place and tower, and Iconic Gateway of India.

It is located at colaba in mumbai. Its walking distance from gateway of india and Taj hotel.one can easily get bus from CSMT station to Gateway of india (A-111). Also its famous hotel so most taxi driver, driving around this location knows the place, they can drop you at the hotel door.
Hotel is neat and clean inside also the place surrounding it is a quite and clean. It is near to sea shore, but beach is not there. There is a swimming pool, conference hall, restaurant facility inside hotel. Staff is good. They also maintain higine and precaution related to COVID 19. I visited a place for a seminar with lunch in March 2021. Overall experience is satisfactory.

Had been there for 3 days. It was an awesome stay, cordial staff. Adequate and sumptuous dishes.all the more location is very gud، in just a few mins u can go grab to nearby visiting place۔۔۔۔۔loved it۔۔ thank you fariyas. Thrs no chance to book any other hotel if any time i get to stay in mumbai, being fariyas there. ️

My clients had been staying there for 3 days now and will be staying another 3 days, they have been serving the same menu for lunch and dinner, even the water bottle you give 1 bottle per person in a day how comes, i have complained 2 times already but i dnt think they are listening.we paid for the hotel for comfort stay and good food, but eating same menu is disaster.please look into it my clients are still in the hotel. And they are foreigners. Atleast treat it right.

Ambience was good. The food is excellent. Amazing service. Courteous staff. Would love to visit again.

Good service. Clean rooms. But cheating customers for money. An invoice is written in Indian Rupees, but the dollar amount is deducted from the credit card and this amount is 15% more. And this is not a conversion in the payment system. This amount in dollars is written off by the hotel itself. Conversations with different hotel managers were useless.

Awesome place to book in, good food, rooms not leaving out the hotel reception.

Customer service 5/5, they sometimes give a free upgrade which is awesome. The buffet breakfast was good, highlight was the pepper sausages with eggs as Im more of a non vegetarian.and their cappuccino coffee was super. For coffee lovers, this is the best part of the breakfast. Restaurant was quite cold so we sat poolside with view of the pool and sea. I had issues finding ola cabs but was able to quickly find local cab. The hotel staff was amazing. Helped finding cab whenever required, served whenever requested. Never had to follow up for anything. Rooms and restrooms were clean. Tub could be little bigger. They allowed little early check-in and an hour late check-out. Staff was very helpful. Close to Taj, Starbucks, Colaba social, effingut and few other places.

I made a reservation and asked for a cancellation. The room was cancelled but it has taken 4 months and they haven't made a refund of the money. I would suggest NOT TO BOOK WITH THE HOTEL! After sending them emails to get a refund they just ask for more details to get the money transferred. It has been a nightmare dealing with them

Its in the heart of colaba, near to the sea, and of the land, what else allegation do u need to enjoy

Good overall. Good emplacement close to Mumbai's centre. Small reception with the basics. Small Swimming pool and restaurant in the penthouse

Good food but as there was party celebration in restaurant so was very hot outside without AC and there was not even fans at that place.

The buffet lunch was a real treat to the taste buds.from soups.salads.the mains.the salt n pepper fish not to miss.and closing down on the delicious desserts.

Very good Hotel. I have stayed in it twice and would again. Just make sure to tip the waiters at breakfast if you want your eggs over easy and not fried.

Walkable from Gateway of India. Colaba market nearby. Room service needs an uplifting in delivery timings.
