Hotel booking amount shown on Oyo app show lower than they charge at hotel. And no help from OYO. This is disgusting

I booked through OYO mobile app

But hotel people changed more money in check in time.

Booked this hotel from Oyo, when I reached the hotel the owner says that Oyo price is wrong you need to pay extra 800rs for the room + 500rs for early check-in (i was there at 11am and he asked 500rs just for 1 hour). Money extortion business, very bad experience!

I am writing this review because as expected by other's reviews, I was denied check in due to less amount shown at OYO app. I booked for 23rd Feb 2023 to 24th Feb 2023 through OYO app. Amount shown was 1649/- & after applying my coupon it was reduced to 1376/- for me so I booked. After booking I called at hotel & had a talk with manager who refused to allow check in on 23rd Feb for the booking price I have paid. He asked 1700/- for classic room & 2200/- for deluxe room. I faced the same issue as like everyone has wrote in the review section. I personally suggest each person to book & just have a talk with hotel manager for the pricing. I dont know whose fault is this if it is OYO's fault for showing less price or it is Hotel manager's fault.

After reaching hotel I saw my booked classic room. It was so pathetic that you wont feel like staying even for 1 min.
Even Hotel manager was very rude. Never expect a good behaviour from this hotel's manager.

Classic room pics shown in oyo are deluxe room according to Hotel so they told to pay extra as their deluxe room price is 2200. Deluxe room is quite good actually. But never book by looking at classic room pics shown as on OYO app.

I would like to thanks OYO & Hotel Lotus Residency for this incovinience. Never ever booking this pathetic hotel.

This hotel is only to have s*x, dirty room, dirty staff, there's dance bar ground floor, you won't be able to sleep in the room bcoz of loud voice, place only to have intercourse

I booked a room for my parents and when they go the room was not in good shape.leakage from walls, very smelly.my parents request them to change the room then they ask 1200rs extra money to do so.they are very frustrated with the service.so they deny to live and leave the hotel immediately

Worst hotel ever. No fan or AC nobody cares about you. The bathroom is as dirty as that of a public washroom. The employees are nothing but cheaters

They denied online booking if they are getting higher tarrif from outside, it’s better to book offline, but don’t stay here and mosquitoes and small insects, washroom not proper

Thirdclass room service… Ac is not working properly not an tv Also … receptionist also not talking properly… please don’t choose this hotel.we’re regretting.stay away from this … and also oyo executive gave wrong information on their call …

We have booked online from oyo at late night around 2am which after Discount was 1025/- but the Hotel owner is telling to. Pay the extra 300/- for booking. I dnt understand what the use of booking from oyo at around 3am the owner is. Telling if ur not paying than cancell the booking. How at late night we can go to other place
I tried so many times to oyo executive but they were telling can't connect to service Department as system issue we are only from booking Department very worst service

Even though rooms are very small without any ventilation. They don't even clean the room, it was with hair on bed, blanket and floor, cockroaches were roaming. It looks like they just fold and keep things once the customer vacated the room. They will just do some spraying in front of the customer. Seems like OYO has just established its standard across the hotels but they don't monitor how the hotels are maintained after their standardization.

I paid for breakfast to OYO while the hotel refused Saying there is no Breakfast amount received and he will not give he also demanded additional amount saying OYO clients have to pay 200 extra per day when the come here.pathetic hotel choice of OYO the place is involved in shady activity and loud music played as has a dance bar in same premise horrible stay experience no star and zero rating to OYO for fleceing client for money.

The Oyo app made me pay full amount, then I went there and they denied booking from Oyo and made us cancel! Wasted 1200 on booking from Oyo! No point booking from Oyo app here, they scam u to pay 1600 extra for Deluxe room and don't even give you the room, make u cancel and live on the 70% cancel amout.
Staff does not care about bookings from Oyo or in person, don't even try.

Had the worst day of my life, for the deluxe room they charged 3500. The room was dirty, the Tv remotes were not working, washroom seat was broken. There was no water in the room, we had to order water and ice, like pay for it. There were so many issues that we thought of not complaining as it was very tiring. On the website the charges are different. The hotel workers are also not good. They do not really help with things. If the owner is reading this, I would like to really complaint for everything.

Third class hotel, no ventilation in room. Prefer not to stay at this place. No welcome drinks no water in room was provided. Rooms were tidy. Will not recommend anyone to stay here. According to price the value of room is zero.

Worst stay of my life, I booked 1 room from Oyo the room was totally different from the picture, then I showed them the pic they asked me for additional 1500 rupee to provide the room as shown in the pic I paid that the also the room was literally 3rd class I was so tired that I had no choices, even he said booking is made for 2. Until both the adults reachout they are not going to provide check in.

Price is too high but Room is in very Bad condition. After booking also asking for extra money.

They are not accepting online booking even after booking confirmed. So be careful while booking.i paid extras to get room. Service also very bad.

Firstly it doesn't look like pictures at all, wrong images have been uploaded, very very shady and small rooms

First time i see that type of wrost hotel in my life. Very dirty room. Tv not working. There is a vlub in ground floor. The sound and vibration in the room till 2mid night.too much smell in the room very small size. Even i booked room froom oyo app 1000 but they took extra 1000

Book online on oyo app but whn chk in room was not thr.even had to buy room in full price.guys dnt waste your time to book rooms from oyo app.it's like scam
