We had booked a trip for 2020 April and made a payment of 2.5lakhs. After the 2020 covid lockdown, this agency cancelled our trip and promised to refund or reschedule the trip at a later date. It's been 2 years of trying to reach out to them for a refund and they either don't answer our calls or ask us to call after a few days. We are tired of reaching out to them by email and call. This is a fraud company and I hope no one books a trip with them.
2 weeks ago I wrote to Fly Creative to complain about the experience during my mom's recent trip with friends to Nainital-Kausani-JimCorbett. Despite paying a huge sum of money the experience was nothing short of terrible.
Right from the start of the trip my mom and her friends had problems. First, the car that came to receive them at Delhi airport was in extremely bad shape. AC wasn't working properly, it broke down midway, and seats were insufficient and uncomfortable.
The actual itinerary was a disgrace as well - the hotels they stayed at were all rubbish. At the one decent hotel that was there, the booking was done either incorrectly, or purposely only for one night after which my mom and her friends had to shift to another hotel which was really bad. The food was bad throughout the trip as well.
And finally, the attractions. At Jim Corbett my mom didn't see a single animal of interest. The guide blatantly told her and her friends that they were in the WRONG zone and that other zones were better for animal sightings.
We got a reply from Trevor who is the boss assuring us they would take action and since then, absolutely nothing. Please do NOT book a holiday with this company.
