Hi there, so like many other satisfied customers, it was crucial that we put out our wonderful experience we had with Flytra on our recently concluded Holiday! Deepti is one dedicated Trip Advisor and Organizor who was constantly making sure that things were alright for us on the trip. This is quite contrary to other agents I have planned with previously where once the payment is done, they are hardly bothered! Out here, Deepti made sure about everything, right from reminding me to check in for the flights to calling at the end of each day to make sure our day was fine, in case if i had any concerns, she would speak to the local tour operator immediately and get back with a solution! It is really such small things which matter to the customer, at least it did to us! And I must mention here that before eventually booking a package, Deepti would have entertained at least 5 - 6 requests of different packages since I was not able to make up my mind given the cost factor for Year end. But not once did she express irritation or annoyance and was positively addressing all of my queries! Would definitely recommend FLYTRA to all friends and family members! Had an amazing experience of Himachal, great thanks to the Flytra team. Climbing the altitudes, enjoying the expanse with mesmerizing sights of valleys, waterfalls, snow, the Beas river, and adventure sports was a super tonic for the adrenaline to last as a lifetime experience. Best part of the experience was the cab and the driver, who was an excellent guide, good photographer and on top of that, having a superb sense of service.

Got this opportunity to do booking with Flytra and this time it was GOA, my fav holiday destination.

I have to accept experience and service with Flytea team especially with Dipti was way better than last time I visited Agra in Dec 2022.5 star treatment and hand holding from the team. One can blindly rely on them and rest, they will take care of everything, as per your requirement.

We had our family vacation to Kerala planned by flytra. It was a very hassle-free and smooth experience. Every little nuance like the decent driver who was English / Hindi speaking, assistance in flight tickets, Web checkins, property selection was keenly taken care of.

We booked our Jaipur-Ranthamhore-Agra-Delhi trip through Flytra Holidays. Our trip was beyond amazing. Deepti took care of all flights, hotels, safari and private car and driver bookings. She is a very meticulous planner and understood our needs and suggested accordingly. She was very responsive throughout our trip for any questions. She also went above and beyond to arrange for flowers, cake and got the hotel room decorated on the day of our wedding anniversary. The driver and private car that was provided to us were top notch and Hotels were amazing. Safari timings and all sightseeing recommendations were perfect.
