Transaction took place 21st October and failed but the money was deducted from my account. It never said processing or any other form of hold up through the upi it clearly was transferred into their account. Store clerk told me they haven’t received it and asked for a second payment. Followed through trusting I will get a refund. It’s been over a week haven’t received any kind of refund and I have been texting the store manager I think with just replies like “I am following through” “I am trying” “I have emailed the bank”. The bank holds no responsibility in this situating but the company and the managing store accountant. Would love to take it up legally in a few days.
