I would like to share my experience with fortis mulund hospital which was Awesome. My mother in law Nandini Lashkare had under gone strenuous BYPASS surgery performed by Dr Satish Jaavli sir and team to the great success. It was a right decision to opt for fortis mulund hospital. Not only the doctors but the nursing staff (Asha sister) 9th floor and house keeping staff was brilliant and genuine. Over all had wonderful experience. Special Thanx to Dr Rajeev Karnik for his valuable and timely guidance. Fortis mulund highly recommended.

This is a go to hospital for us whenever in need. Few best: the hospital management’s mentality of making the patient fully recover and then send them home gives a huge comfort. They don’t do half baked things and push you out. Dr. Amol Nanaware has always been kind and considerate towards our problem and tried every bit to analyse and answer our queries Dr. Hemant Jain devoted us time and patience and deep dove into the patient’s history and symptoms. Lastly but not the least.the support team has been amazing. Asha sister didn’t leave any stone unturned to get us the best possible treatment.they are the backbone of the hospital because once doctor consultations are done, the remaining time we are under their care. I would extend my sincere thanks to all the support staff which included very senior experienced and kind nurses like Asha herself, Maya, Neethu, shiji, minsa, Vishakha, Anu, maya, Alfa and Linju to name some. Rajas was our SPOC for the floor and he heard and heeded every concern we faced.
Things that can be improved: F&B are not very timely and can have better coordination.nurses who over and above their job of looking after the patient’s medical needs, have to run and remind for the food needs too. Also, major problem not allowing relative to get food and eat in the canteen. Relative is expected to leave the huge premise and go to driver area near parking lot which is not really great place to have food. And women have to go alone in the night which is a huge concern.
Very nice hospitality. Well caring staff. Humble and polite. Nice quality of beds and proper hygiene. Thanks to Dr. Tuteja and all paramedic staff for taking care of my father 84 yrs old who was admitted for shoulder ofracture operation.

Excellent Service, Best Nurses & Doctor and very Rude Collection Department Staff. Their phones are so busy that they pick up & cut the call. They don't even have patience's to listen what the other person wants to communicate. I asked for Ruthvik, the lady said he has left for the day & banged the phone. It means if their work is pending they will help you all the way, if its your work then reluctantly say lets see tom.like kind of vibes i have got.

It was a wonderful experience in Fortis Hospital Mulund. We admitted to my mother for the surgery of breast cancer. We were very worried and in tremendous pressure but the way Dr. Anil Heroor dealt with us and in surgery, it gave us the feeling of security and trust that if there is God, then we found in Dr. Anil Heroor. They are running covid 19 facility.n doing ct scan for covid n non Covid patiebts on same centre n hiding this information for their business. I contracted covid 19 post doing ct scan. Shame on such hospital n their management. Doctors n hospitals run business over patients health and benefit each other at cost of patients life.
My husband is been hospitalized for chemotherapy in Mulund Fortis all the staff including housekeeping mamma and mavshi nurses names are Sheetal G, Sheetal C, Monica, Shubangi, Asha and Namita all the sisters are very cool and caring. Specially we Would like to thank Asha sister who adjusted bed for my husband for therapy in same format of Daycare for Sunday as she understand our situation of financial right now we wont be able to spend any extra in this situation. Bcoz we are not in postion to do admission procedure and to inccur more amount and in Daycare we can use the same amount for the remaini cycle of therapy. So a Big thank to Asha Sister and to her collouge. God bless them all
We would like to thank Dr. Anil Heroor and Dr. Boman Dhabar and their respective team for their service and guidance along every step of cancer treatment at Fortis. They were approachable and explained to us in great detail about the disease and the course of treatment. We would also like to thank Mr. Akshay for facilitating the administrative processes.
My father has been taking treatment for metastatic throat cancer for the past 3 years now but in all this time not once did we ever face any challenges. A big shout out to onco daycare staff asha sister, monika sister, shobha sister, sheetal sister and mama (chandrakant) for thier relentless efforts and quick responses because of whom the journey was a tad bit easier for us. The treating doctor dr boman dhabar is without any doubt the best doctor for cancer treatment. Most patients here come in for him. Never seen a dedicated man like him in my life. The staff is very friendly and supportive. Not just this but every department in the hospital is very approachable, right from onco billing to the hospital TPA. It feels more like a family now, words can just not be enough to express my gratitude. Scope for improvement: onco day care billing department and patient care department are on 5th floor, but cannot be accessed easily. Patient relatives have to go to the third floor of a different wing and then back to the fifth floor which is hassle. This has to done constantly which is tiresome. Over the past 3 years a lot has changed, but this so far is the most time and energy consuming activity i have come across. If this can be fixed, it would be great.
My wife underwent a major surgery which was done by Dr Anil Heroor who is well experienced, humble explains everything right from consultation to surgery. Operation was carried very smoothly by him and my wife had no complaints post surgery. Appointment, OPD experience was also very good, one Mr Akshay helped us in knowing admission, surgery related administrative process. The only problem I faced was discharge procedure which is lengthy. Also there is no discharge on sundays for corporate pateints, because of which I had the extended stay.
I would like to thank Dr. Anil Heroor and the entire team of fortis for taking such good care of my mother during her surgery. Really good hospital and good staff especially Dr. Hitesh Singhavi he is very friendly as a doctor since the start he never made me felt like a patient and comforted me for the OPD and explained the whole surgery process to me with ease and was ready always on call for any queries or questions and now the follow up treatment with him is also going well. He himself makes sure he calls the patient and ask for how he is doing which i felt really good. The administrative department is also very good Mr. Akshay bhate helped me with assigning the room and whole administrative process with ease and was always ready to answer my questions.

The treatment and care taken by Doctors and staff are really appreciated. Cause and treatment very well explained by Doctors. ICU unit is very supportive and caring. Really appreciated the guidance of Security Shayamsundar Nirgun, Shalini Kamble, Ashok Patangrao, Sunil Patil and dedication against there duties. They were strict about rules and regulations but very supportive and thoughtful. In this kind of situation we need moral support only and they all are providing this support to each and every patients relative. Giving positive thoughts and energy.
Pathetic security service no manners to talk with patients. Doctors are also very lease bothers no serious Ness about pations deases. Specially kirti sabnis dr is very disappointing. I lost my father because of her. Don't go to the hospital.

Stayed for 2 nights as an attendant when my wife underwent surgery. Single AC rooms stink and there was non stop noise at night of some machines running apart from shouting of nurses and ward boys. Patients find it difficult to sleep due to so much noise. Nurses forget what the doctor tells them to do or were too busy attending to other patients as they had to be reminded of what they need to do. Also most things seems to be out of stock

My mother, 80 Years old had a fall recently & had compression L2 Spine fracture, she was Bedridden for 15 days, From one of my friends I came to know of Vertebroplasty is a procedure in which a special cement is injected into a fractured vertebra performed by Dr. VIKAS GUPTE, a small surgery in which Bone cement is injected in the fractured bone, I consulted Dr. VIKAS GUPTE for it and on his advice we decided to undergo surgery in FORTIS hospital mulund, due to surgery my mother could recover the very next day. Without surgery, waiting for natural healing, she would have been bedridden for 2 months & many complications like bedsores & urine infections. I would suggest to undergo this surgery. THANKS DOCTOR for quick recovery.

Billing is too high 40% more rest treatment found ok for normal and minor issues but never recommand for critical and prolong illness due to high billing estimates, admission and test charges are too high com Pare to actual treatment and medicine charges seems big scam and loot from customers
Extremely happy with the surgery ably performed for my wife by Dr Anil Heroor. He was very patient and listened to all the queries raised by us and clarified our doubts. Post operative care was good. The room facility was comfortable for the patient. Mr Akshay helped us in coordinating various processes in admission and during hospital stay.
A very well managed hospital. Had a great experience in OPD (followed by a surgery), appointment to meeting the doctor is seamlessly organized. The waiting area for patient is comfortable with washrooms close by, kept amazingly clean despite high usage. We had shortlisted this hospital for its top of the line Dr. After doing quite a bit of research for our requirement we zeroed in on the specialist and this was our only choice to carry out the procedure. Thruout the procedure was kept informed what is happening, post and pre operative care was superb, nothing to ask was anticipated and executed. Experience with cashless procedure was also amazing entirely coordinated by the hospital with zero running around by the patient/relatives
I consulted Dr. Subhaprakash Sanyal thrice at Fortis Hospital, Mulund. The experience was so disappointing. On my first visit I was seven months pregnant. The staff did not inform me that the doctor was running three hours late. I had to sit in the OPD waiting for a long time for no good reason. They were also sending random report investigation folks inside which lead to further increase in my wait time. The staff at the reception didn't show any courtesy. When I consulted the doctor, I saw he has no manners and soft skills. He scares his patients and is not a well read man himself. On my third visit, doctor's behaviour was so rude. Absolutely disgusting, humiliating and PUKE-WORTHY choice of words. Dr. Sanyal is absolute PISS and too full of himself. I don't recommend this IDIOT to anyone.
Dr Saurabh Patil is very nice person a brilliant doctor and his advice are also very nice Fortis hospital infrastructure and staff is also good and cooperative
The hospital staff for admissions enquiry behaves very rudely like they don’t want any patients. On first call they asked to call in 45mins. After 45mins when I called first response “Hospital Full hai”. Later when I said do you need references they said two three discharge in process. Extremely poor response from such a large group. They should make admission process transparent or should be ready to loose patients to other hospitals. Though we are patients but we are also customers who pay our hard earned money for treatment and should be treated with respect.
Dr. Anil Heroor treatment was good from opd to surgery process and even room infrastructure was also good and akshay bhate assistance of cordinating with the entire process was Good.
The doctors are good but if you say you have insurance then they will extract a lot of money. My father was told to be admitted with an antigen test as the advice given by the doctor right in front of me.the hospital all of a sudden said that an RTPCR test needs to be done as well.rest I guess people can judge for themselves.

Room was very much clean and other services like food, admission dept and discharge dept work very smoothly in fortis. Dr Anil Heroor treatment was good from opd to surgical process. Pt name asha Sawant my mom was admitted and room and infrastructure was good. Mr. Akshay Bhate coordination was also good. Mrs. Akshata Dalvi also helped us in entire process from taking appointment till discharge, she treated us as family.only problem is of floor nurses which don't attend on time waiting for dressing from 2: 00 pm till 6: 00 pm but no one came for the same.
My uncle was admitted in this hospital for over 2 weeks, and was on the ventilator. The family's experience was very bad, we were being mentally harrassed. The treatment could be proper but there is gross miscommunication. We lost our uncle, and throughout the last night, we didn't receive any update. His blood pressure was dropping, but we only got the news when it went to as low as 40 the next morning.

Good day Fortis staff I Royden dsouza on behalf of my brother Godwin L dsouza admitted from 1july2021 till 4july2021 would like to thank each and everyone infact the full Fortis team every department who came in contact with me they were very helpful and guiding if any issues faced I would personally like to mention some names Rajratan wankhede, Rakesh Gujar, Tambali uncle, Angadh, Mukesh birje sorry if I pronounced their names wrong or spelling mistake they are Sodexo team they were doing their jobs exceptionally above their standards grooming, behavior, sanitizing the tables and even serving the guests they were on their top level even for sure they have a good management backing them up even would like to mention the back of the house team chefs and kitchen helpers they r also doing excellent job of keeping people happy because if the food is excellent like 5star who would complain automatically smile and stress goes away when eating even the plates crockery used kept on standard no chipped or stained utensils because often sometimes I find one but nothing to complain after all humans do mistakes. Security team the back bone of Fortis hospital they know their job profile I met and security staff he had no of star batches it would be wrong to say batches medals I would say asked him sir so many medals he had honor to wear those because that was his identity never saw any hospital with such appreciation for their staff. I would thank again each and every staff for their support.
Some suggestions to the management Security saying always sir sit in waiting area when we entered the waiting room it was full and people sleeping on benches inside because they r tired running behind their loved ones in hospital would request if ppl prefer sitting in garden allow them as their is fresh air now a days that's a must rather than air-conditioning. Sodexo management would request the ppl coming in for dinning anytime of the day to wash their hands then sit for meals as it is safe for the person as well for everyone though all the tables r sanitized and cleaned. Its a suggestion from my side not negative feedback.
The best hospital in India.we are taking treatment since 2007.and every time they provided best service.nurses are very caring doctors are good and housekeeping staff is also good.especially Dr Ramkrishna Modi is the best doctor we ever met. Note. My only concern is canteen food is overpriced.not everyone can afford tooexpensive food.

I completed my Chemo sessions and would like to thank entire staff of Fortis Hospital Mulund especially Chemotherapy-Day Care unit. Appreciate Dr Sneha, Dr Kirti, Sister - Shubhamani, Shubhangi, Sunila, Monica, Asha, Poonam, Sheetal, Meghana and all support staff for their dedication, sincerity. And off-course service with smile which keeps patient's morale high in this difficult journey.
Don't ever go in this hospital. They just take momey from you. They cannot care about patient. All departnent dominate on patien relative. They charge anything. My father admitted for 9 days only 2 days foctor come to see. Even though there no srgery bill is 2.5 lac. Cost is too high and billing process is very very long it takes almost one day.
I was admitted due to covid positive. Doctor said my infection is very less still I was admitted for 10 days. Treatment was good but I think stay was increased unnecessarily. There was no transperancy in treatment. Details of tests and treatment should explained property to patients. Food was very bad. Eating food was nightmare. Discharge process was very slow. Doctor gave me discharge at 11AM. But after all cashless settlement I got discharge at 8pm in night. Rs. 10000 is taken at the time of discharge for a month. I am not sure why this amount is taken for cashless settlement. In this case purpose of cashless is completely gone.
Not even one star worth. It's worst hospital. They only takes money from patient no proper treatment give. Doctors do as they want. Hospital apply any charges and ruled on patients and apply bill.
I’m a GP and my father suffers from multiple chronic illnesses including CKD for which he needs dialysis thrice a week. We had visited the night OPD to meet Dr Boman Dhabhar and there were 5 patients ahead of us in the queue. My Dad had just undergone dialysis for 4 hours and we travelled for over 2 hours to get there, he was exhausted but still trying to sit straight. After I mentioned our problem to Miss Gurpreet at the OP front desk, she immediately opened up a room and gave my Dad a place to rest and await our turn. She went above and beyond to make sure my father was comfortable. Her kindness was heart warming. Kudos to her for making a tiresome wait, much more manageable.
