Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai

I visited this place for an event. Firstly, this place felt small and congested.

Secondly the entrance and parking are confusing.

Apart from these two, the people were friendly and helpful. The location is a plus point for this place.

A really nice hotel, great service and a good location. The staff were always on hand to help.

The property is showing signs of becoming old. Once a high-end place is slowly becoming average. The location is not great due to traffic in peak hours, which causes a lot of delay in reaching the place.

Food wasn't very tasty. Chicken tikka was so so. Vega recipes were comparatively ok. No of waiters serving 20+ guests wasn't adequate. Waiters appeared to be trainees.

The food, the service.overall the hospitality is done to finesse.

This was my first time visiting Mumbai and a 5-star hotel. During my 3-day and 2-night visit, I had a blast. The hotel's personnel was very courteous and helped to create a pleasant atmosphere. Excellent food was served.

The stay at hotel was not satisfying. I went for a staycation with my wife and found hotel was clean and no complaints in hygiene.however, room was not as expected.except the dental kit everything available in the room was only for 1 person even chair was 1. No comfortable leg rest was provided. No bathrobe. No music systems. No view. Wifi speed was 4mbps. The tea bar has no variety in milk tea. However breakfast was excellent. Food ordered for in dining was over priced when compared to the quality and taste. Never order pav bhaji as the bhaji truly has no taste and waste of money. French fries and ketchup was excellent. Last but not the least NO BILL was shared at checkout.

The rooftop bar is always a hot spot to get a good view of the city or the sunset, especially during winter. Ambience is classy, service is good.

Visited for dinner with family. Good courteous staff. Early to locate location. Overall we all had a good time.

Hospitality is bang on. Food and In-Room Dining leave a lot to be desired. Also, if you're gonna go have the included breakfast, go early, the restaurant gets crowded rather quickly and one may have to end up waiting for up to half an hour.

Great place to stay. Rooms are excellent. Breakfast spread and service were good. Good gym facilities. COVID protocols followed by staff and they ensure customers do as well.

Great place! Curtacious and helpful staff. Even though Covid is waning, it would have been better had there been stringent screening of visitors than mere temperature check. Except this the place is great to visit.

It is really awesome hotel for chill for couples. Food is awesome. Staff was good. Just arrange welcome drink to gust while visiting to the hotel. Must go.

Beautiful views and cleanliness standards were mind blowing. Food at the San-Qi restaurant could have been way better, avoid it you are looking for some authentic thai or far eastern delicacies.

As i m a driver but the parking is to dirty and as bmc toilets are clean than four season parking toilet is to dirty not maintained they think drivers he toh hai toh kya. Very bad experience sir very bad thinking change the thinking about the drivers.

The Hospitality is really good, Cleanliness is bang on and we had done booking online so Buffet was below the average and dur to weekend it was an over crowded so room service was below average so there is big scope on food quality can't even eat buffet food at all.

Amazing staycation. Rooms are big and bathroom is even bigger. Amenities hygiene top notch. Breakfast spread also good. Only thing is the lunch or dinner meal can have more variety specially if guests are staying for more nights.

Amazing service, huge rooms with spacious bathroom and closet space. Breakfast was also good but don't expect a perfect view.
Lot of buildings block the sea view and you can see the slums. Even from the top floor the view was okay.

This picture was taken from AER lounge, I still remember the day, before I left Mumbai. I went with one of my close friend, the ambience was amazing. We talked about life, the time we have spent together and how this city gave us a lot. Mumbai I miss you very much.

Service and ambience both are top notch.
But there is still some improvement needed for food.

One of the best hotel in town with unmatched service and ambience just one could expect and beyond to the price what you pay just brings a soothing smile on your face. As a wedding planner I could see the numerous ways to celebrate with your loved ones and the surprises you could plan. The hotel is located just opposite to sea and the view in morning and evening makes your heart melt. Its very well known international hotel having only 1 branch in India. I had visited for buisness and it best serves the purpose.
Staff and Service: Very polite staff caring helpful and with covid all measures are taken.

Horrible staying experience which we experienced as a family from the moment we entered the room.
- extremely poor signal strength for wifi, on top of it weak cellular network on the 26th floor
- mosquitoes in the room.
- no built-in wifi for the tv
- sub-standard toiletries for a 5 star hotel
- no hands spray in the WC (Water Closet)
- empty snacks and mini bar in refrigerator
- single button operated switch for the entire lights in the room (no individual options to choose the lights)
- only one bath rope provided for an occupancy of two
- no outside food deliveries allowed in the hotel.
Stay in the hotel at your own will. Better 4 & 5 star hotel options with much better amenities available at half the prices. Won’t ever visit again. Thank you

The people at the reception was only finding the reason to charge more money. It was my 1st time experience at this hotel and i have decided that m never going back to 4 seasons. Only the people at the desk were pathetic rest everyone were good n well behaved.i know nxt day my checkout time was at 12 and at 12.15 if i dont answer ur call it doesnt mean yal will ring the bell, till i open the door.there might be a possibility that i might be in a washroom or taking shower. And i think my this comment will matter to yal and the rest of the people to know how ur services are. Thank you for having us.for the 1st and the last time, never coming back and will suggest others to go to some other 5star hotel's. Instead of wasting ur time and money ova here. Thank You from an Unhappy Customer.

We had an amazing stay infact we loved the hospitality, food and view so much that we extended it for one more night. The bathrooms are exceptional. The french view is so excellent. The buffet was ala grand and the best we ever had. 100/100 for the entire staff of the hotel

I visited this place due to my work meetings. But I had a great opportunity to explore the place. Their staff is also good and quite helpful. I had a meeting with my client there and we explored the place. The place is quite clean and they have a proper facilities for handicap people like washroom and entrance. I tried their snacks and it is also good. But if you consider the price it's quite at higher side. But if you can afford it. Then you can enjoy their some of luxury facilities. All in all its a great place.

Fantastic experience. Hospitality is very good, rooms are very well maintained. Their Chef (dont remember name) was very nice and at the time of breakfast he made few delicious items. Overall it's good. Must visit and stay

The view from the rooftop restaurant is super. The rooms are decent. You can see Mumbai slums from there.not a nice view to have. The pool was small but doable. All in all, there are better properties out there for the same price.

This was our first time in Mumbai and at a four seasons but it won't be the last. The staff was phenomenal and always aimed to please especially Imam. The concierge were helpful. The rooftop was amazing especially during sunset and great to unwind. The spa was blissful. The food was flavorful with options for westerners as well. The restaurant San qi was a perfect blend of Asian and indian cuisines. Waiters were terrific and knew what to recommend. Overall, our experience was memorable and plan to return!

By far one of the best hotels, I have ever been im Asia. The concierge was outstanding, we still think of him after a while. They also organised a architecture focused private tour for us, which was brilliant! Looking forward to get back and enjoy it again! Thank you!

I liked the hotel but unfortunately, AC was down. The hotel was nice to offer alternate hotel.
A part from that everything was perfect.

If you are travelling from Aurangabad to Ajanta, you would have covered two thirds the distance when you reach this hotel. It is a good place to take a break considering that the road is work in progress and was in really bad shape in December. The restaurant has a good ambiance and the staff are helpful. Had some evening snacks and tea which was decent.

Four Seasons is in the heart of the Mumbai City proper and on the periphery of the Race Course. So if you have a room with a view in that direction, it's breath taking.else you would get a glimpse of the gritty side of the city. Unfortunately the recent Metro works have made commute to here horrendous. The lobby is quite narrow as compared to other hotels in the same class. I have frequented their meeting rooms on the 2nd floor. To get to the room, from the maze is like a small maze. Their meeting room can seat about 200; perhaps one could squeeze another 50 more. Food is nothing home to write about; just about par.

Exactly what you would expect from a Four Seasons. Large clean rooms, with professional team and good breakfast buffet.

Worth every penny! The view from this hotel is fantastic. A must visit place in this property is Aer. Go early to enjoy the mesmerising view from the roof top. The food, drinks and staff are amazing and lovely. A big shout out to Renzil and Richard. You must meet these guys, they have awesome recommendations for food and drinks.
