The food is good. One thing that make me a bit upset is they ask us to pay 10% tips and the reason why is because there is no service charge. I never encountered like this in any other restaurant in India.

Excellent experience. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and polite, and they welcomed our family with open arms. The food was delicious. I will definitely return. Defenitly a 5 star experience

A little pep up required inside, sitting arrangements, lighting etc. Food is good as usual, could have been better. I think earlier it used to taste better…. Some innovation in menu is also welcome

Hotel Residency is just a 1km from Andheri station and adjacent to a metro station, so full marks for location. Grand reception lobby gives you a royal welcome. Courteous staff, well maintained spacious rooms are difficult to find now days in bustling heart of the city's worldwide. Room decor with marble floor gives a high.

Foods are not matching like the hype it is having, Biriyani Lovers dont try Biriyani here you will suiside after eating there Biriyani. Fish items okay, prawn fry was best.

I had a nice experience at Rich feels Salon, hygienic and good space. Staff Aarti and Farman both are good at their work. Will definitely recommend everyone this Salon.

Great entrance architecture, good breakfast and staff behaviour, neat and tidy rooms but bathrooms are a bit old fashioned.

Worst place to stay. Stinky, old carpets. Feels like third grade lodge. Cancelled our booking and changed to other hotel.

Very clean hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff was very attentive & courteous. Rooms were clean & well maintained. On the whole a very comfortable stay. Will definitely recommend this to all.

Good hotel but very odd place find it out. Even no one local knows about this hotel. Very tough to find with local once. Also having very clumsy road to reach over there. Room price are very high according to the room. Breakfast is pathetic.

I am a US citizen made a room reservation from New York a month ago for my friend today. My friend checked in afternoon. I had gone in the evening to meet my friend and I approached reservation desk and informed I have come to meet my friend. They asked me whether I am going to stay with my friend I said No, I have just come to meet him and spend some time. Thinking I may stay Gentleman by name Mr. Pramod Singh - Duty Manager and other staff around him were supporting him, he was so rude and nasty and asked me show me your identity proof i.e Adhar Card. I told him I am not carrying any documents to prove to you I am just a guest for whom I have done booking and I am going to pay for my friends stay. I told I am a U. S. Citizen. I am not in position to show to you since I stay far away from hotel. He was again and again asking me for Adhar Card which I told him I am not carrying Adar card since I am not eligible. I even paid the full amount by cash. I do not expect this kind of treatment given to a guests who stays in your hotel.

Inspite a 3 star hotel, they didn't provide the "Disposable Slippers". Rest of the thing we can't expect.

Near western express Highway metro station and really good for training or meetings large conference rooms and providing food also.

- Front desk staff very rude.
- long wait to sit, rude waitstaff, delayed meals, bad food. They wont answer your call in first ring.
- Food Quality pathetic. Does not maintain the standard of complementary breakfast like other hotels.
- Bathing area is not covered with glass so if you bath, all water will overflow outside the surface.very small in executive room.
- Room bed does not have king size mattress, two separate mattress. Room stinks and curtains.
- Above can be manageable but the quality of managing staff they have is pathetic.
- During Billing be aware of extra charge like high speed internet, in room food service extra charge.
- They don't have smoking room.

Food was not that good, chairs for the conference were also not upto the mark. The ambience is ok ok.

Very poor location, maple Hall is situated almost outside the premises. Entire corridor is packed with parked cars.

I usually stay here when I'm in Mumbai, the hotel is clean and rates are good. Breakfast is also nice. Rooms are clean and spacious but have some unfinished work like wires hanging from the walls which makes it look little unfinished.

This is the first time I am giving such a low rating the staff are very poor. They are not at all helpful please avoid this place

Everything is really good, especially the staff they are very helping and are very well organized. 7th floor suites are really good and has a great view.

We had been there for Friday lunch, the service was very slow. We had to remind the waiter to get our dish and only after reminder we got 3 dishes. The food taste was good but the service was pathetic compared to the cost they charge. I don't think I will ever go there or recommend this place to anyone.

One of the beat places in Mumbai Suburban Area to have delicious sea food. Multiple oprions to pick from. Very neat and chic place. Grt ambiance. Value for money. Good customer service.

Sea food at it's best must try bombil fry and solkadi though soft drinks charge is as good as a five star hotel

We went for lunch in this hotel. We have ordered surmail fish thali. We are suprising to see the thali was taste is pathetic without Fry fish. They are given only curry with half surmai floated in that. The price was Rs. 550/-+ GST. Is just waste of money!

The food was fine. Liked the fish fry. Prawns were good too. However it was not as good as it used to be during old times.

Good sea food, nice chicken thali as well. Just the Solkadi should be more thick. (more coconut milk)

Great variety and good taste. Had Bombil fry and Jumbo prawns in green chilly sauce. Must say it was well cooked and spicy as requested. Must try there mutton sukka with appam (don't remember the exact name). For veg there thai option is great and full of variety

The food is good here and they have maintained some consistency with quality. I have had better experiences earlier. The prices are expensive and their service is not at par as it was before. I think it is a better option to order take away from this place.

Need improvement in dishes like suramai ans prawns curry. Neer Dosa is a far cry from what's served in similar coastal food restaurants across the city. Overall an average experience

Amazing sea food restaurant right in the heart of offices in Andheri. Their catch is fresh and preparations are delicious. Not all of it agrees with everyone but can't go wrong with the Bombil fry and surmai. The solkadi is delicious. Please look at the menu before going and see what might interest you the most. The service is extremely quick and we were done with 30 mins of reaching the restaurant. Look around for offers online, we were able to get a free kulfi for our booking. Extremely full on weekdays during lunch so get a booking.

Horrible cold food. In fact there was a strand of hair in one of the plates when brought to their notice was taken casually. All food lovers Stay Away from this place.

Although this is a swankier version of the iconic seafood mecca.but it's no patch on the real deal. It lacks the character of the brand and the food as well lacks consistency. While the food is delicious but it's not extraordinary like the one in Vile Parle. Will I come back to Gajalee. For sure. But will I come back to the MIDC branch. Unlikely

A must try place for sea food lovers in Mumbai. Clamps and Halwa (Black Promfet) was utterly delicious. Also they serve wine and beer in restaurant.

A tad bit overpriced. Food is very very good. It has a little konkani taste to it, by that I mean the gravies have a hint of coconut in them.

Love the food served here. It has 3-4 branches within the city. However, the one at Phoenix Marketcity, Lower Patel is the fanciest one.
