No proper guidance. I made my glasses here but it didn't suit me.my eyes are paining.checking was done by their doctor and made by their suggestion.still no use. Rs. 4700 wasted

They are very good in service and will guide you patiently as per your need, In the beginning I found the frames little expensive but their designs were unique so I went ahead and bought one, I got a lot of compliments on my choice, but my reason to write a review is that my friend by mistakenly broke the handle of my frame after few months of buying, I took it to them to see if something can be done the next day, they were very sweet to take it and told me they will see if they can repair otherwise I will need to go for another option, they requested for 4-5 days because their service centres are in Mumbai, I was reluctant as I had to travel but anyway I took a chance, after few days of waiting I was almost certain that I will get a negative reply but I got a call from them and I was happy to know that my old frame had been replaced without charges with the exact same but completely new frame and then they replaced my lenses to the new frame and I had almost brand new specs (old lens)
I couldnt thank enough, that day I realised better to take an premium frame and good service than cut costs in the beginning. The staff is really good there.

(the the only flaw with Gangar is the the time factor of delivery of lens when you buy a new specs as it goes to Mumbai for everything, if you are based in Pune but its negligible to everything else)
