Take care of patients very well.
The only negative point is the Cost wise a little bit on the higher side. One needs very strong Insurance policy to admit patient here.

I would like to say a big thank you to the Renal department of Global hospital. Especially Dr. Bharat shah, he helped my mother. Entire team of Dr. Bharat shah is so supportive, calm and they clear your all doubts very patiently. You can feel the good vibe and positive energy transferring to you. Special mention to Dr. Suhas, he was so generous and so helpful with completing formalities for transplant registration.

I was admitted on 11 floor under Dr Suresh sankhla he gave nice treatment to me. Servce is excellent. Nurses are very good and they have taken good care of me.

My grandmother was admitted in global hospital because of urinary infection, she was diagnosed with a kidney stone and was under treatment of Dr. Prashant Rajput (Nephrologist). In the entire process of treatment of our patient the doctors team treated the patient nicely and helped the patient recover faster. Nursing and other staff also helped timely and looked after our patient with care.
Only thing I would like to suggest is, hospital should allow 1 visitor (atleast for aged person) now who has completed their 2nd covid 19 dose.
All the staff on 13th, 10th, 11th floor helped alot and we liked the service provided by them.

Had very good experience in Global Hospital during post- surgical recovery. All the staff including doctors, nursing staff and other support staff are very professional, caring and courteous. All the facilities are well maintained and level of cleanliness and hygiene is excellent. Overall experience was really very good. Doctor's Team is excellent in Hospital. I was under supervision of Mr Bharat shah. Mr Prashant Rajput, Mrs Hepal vora and the juniors Mr Ishan Parekh, Dr Shaumya, Dr vishwas, DrVirendra, My Trandplant Surgeon Mr Jitendra Jagtap, Mr Lokesh sinha and Dr Mridula and juniors Dr vinod and Dr Sagar is of Helpfull nature.
Subhash brother in OPD is of Helpfull nature.
After Transplation I have been kept in RICU. RiCU Incharge Mr SIBI Mathews, is excellent Mr Sam MrMukesh is very caring.

As the name tells it all, truly "GLOBAL". Came here for my mother's abdomen pain as an walk-in admission and got it right away on 13th floor (1315). The front desk staff and the medical assistants were very nice, helpful and very well mannered. Especially, SISTER PRIYANKA (INCHARGE OF STAFF), SISTER SANSHKRUTI and SISTER ANAGHA had good coordination with us and taken good care of my mother. Dr. VOHRA, Dr. RAO and Dr. KOTHARI were great, gave realistic expectations and timelines. I would definitely recommend GLOBAL HOSPITAL (PAREL) for all your health related queries.

Needs bit improvement on registration counter during admission, patient and relative need to wait as registration takes longer time, also waiting area is too small and congested causing inconvenience to both. It would be better to provide 2 visiter passes, Wi-Fi facility, variety of food items to relatives. Very much good medical service, dedicated, doctors, staff, ward boys, prompt service.

My father was admitted in micu under Dr GM khan all took very good care in Icu and then shifted to Day Care nursin staff is very polite and caring in housekeeping shubham also very attentive Nursing staff team Meeta Aswathy, ardra, Kalpana Manju were very good

I went Global hospital for health check-up Ref.by Mr Anup. Good follow up by Mr Deepak whole day they are take care of us. Guided about various dept.very hygienic. Good food. Nice environment. Good place for checkup n treatment. God bless all of you

I took my mother in July 2020 for endoscopy and putting of a stent. Very much satisfied with the whole process specially Dr. Amit Maydeo and Dr. Amol for their sheer professionalism and cooperation. Special thanks to Mr. Chintan Datta from the admissions team for being extremely cordial and courteous in explaining the whole procedure and easing the process.
The only suggestion would be that the nurses in the ward before the operation theatre should be a bit nicer to the patients and especially the old age ones to understand their requirement and heed to the same like giving them additional blanket if requested and taking them to the wash room rather then ignoring them. This is the only area which needs to be improvised. Rest I would once again thank each and everyone for their kind hospitality.

Highly NOT recommended hospital. If you want to buy death for your loved ones, then go to this global hospital (Lower Parel). Liver transplant and Hepatology team is the worst team. They seem to be very expert from outward but are the worse. We saw not even a single patient coming out alive in 18 days when my mom was admitted to hospital. Every day we saw atleast 1-2 ppl dying there with their treatment. No single patient came out alive. We went there for my mom’s liver transplantation thinking that it’s one of the best hospital, but reality was completely different. Inside story is very very different. They admitted my mom when it was not required, and complicated minor health issues. My mom was able to breathe properly, talk properly and eat properly still they had put her on ventilator saying that they are just giving partial support and will treat her better. We have videos and pictures of every day of hospital to prove that condition was not this worse. We went to this hospital thinking that they will treat her better, but instead they worsened her condition. Doctors are killer (MURDERERS) doctors there. Not Even a single case turned out to be positive and we can prove that through patient’s relatives as well. Please do not ever go to this hospital

Worst hospital. Just doing experiments on patients. Don't have expert team for liver patients. They just did experiment on my mother. As well as they are nt able to detect virus and they just gave heavy doses to my mother which resulted multiple organ failure. Hence whch took her life

I request all of the liver patient not to go this hospital, as I have purchased death for my mom by admitting her to this worst hospital.she was well and went to hospital for checkup and worsened her case and their experiment resulted multi organ failure which resulted in her death.
It not only happened to us but from 1 March 2020 to 13 of March almost we saw 10 patient died in the licu which shows how this LICU TEAM AND LIVER TRANAPLANT TEAM is incompetent in treatment.

They killed my motherinlaw by their experiments.none of thr doctors of licu and niether the surgeons are caoable of giving good treatment.they gave so many antibiotics, inspite of knowing that her emune power was not good. But yo increase the bill of hospital thry did there experiments and at last my mother in law was no more.
Please please dont go for transplant of kidney and liver as they are not able to give proper treatment
