Been to East 55 restaurant. Amazing experience. Wonderful service by restaurant staff. Widespread n delicious menu. Be slow on ur main menu items as starters n desserts have wide choice n worth trying.

Selvam makes amazing soup. Khauseu preparation is amazing. The same soup made by a different chef doesn’t taste as nice.

Recently I was a guest in this hotel and I got an opportunity to stay in their apartments.it's an amazing hotel and overall their service is excellent in all departments.

We had dined in the Chinese restaurant there. Food was excellent and we really enjoyed it. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you love authentic Chinese food.

Food variety especially in Japanese and other oriental dishes is authentic and in abundance. Must go place for parties and fun with friends & family.

A proper Grand Hyatt. Very busy. Systematic. But lacks soul. Front doormen are extremely helpful. But otherwise by and large the staff couldn’t care less.

I felt the closet space to hang clothes is a bit on the smaller side.

Close to the airport towards the city, and there’s nothing wrong with the Hyatt but, if you want proximity to the airport I would recommend the JW Marriott

Beautiful hotel. Extensions done have spoilt it a little. Food used to be typical 5 star garbage. Not any more though, it’s authentic genuine dishes they now churn out. Staff is polite. Rooms are adequately sized and very good. Views are ordinary, as you would expect from
an urban hotel located in Mumbai.

Allotting rooms is not good we came for conference about 1500km away your people allotted in three different floors for my another two persons we requested to change but they refused I hate this attitude

Good place. I visited to attend a conference. Hall is nice and arrangements were good.
Service could have been better but that was OK considering there were around 500 attendees in the conference. Overall good experience.

Disappointed with the receptionist priyanka and Kruthika they thought i am physically challenged and gave me a room for physically challenged people- never expected that from them i asked them so many times before getting the key

Planning for their guests comfort is pretty low. This is their plan of how they host their Sunday breakfast for guests who stay here. 30 mins in line to eat. Excellent excuses are given. Also not the first time. This is my second night here and yesterday was the same. And the hosts were laughing and smiling as if this is how they are supposed to treat guests and not even scrambling to make new arrangements

Beautiful property at the heart of the city.still away from the noise pollution. Had an office event here out in the open

Great property but bad checkin experience. As a busy executive if you are juggling between meetings then avoid this property. There are many similar properties near by who will be able to accommodate express check in.

And even if they confirm a time for checkin they are likely to miss it, because they have too much rush.

Excellent food. Good spread for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner buffet.
Highly recommend for a vacation with family.
Kids friendly hotel and pet friendly too.
Good staff at the Restaurant almost at all restaurants they have.

Excellent Gym, Spa and swimming pool.
Now the negatives
When you stay at Grand Hyatt you don't expect cockroaches in room. Yes you read it right Cockroaches. Highly disappointed with cockroaches in room. Many of them. And they keep coming in room kitchen.
So you can't cook anything in room even if you have paid more to have a room with kitchen. Very sorry state of affair. The entire purpose of staying with kids in a room with kitchen is lost.

Would recommend not spend money in staying in appartments with kitchen or suite with kitchen. They are not able to keep this with 7 star status.

It is a wonderful hotel with all the modern facilities and services in Mumbai. It is easy to reach and managing professional approach with the guests.
I was visited to attend a conference arranged by #peoplematters and found everything including space up to the mark.

Very disappointed with Kruthika and Priyanka from the reception they offered a room for physically challenged with no bath tub and some ropes hanging here and there … i asked them many times before getting the key is the room good i am very disappointed

The hotel itself provides great service and the staff here are excellent. The issue has to do more with guests who stay here. You can hear rowdy parties in rooms next door and in the halls well into the night. Even if the rooms are cleaned, the carpets have stains from countless spills of what I assume is food and wine. I was only here for business so good wifi, which they had, was more important.

Other than the rooms, the breakfast and restaurants are great here. However, there aren't many places to eat outside the hotel.

Had a wonderful stay here. Special mention to all the staff members for being so professional and courteous at the same time.

Great place it used to be but service standards have drastically gone down. The hotel seems to have staff crunch as all good and professional staff seem to have left. God forbid but if a person meets with some accident or has a medical issue, there seems to be no SOP in place to look after the guest. One is on his/her own. F&B service standards also have gone really down. One has to be lucky to connect with room service as the lines are perpetually busy. It should not expect food to be hot and delivered before an hour after ordering. Strongly recommend to Avoid this place for now.

One of my best stays. Trust me the chefs here are amazing. From the front desk to chef, actually everyone has a smile on there face. And the food is mind blowing. Just went for 2days stay but extended for another two days, becos I didn't feel like leaving the hotel.

Poor quality furniture
Very bad experience, Entire night I was not able to sleep bcz of light (Light switch gets damaged which results into I was not able to switch off the light)

Visited to attend a corporate party. The effect of the LD / hit on the business was evident. The interiors looked old and kind of less than clean, including the washroom. The service is still top notch. Food was great. Do not mean to nitpick but the mosquitos were a menace. The hotel management did try their best though with rackets and repellent. All in all, it was close to a pleasant experience.

We are currently staying at their apartment. The service including quality of room and kitchen appliances is very poor. They seem short of staff. Even after numerous requests, the service is still poor.

Horrible. They don't allow women to use their washroom. Against law and humanity. Would give no star if that was an option. Very disappointed. Never expected this. It was always my favourite hotel until now.

Grand Hyatt is a 5 star luxury business hotel, real good ambiance. Best thing in the hotel is its spa and the food. Never miss the south Indian breakfast by chef Selvam.

One of best hotel in Mumbai. The place is well maintained by highly qualified professionals. The service is nice. People are courteous and helpful all the time.

A slightly oldish property in mumbai bkc. Its close to bkc which means, good restaurants are a plenty in the neighborhood. The reception area is luxurious and the staff is polished. It has a corporate vibe and i wont advise for romantic getaways. Rooms are decently sized for central mumbai. A 400 sq foot room with a study table is the base variety. The suites have the same decor as the standard rooms but with a two seater sofa and an extra tv. They provide good quality toiletries from june Jacobs. The restaurants inside the hotel serve good italian and chinese.
The breakfast buffet spread has to be one of the finest. A definite must have are the gluten free chocolate chip muffins.

The best customer service compared to any of Mumbai's 5 star hotels. Chef Nishad made the breakfast experience wow. Hospitality is just amazing by all staff members.

Beautiful Hotel conveniently located near the western express highway in Santa Cruz having great connectivity to airport and highway and Bandra Worli sea link. It's a perfect hotel of choice for the ones on a short business trip. The Hotel has basement parking with auto light sensors that turn the lights on and off as one approaches or departs from a location thus providing ingenious power saving.
The staff is courteous and well mannered and you are greeted at the entrance. The hotel lobby is posh and beautiful. The art and decor is exquisite. The hotel also boasts a mini mall for shopping and gift shop for souvenir. The hotel rooms are nice and well maintained and the bathrooms are squeaky clean and very well kept. Room service is prompt with almost no waiting. You also get a laundry service. The hotel has a beautiful and well kept garden and lawn and a calm swimming pool. I didn't get a chance to dine in one of their lovely restaurants but I'm sure the cuisine would be amazing looking at the crowd that comes and visits for brunch and dinner. The lobby lightings are ambient and the sofas are very plush and comfy. All in all a great hotel to stay at, no matter a long or short trip to Mumbai city. I would definitely recommended a stay at the beautiful Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel.

It is a little messy to reach there from any part of Mumbai, but the ambience and service are amazing and the staff is really really generous

Supremely bad service. We had to call 5 times for extra blankets, in room tea coffee sachets. We asked for plates and spoons that was never delivered untill the end of our stay. We weren't allowed to see the property just to kill time. It felt as if we were under quarantine instated of a staycation. The food was not at all at a mark of a 5star hotel. The buffet speread was so low and no taste in any thing. Extremely disappointed with the stay. Shall never recommend anyone for this place. Highly disappointing for a name like Hyatt

My experience at Grand Hyatt was just like its name - GRAND. The food, service, rooms, garden, etc.was perfect. I had an amazing staycation experience (a first for me) and it has set my expectations very high for my future staycation/trips.

Food- The dinner buffet was quite satisfying, tasty food with good amount of options to choose from. But the star of the show was definitely the AMAZING breakfast buffet. There were baked items, pancakes, waffles, south indian breakfast items, parathas, eggs and sausages, fresh fruits, cereals, etc. Even beverages had so many options.

Service- The service at the front desk and restaurants was excellent. Everything was well organized.

Rooms- The room had a courtyard/swimmimg pool view. From the top most floor, everything outside looked beautiful, serene and pleasant, with lush green trees and at a distance 2 cute baby pigs playing all day. (not sure if that was a part of the hotel property)

To conclude, this place should definitely be on your list if you are planning a staycation in Mumbai.

It has large area building with beautiful interior.
Everything is just so royal there.
And their service is just a wow.
We had attended a marriage there and it was amazing.
If I ever get chance will absolutely go there

One of the reputed and best in class five star hotel in Mumbai, you can feel the best hospitality once you enter the gate. Everything was perfect, the interior, the staff, hotel rooms etc. On the food part it was great has different variety on food in dinner, they have lot of veriety of food options. The breakfast was also the best one, enjoyed every type of breakfast cuisine.

The experience in Hyatt was good. It's a huge hotel and some beautiful banquets. Maybe the biggest in the city. Rest everything is there as per the five star standards.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Mumbai for 6 nights and were not disappointed by the overall experience. Starting from the check-in to the check-out, the team is highly professional and attentive. The rooms and hotel are super clean and well maintained. During my stay, Grand Hyatt manager Mr. Manikandan treated as me a VIP Guest. Thanks for your support and care. In terms of the room, they are very comfortable and spacious. The Grand Hyatt is conveniently located to some of the major business districts.

It was an royal experience to visit Grand Hyatt. The food was so amazing and tempting. The paneer tikka rolls, Kala Jamun, Masala dosa, Masala chat was so tasty. The pastries was sweet and delicious.
Overall my experience was awesome in Grand Hyatt.

Nice place but takes too much time to deliver Valet Parked Vehicle

After 2 years, visited today (16 April 2019) ; AC not properly operational in Adobe event, food and Service was also not upto mark

They're one of the biggest business hotels and event venues in and around BKC and they're very much aware of that. Fabulous service, operates like clockwork and never really had any reason to complain. Great breakfast spread, but gets really busy in the mornings, and the lack of space in the restaurant is felt the most.

Stayed here for 2 months. Service and hospitality is great but breakfast was exactly same for 2 months even on X mas morning there was no variation!

Great location, rooms and service with a spacious lobby. The only downside is that one has to climb a flight of stairs just to get to the reception, and there's no signage so a newcomer gets lost upon entry.

The entire hotel was lit up for new year's, it was super pretty.
We dined at the Indian restaurant Soma. The food was lovely. We ordered simple Indian food, dal's and aloo Gobi and kasoori chicken tikka, and Roti's. Everything was cooked Perfectly.
The staff were courteous and friendly. Enjoyed the hospitality.

Amazing Hotel.
This is the best hotel around the city, its Very Huge and has everything in the building itself from Eating to Shoppin everything. Hotel has number of rooms, ample of parking space, different types of restaurants, club, lounges, salons, shopping areas and etc. Service is amazing rooms are nice and well maintained, pool side area is great and also its Ballroom is huge and amazing. 5star place 5 star service. Rooms are big and not cramped. They have a huge property with many restaurants to choose from. The place is always buzzing with activity and very lively. Interiors are amazing and service is great as well. Expect the best.

It's a good place to stay. Pretty spacious and grand in it's look. A very busy place filled with national and international visitors from all walks of life. I have been there couple of weeks back for the first ever time. I thought the buffet breakfast should have been more elaborate with wider choices. In the mad rush of visitors the staff sometimes would be too occupied that we may not feel that warmly welcomed. But then again we need to understand their busyness.

The ambience of the hotel is really nice. Conference halls are huge and capable enough for any national and international conference. The rooms are cosy. All in all a really awesome place.
