Worst service…. No staffs available for the service…. Never book their banquet hall for any seminar, event or official event…. There is no service …. Totally waste of money ….

About restaurant:
Food taste and quality is best but the service is worst. Just 2 staff were serving and not at all bothering about the desired service. I suggest either increase the serving staff or just close down the restaurant.

Great ambience, good rooms, and easy accessibility from City and bus/railway stations. But very poor service and understaffed (could be because farming activities were in full swing in June). Must manage adequate staff and provide better service to the guests

We stayed here for 2 days with family. They have ok rooms but the worst service I have ever seen. They don’t answer phones for room service. Even after calling 10 times for a cup of tea, no one gets the order and every time they say Yes for the order.
The reception has no etiquette while talking to the customer. They behave like we are living there for free. No timely cleaning provided.
Better avoid this place and look for another option.

Staff mainly the reception needs to be customer focussed.
My room AC had a major problem of cooling as some switch at reception was being kept off even after repeated reminders.

Hotel is good, little.bit high price as compare to service.

Rooms are spacious, clean and hygienic. Service should be improved and there are bars and restaurants on the ground floor.

The location is good opposite the collector office.

As per the price faculty are less. They need to open Gym, swimming facilities also.

Good hotel located slightly outside Latur city. Rooms are spacious and clean. Service is decent. Parking is available. The thing they need to improve upon was food and heard just day before I checked out they had changed their Chef. Buffet breakfast is available. However, buffet dinner (if you have MAP) is only available when there is considerable occupancy with MAP otherwise they provide ‘a la carte menu’.

Complete and utter lack of clarity. Their website says 24hr room service. The staff is asleep on the reception and absolutely clueless

The only good star hotel in Latur, staff was good and supportive in the sense that one and half day charge was done for one and half a day stay, else most of the hotels would charge for 2 days

Check in RFID chips/cards provided for 3th floor room we not programmed properly.u need your card with u always incase I wanna access life to reach on top) dinner Bf both were good.my lunch had 3 stale items.

Rooms were clean and well kept a bit pricey in my opinion but still it was fine breakfast buffet was really good but i feel it lacked few live items
