It was a little costly resort but there were a lot of water sports options and food was good

Pathetic and highly expensive. Tasteless food and very less quantity. Service in restaurant is very poor.

Overall good resort. Need some improvement on maintaining activity space and material. Food was good. Ample parking space, just 2 km from temple & beach.

Good ambience, service was nice. Value for money food. The pool was clean, well maintained. Resort is at a 5 minute drive from the prime spots to visit.

Nice hotel and staff closed to beach and Ganapatipule Ganspati temple. Negative point is poor internet or say useless
internet in the rooms.

Overall Rating - Ok and little bit disappointed

Let me explain
1. Food - Average. We stayed for 4 days and had breakfast buffet as well as A-la-cart. Food wasn't tasty. Most of the time bland.

2. Service - Good. Staff was courteous and soft spoken. Room delivery was quick.

3. Property - Ok. May be COVID times has reduced importance but i believe all the facilities should be well maintained. Tennis, volleyball and badminton courts were in shambles. Games room had broken tennis and badminton rackets. Although pool and garden was well maintained.

We go to resort for enjoying its facilities in addition to the location otherwise why not book a Hotel.

Note - Property also has tie up with Mahindra Holidays.

Did not have that good experience. We had booked 3 rooms, in 1 room a/c was not working, in another flush was not working.
But once complained they got it done. Also room service was not up to the expectation.
They had specific time to use all the other facilities and because we had come to see other places we were not full time in the hotel and not able to use much of them. But they do give lot many things to do games, good breakfast, nice pool a good ambience. Thank you ️

This place is in Kokan Maharashtra just across the sea however no / very little sea food / fish preparation is available

Well maintained resort with play area and swimming pool.need more variety in food.buffet not upto the mark.

On the edge of Ganapatipule this resort is away from the hustle bustle of Ganapatipule but not too far either. As it is at a height it overlooks the valley and forests below which can be seen from the exteriors of the resort.

They have one block of low rise rooms and another block at the entrance with few floors. It is a small property, compact but we'll maintained and self sufficient. The lobby is large and has lounging seats and good for spending time in air conditioned comfort during hot sun outside.

Amenities includes two pools and lawn areas. Also several courts for tennis and other game. Children have a small outdoor play area. Activities room has books, pool, cartons, TT and tiny tots corner. They have activities for guests in the evening.

There are two restaurants one used for breakfast and dinner and another for lunch. They also have a bar. We found the food over priced and average. However, the resataurant was very cooperative and supplies us crockery and cutlery for food catered from outside.

Rooms are good - large sized, spacious, clean and we'll maintained. Lighting could.be better. I was struggling to read in the low light even during day hours. The resort quickly provided us extra mattress on arrival. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Hot water was on throughout. Room service for any supplies and other requests were promptly attended.

Check in and check out were quick. So too any requests for taxis and auto rickshaws. During mornings the resort attracts many birds adding to the charm. Nice landscaping has been done in limited area available. All in all a small, simple and nice resort with good service. Worth a visit and stay.

A nice quite location to relax with absolutely no noise or city like nuisance. Decent rooms, pool and isolated beach for a quite evening watching over the ocean

Good place with peace. Need to add some more facilities. Only thing again goes against it is the location, 2.5 km far from Beach.

This is a club mahindra associate resort. So they have to maintain certain standards. The rooms are pretty nice and big.parking is limited.the pool is nice and clean.restaurant also serves good quality food but is a bit pricey.the game room has some game, although it is pretty average as compared to other club mahindra resorts.the resort is 2 kms outside Ganpatipule, so no rush, noise or traffic nearby, although it does not have a good view of the sea.the staff is courteous.all in all a good experience.

The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The Reception, Restaurant, and Housekeeping staff was very polite and helpful. Swimming pool nice and clean. Restaunt Staff Mr. Ravi and his whole team given awesome hospitality. If we were to travel again, we would definitely stay there again.

It is calm, clean silent, place. The staff is politeand. Co opretiv. The food is testy and it is served very nicely

It's one of the few good properties around Ganpatipule. The accessibility to the beach and temple is very good. The property can easily be located. The upkeep and the maintenance of the property is very good. The pool and the garden is located in the centre of the resort and most of the rooms either face the pool or the garden. There are outdoor sports facilities like tennis courts and badminton courts in the property.

1) Very good behaviour from each
2) Service is good if asked only
3) Room not clean, even you may find lizard roaming around
4) unless you ask, towels are not changed
5) only one bottle (1 litre) of complementary drink is not sufficient for whole day for a couple with kid. Unless you ask it is also not available. Other same or higher standard hotel does not ask money for bottle water
6) breakfast food quality, varieties are very poor. Sometimes they keep very old food.
7) food taste is not good
8) as compared to food quality and tastes, prices are higher
9) building are not maintained at all, in monsoon season, there is water leakage in corridors
10) WiFi is not available at room although they say free WiFi is available.
11) as compared to overall quality, room prices are much higher
12) it doesn't deserve to be 3 star, rather at max 1 star simple hotel

Very lovely place with nice location, good food quality & pretty doorstep service, supporting staff, indoor as well outdoor games, beautiful swimming pool, huge parking, just enjoyed weekend.

We had a bad experience in their service both during dinner as well as during buffet breakfast. In fact during the breakfast the vessels used were so hard it was difficult to open the same with plate in hand. Senior citizens and kids were struggling but nobody was bothered. It is a Club Mahindra affiliated resort maybe that is the reason they are not worried as there is fix business

Premise is indeed good but drawbacks are - far from beaches, stinky room even after cleaning, same breakfast everyday, limited food items, need to call housekeeping staff everytime when one needs hot water, dirty towels, have to ask basic toiletries everytime, no sea view rooms. But staff is certainly courteous.

It's clean, but not like club Mahindra properties.
Service is slow.
The room access card has a problem all the time.
Hot water doesn't come unless and until you need to inform everytime.
Club Mahindra offers some discount on spa which really is not useful. It's only rules, we had booked for a message worth 1800 on Wednesday and wanted to post one it to the next day since we planned to go out. The spa staff said if we postpone, then we will be charged a fine of Rs. 300 which is ridiculous. The discount voucher was worth 500. I wanted to add one more service from spa which was worth around rs. 1000 and told them to utilize the voucher which they rejected.

There are a few things I might want to list out. In the hotel, the bathroom soap dispenser wasn't attached to the wall that greatly. Some Gym equipments weren't working (e.g treadmill, airbike, bicycle). But there's a reason I gave 4 stars, as, The staff is the best, they are responsive, they are polite, and they are really fast. The rooms are really clean, and the food is awesome, and hygenic. The swimming pool is also pretty awesome, it's kinda an infinity pool. And it was an awesome experience and amazing stay, so recommended

Good resort. A bit away from beach. But one of the best around. Only they should have different variety daily in BF offered in package.

F&B, house keeping, activity room incharge, front desk staff all were good. Food was pathetic as we kept puking the whole night. We only had hotel food and it happened due to uncooked food which was agreed by the restaurant staff.i didn't wanted to highlight this but Mr. Bhagwan who is the front desk incharge blamed it on us stating we had something outside and just complaining about the restaurant food. Firstly you cannot go out and have anything as the place is very interior and nothing is at walkable distance. So Mr. Bhagwan kindly be open for feedbacks from customers and investigate rather than being defensive and proving that the customers are wrong.
Maybe that was the first and last visit of mine!

An excellent location for family and friends. It is situated in less popular tourist spots so you will enjoy it. Excellent service and reasonable price for a happy outing

Resort is best. But so meny problems at there.
1 No Veg cook avilable there.
2 Also Driers rest room available there. But pillo and bed sheet's was not clean also cumble.
3 Some security gards are miss bevar with Drivers.
4 There are no washable watre for wash car or foot mats.

The rooms were very nice and cozy, but the recreational activities are not up to the mark, as there is a volleyball court but there is no volleyball to play with. The table tennis table and the bats are not of very good quality and the pool table is rough and the balls do roll on it properly. The swimming pool is great and the property is pretty big.

Greenleaf Resort and Spa is an associate of Club Mahindra Resorts.it does reflect this status! The rooms are ordinary.the bathrooms ok.the soap supplies worst!
The staff are courteous, friendly and helpful! The property is in a green lap.the local cuisine is awesome.at zaika.

With due respect to those who have given good reviews, they are either not CM members or haven't yet visited their prime gold crown resorts in Coorg or Munnar or Goa. I will give 2.5 stars for food, reasonably priced and pretty decent taste. Things that put us off - day 1 breakfast, we were welcomed by a cockroach at our dining table, there is no 24/7 room service, the room was stinking with fungus all over the walls with paint wearing off everywhere, the pool looks so dirty, no rules to be followed, the path from reception to rooms stinks of urine with the restroom being one floor below, the resort in itself stinks of drainage leak at times, fitness room was under renovation, salon starts and ends with the board, general upkeep and ambience - nothing to write home about, staff are courteous but young boys / men stink of not having bathed and also don't fail to peep into your room while they walk around, to top it all, the dark lean guy in the activity centre is a number one flirt and my wife and daughter never felt at ease with that jerk around. This is clearly the worst property and we have been to over 20 so far. Other associate properties like big beach in Pondy and Lake forest in Yercaud are far better. You won't see CM signage anywhere except main gate. Balbir, the only CM rep there also doesn't wear any badge or uniform. Though he was kind to have us shifted to another room. Very poorly organised activities, if at all, there were any. Will take a while to accept the fact that CM indeed chose to tie up with Green Leaf. Avoid at any cost as there is nothing much in ganapatipule as such.

Struggling upcoming place.people generally nice.but urgently needs the owner to pump in more investment and upgradation. Hiring interns from Hotel management schools may be a good idea
