Used to be great. Has severely dropped in quality. I just went and the barber Javed vehemently refused to use two different clip attachments to trim my beard. Absolutely ridiculous.

They offer extremely high quality service. Special shoutout to Komal who did my waxing and facial. She was very good at suggesting the facial and also the procedure. Thank you. Very satisfied with the services and results.

I got a haircut today, it was absolutely not in line with of what I asked For. I believe the team should work on understanding what the customer is looking for. I absolutely didn’t want to cut my length off, I was told my length needs to be made short for brining volume and they looked even lesser in volume after the haircut.

Last time I had the haircut and beard it was good and to the expectations. We had a considerable discussion on the expectations and it was delivered expectedly.

This time I reserved my appointment with same hairstylist with name Javed and I found that he was not keen into providing the service. I felt to emphasise more on my requirement to make him realise I have specific requirements post which he start working on my considered expectations.
But for beard he directly went with trimmer all along the face, with an attitude to wind it up totally compromising my whole look and intent to visit H2O to have a good look which is a prime basic expectation.

End Note - I found zero keen in providing expected delivery by the stylist for which I felt confident H2O would provide.
