Mashallah, I am amazed by the honesty and integrity showed by Mr Arafat. We made a booking for 5 pax which got cancelled due to some medical issues of my parents. But despite all this hassle and cancellation impact, Mr Arafat and his team supported us professionally on refund. Though we couldn’t get chance to travel but the professionalism and piousness showed by the team is rare in this field. May Allah bless them. Alhamdulillah booked Umrah tour from Classic Tours and Travels, my journey will begin from 1st May. Till now the experience is very good, from the day of planning till today everything was smooth. My relatives booked Umrah trip with arafar and and go just before 2 days.its a very bad experience dealing with him. Paid him.advance payment given him and for remaining amount when he demand ask him to wait till monday (2 days) due to public holiday from friday to sunday. He spoke too rudely with Bad words. Arrogant and bad mannered ppl running the agency. And says that abhi ke abhi chekout Kara do. Hum log aise hi logo ko zalil karte hai. Me sab ko dekh Lunga. And Much more. Now I suggest to my relatives that you just leave his group and join with any other group whichever is available. We will adjust the payment till the period of what you spent with his group remaining will get refund.

Food was really good. The best thing was they provided food packages in transit also. What an amazing spiritual experience visiting Al Makkah for my first Umrah with Classic Tours. The experience started with my first introductory phone call to the owner Mr. Arfat & then the they managed everything from hotel bookings, flight booking etc.
The Classic team on ground in Al Makkah managed everything from airport pickup at Jeddah airport and assigning hotel rooms in Makkah & Madinah. Brother Tabish also provided some Umrah guidance & tips for the pilgrims incl.help in booking the appointment for Riadh Al Jannah (small area named Rawdah ul-Jannah also Gardens of Paradise, popularly known as the Rawdahtul Riyad ul-Jannah and Rawdah Sharifah (الروضة الشريفة). It extends from prophet Muhammad's tomb to his pulpit (minbar).
The team provided personal care throughout incl.medical attention, free laundry service & ofcourse the best food palatable to every taste.
