Our experience at the Healing Hands Clinic had been just excellent. The ambiance is beautiful and very refreshing and motivating. The team of doctors led by Dr. Ashwin Porwal is an expert team, which did correct diagnosis followed up with the piles operation. All the members of team had been very cooperative and communicated all observations/ procedures at every stage. The most awesome part is that the treatment consists of many proven herbal remedies from our tradition. Overall we are very satisfied.
The treatment here is totally working for long run. I have suffered the pain and weird and unbearable. The place, the doctors the assisting team' all of them are nice and guide you completely, answer your silliest questions as well. Remarkable experience here unlike other places. Healing hands is best place to go with your piles and fistula problem. It's a good and genuine place. Explain complex health problems with ease. I got very Healing vibes from here. I'm recovering very well. The ghee, turmeric and organic jaggery are best reminders for our traditional eating habits. Really they have taken care of each and every small details.

My name is Vijay gaware I work in police dept due to long standing job I developed varicose veins from 2008 but as I am the only one running my house can't really opt for open surgery and sit at home or be hospitalized for 8-10 days what was told to me by 3 other doctors said I will have to undergo open surgery. I have been operated for fistula in traditional methods thrice.extremely painful and recurrence was severe. I visited Dr Ashwin porwal at Healing Hands clinic and got operated here. No recurrence. Surgery was good, felt comfortable after the surgery. Although post surgery pain was something about 7.took pain killers. Now feeling better.
Week-1 update: In summary: all ok, post op pain is in reducing trend. Mild pain killers are enough for me, haven't used the sos pain killers till now. Stiz bath in warm water is highly useful & reduces pain quickly.
Surgery was done pretty well but other facilities are just ok. Only 1 lift for all makes it very difficult. Even patients coming out of surgery have to wait for same lift. Atleast 2 hours wait time in follow-up visits despite prior appointments. Rooms on second floor are good but rooms on third floor had fungus.
Overall experience was good. Surgery done well. We had face some issues in mediclaim but Dr. Amrin madam help us thanks to her. Room facility and food service is great. Highly recommended.
DR ASHWIN PORWAL is the best doctor i have ever seen but it was Very bad experience today my mom had surgery 15 days back.and today we went for a follow up.me and my mom waited for 3 hours.but staff was busy taking new patients. My mom was in pain but no one cared. And at last some assitant doctor checked my mom saying us that Dr ashwin is busy.very bad experience.bad management

The experience with the consultation and treatment for LHP has been very smooth and hassle-free. One of the most efficient organizing team and doctors seen within Healing hand clinic.
Extremely unprofessional. From reception to the doctor (Dr. Gandhi) needs some real training in how to interact and treat patients. We were given herd treatment. Everyone seems to be in a hurry (as if they have to catch a flight). The estimate was 3 times of the best hospitals in Pune with no cashless and insurance process option. Total waste of time, effort and money. Please take 2nd opinion before finalizing, I seriously was impressed with the 4.9 rating and thought it deserves a visit but to my surprise the experience was extremely pathetic.

Had a great experience. All the Dr are great. Good services My treatment was fistula operation. Nice. Care taker. Good vibes. Clean and healthy. I go home with no pain. It is excellent and help charity.
I had given 5 star rating on first day of checkup but on the day of operations I found lack in services. Insurance department just look for collection, basic follow-up from medical staff was missing, without intimating me they shifted patient to delux room, after claim settlement they imidiatly asked me to pay 5k and once I paid they again reclaimed that amount without intimating to me to mediclaim department.
Good hospital nice helpful staff My uncle Shivaji Nirmal had severe Fistula issue. We in our place do very much treatments. But most of them failed. Finally came to Pune after one family member tell. I was suffering from constipation from last 2 years and i got an opinion to visit healing hands clinic. And firstly i was adviced to take medicine for one month and after the medications taken. I have decided to get operatedbin healing hands clinic and dr ashwin porwal and dr paresh gandhi. Both are very friendly and they advised me all about surgery very vell i am totally satisfied and i got my surgery done today but i today but i am felling like everything is ok and i am free for constipation.
My overall experience in the clinic is worst. Dr have no value of others time, it's there policy that they gather all patients, as the new patient think it's very famous by watching such crowd. And I want to tell you he just wants to do surgery of each and every patient. I have first time seen in any OPD who first take you to insurance cabin, to discuss about your mediclaim. They make up your mind for surgery and tell you, you will get reimbursed from insurance companies. Very commercial doctor I ever seen Just want to do sugery of his patients just for money only doing malpractice n nothing. I will never recommend any one to even consult with this doctor. My wife has some serious complications after her surgery, which he didn't understand the cause.but we trust on him lot of times but he only harassed my wife in his procedure room. She bare everything beyond her capacity in his clinic. In your reply you have accepted that you have advised surgery to my wife. She have some medication infections after surgery, which was accepted by you very late. When she has come for check up, you have created that unbearable pains and abnormalities in my wife, we have then admitted in another hospital.after that you have send your doctor at another hospital. I have consulted with many physicians, gynic n proctologist. She have lot of complaints after her sugery from day one, but you n your team didn’t listened at a single time n only one sentence you always taught us that you are the best as like god. If you hide my msg this time I will again post a review about you with my more new number. I have already courier you her prescription that she have come to you 7 times in 40 days after surgery for your records. We were for not got relief that’s why we have not come to you after 40 days. If any patient gets relief only then he will come, otherwise they don’t waste their time money n not spoil their health.
Great Service by doctors and staff. Dr. Shah gives very good treatment and he is very helpfull too and they are always available for quick help. After surgery i had lot of pain for 2 weeks and then it took 2 months to recover and am feeling great now. Thank you Dr.pooja for giving me good Guidence regarding to the problem.
