Doctors, nurses and other support staff taking care of the patient are really very knowledgable, kind and helpful. But the administrative staff like admission, billing, TPA desk etc.need to improve alot hence only 4 stars instead of 5.

Absolutely mismanaged. Having 2 receptionists at the desk they still tend to 1 query which is sheer stupidity. After waiting for 15 minutes neither of them have full information when it comes to a X-ray done. Waste of time.
