Dr Sumeeta Padgaonkar was extremely helpful during my consultation at the clinic. She was very reassuring and patiently explained everything.
Having complete faith in the doctor, we were much relieved when Dr Padgaonkar promptly made a home visit with her staff to attend to my ailing mother. We were very anxious but felt at ease thanks to the doctor's effective consultation. Our minds were put to rest.

Hi Today I went to Health spring mulund for stress test at 10.30 AM. Available doctor was talking rudely to me. There was a bit of confusion between CST and TMT, So I just want to know difference and had few queries around the same.and he almost scold me that get TMT on the prescription.whereas I was enquiring difference between CST and TMT.he started yelling at me. It felt like I am his slave or punching bag. Are all your doctors feel patients as their punching bags? On top of that he did neither provide apology nor felt like one. I am not sure if this is the way you talk to heart patient?
I have been interacting with Dr. Prathiba Shukla at Healthspring mulund Mumbai for health issues. She takes utmost care with involvement and patient friendly approach. She is prompt to respond to patients doubts and queries which helps to build confidence and TRUST.
I have registered my mom as a member for the last 6 years with this centre. Warmth exudes in their services. I am extremely pleased with the reception services and Admin support provided by Rafiq. As regards consulting, my mom is blessed to have Dr. Pratibha Shukla as her GP. Dr. Pratibha is very good in handling senior citizens, puts them at ease, listens them out and believes in prescribing the minimal medication and providing the much needed motivation at that age. I am so very glad to write this review on Healthspring @ Mulund West. I took my RT-PCR test at this clinic. The nurse visited us at the said time and took the samples. Mr. Rafiq from the clinic was very professional, kind and provided the absolute customer service. He personally made sure that I get the result before my onward travel. Very impressive and truly customer oriented. The price charged by the clinic was very reasonable and genuine. I see other hospitals and clinics charging exorbitant charges for the same test, but this clinic is very ethical, at least to my experience. Cheers to Mr. Rafiq and Healthspring Mulund West!
Recently I got full body check-up with Silver package. I thought Healthspring is a great brand. But I was totally disappointed with the service at Mulund center. Not sure if similar service you experience at other branches. Only good experience I had is about ordering Body check-up package from their Website and getting call back next day. Following are some of the bad experiences 1. Ambience and Size of the center is not so pleasant. Its very dull branch 2. People little struggled with using Weighing and BMI machine. Quality of machines was very basic. You will find better quality in some of the gyms 3. Reports were not accurate. My doctor asked me to get Thyroid test again. Values received in report were illogical and incorrect 4. Consulting doctor was good. But after one followup she gave up on consulting. Didn't receive call back from here 5. They provide printed copies of reports only one request. Guy at reception told we have bunch of prints lying with us and cost of shredding them is higher. 6. They dont have their own labs. All samples go out.
Conclusion - I won't recommend to consider this place for any body check-up or consulting. Even small pathology labs are much better than them.
Amazing experience at Healthspring Mulund. The whole team is awesome. Dr. Deepasha Rajpurkar is really a gem of a person. She was so calm and listened to my complaints patiently during the consultation. Also, the rest of the staff was very supportive including Mr. Rafique.

I have visited this place for my free health check up via Insurance company. I found all the staff members extremely professional, very welcoming and friendly.
I would especially want to quote Dr. Sayali, the dentist from whom I took dental treatments. I appreciate her efforts in making patient comfortable by giving proper pre treatment brief, taking feedback during the to treatment and explaining post treatment protocols. In future will prefer to take dental treatment from her and would like to recommend others also Keep doing good work
Fasting Sample taken at 9: 45 AM which needs to be improved so that it can be taken as early as possible Report for my spouse shared on Healthspring portal but for me it has not been shared despite of samples collected at same center and at same time. Needs improvement in overall service for Healthspring portal and backend team to share reports.
Wanted to rate as zero pathetic center very cramped with no proper waiting space or facilities or trained staff. Went there once for annual health check up, have been avoiding it since then even though this is the nearest center to my place. Complete waste of time and money.
Very pathetic service staff is not all responding. We need to call then 10 times for follow up and then they say they will follow up but it's been full 1day no one bother to contact.highly unprofessional
I was facing a problem while sitting, walking and cycling. Listening to my mother’s advice, I consulted physiotherapist Komal Gaikwad at this clinic for physio treatment. Now I am perfectly flexible in doing such activities. To maintain the best fitness and combat health issues, consulting this clinic is a good option.
Excellent services an very very superb care and attention given to each individual. Bit time consuming but over all experience is you feel attend and some one is caring for you.
My grandfather is growing old and is reducing balance for a walk. Thus I consulted the Healthspring Physiotherapy clinic for some physiotherapy treatment. Now he has revived his energy to walk.
Pathetic service and management. Firstly, not all tests are done here. They have a tie-up with even more worse Diagnostic center, which keeps you waiting because of a communication gap between HealthSpring and their partner lab. Secondly, their comprehensive health check-up packages are higher than the hospital, despite the fact that they don’t conduct all the tests in the same clinic. Thirdly, they are active in communication till the time they want packages to be availed by the customer. Once done, they are disconnected. The patient has to continuously follow-up for appointment that they have to arrange with partner lab. At least, other hospitals offer breakfast and lunch. That service is not offered by HealthSpring (despite charging higher), the patient simply has to wait. The clinic is way smaller and crammed. Definitely a big No-No, think twice or even thrice before even thinking of enquiring with HealthSpring. My reviews are based on the very recent experience with HealthSpring (Opp Johnson & Johnson), Mulund (West). A complete waste of time, patience and money. Bogus! They should be rated negative.
Very unorganized set up. It took us 2 days to complete our health check ups. (normal corporate health check). TMT machine is a big concern. They only have one TMT machine.
