It was a wonderful kashmir trip, from day 1 to last day everything was excellent. Talking about food, it was tasty, delicious. Our tour guide and other staff members were friendly and caring. Overall it's going to be a memorable trip for us for years

There should have been sight seeing (visit to Kargil war memorial) included in your package @ Sonmarg also. We paid for 2 days and you provided just stay and food.

Pathetic experience for whole tour to Asam - Meghalaya. Arrangements were pathetic. Hotels are closed f third class category. Basic facility like hot water is not made available by hotel. Needed to carry hot water bucket by own. Overall travel arrangement was totally unorganised. Committed food of own maharaj but hardly we have got home style cooked food. Its all outside food mainly.

On our trip to Kashmir, we had a great time traveling with Heena Tours and Travels and Dineshbhai, the tour manager. The service, food, and organization of the tour were all excellent. We did not have to worry about anything because Dineshbhai was so friendly and energetic that we could just enjoy the journey. He also assisted us in arranging transportation to locations not included in the itinerary.

Best Experience, Quality food with lots of variety, Supportive and friendly staff and tour guide. Kerela and sikkim tour i done with heena tours last year and will pray this tour relationship with heena will continue for world trip

The tour was astonishingly way past my expectations and we were delivered a smooth and subtle trip with lots of fun and enjoyment
Summarizing things up, the food, the transport, travel and overall all amenities provided by Veena was really convenient. Boredom wouldn't linger around you as you get to meet more people for the same tour, make new friends and interact with the tour Co- ordinators.

Heena tour service is good and Manager Bharatbhai is very good person and food is very good and all staff also good

U have to be behind them everytime as they are doing some favour on you so please avoid this tour

We took 3 times Heena tour. Last tour was JK-5 tour. After this tour, we will never take Heena tour in the future. They provided 12 passengers bus which was equivalent to Khatara. Seats were not comfortable, no AC or heating, even fan did not work. It was not possible for us to get up or down. The hotel in Patnitop and Pahalgam was without heat and loosing electricity every 15 minutes. The hotel in Patnitop had rooms two stairs up. Both day there we have to go up and down four times. This was miserable for senior like us. This was worst tour provided by Heena. They promised us that everything will be NRI standard. But hotel were only 2 stars. No more Heena tour for us.

We took Assam-meghalay-arunachal tour with heena in may 2022. It was our worst experience after having 13 tours with heena. Hotel, food and manager (3 most important) were not satisfactory although there were better hotels and good food available in the area. The manager was least bothered and was stingy in spending and was arrogant. We contacted Jeetu Shah (owner) but he did not lift the call nor responded to whatsapp message.
Consider this as suggestion as now Heena is really downgrading itself tour-by-tour.

Me along with two other friends went to Do dham yatra by Heena travels fron August 31,2022 to September 7,2022. We were three females travelling alone for this trip. Heena made it an amazing and memorable experience by extending full support in terms of hotel bookings, cab bookings, food n all other facilities. The tour was organised so nicely that we enjoyed every bit of it. Whichever hotels were booked, they were so neat n clean. Food provided was so good n healthy. We did not face any health problem during our entire journey. Being an all women trip, our safety was also taken care of. The sales executive Ms. Vimala Sumra explained us about the tour in detail. She explained very thoroughly all the do's and dont's about the whole tour. She was also helpful in co ordinating with the sector manager. The sector manager Prakashbhai Rana helped us and guided us throughout the journey whenever needed. He was always available on call and very supportive. The cab driver Manoj was also an experienced and well mannerred. We had very good darshan at both Kedarnath and Badrinath. Overall it was an amazing experience with Heena travels. I recommend everyone to take their amazing tour service. Thank you Heena tours and travels for giving us one of the best memorable trip.

My parents are on the kashmir tour currently. They are senior citizens and Jains. We send them through Heena trusting their food and services. First three days went very well. And since yesterday they are not providing any Jain food. They are actually starving. The manager says they have no control. The office and the agent we booked through Miss Vimla to be precise isn’t responding the phone and messages. Basically they fool you. So they tell you that in hotels they don’t get kitchen food will be an issue but they don’t say that this problem will be for 5 days in a 7 days tour. Be ware of their fake promises before you pay.

Was amazing to complete the my switzerland tour with heena tours.undoubtedly at ground level Mr bhavin our tour manager had managed the tour smoothly. Must say a gentelman with good experience.
And not to forget Mr Krishna & kishan our tour cook who dint let us miss Indian food with new dish on our table ever day.

Kashmir tour is the worst and because of the tour guide javed bhai. If you are getting a tour guide named javed then pls cancel the tour or ask them to change the tour guide.our whole tour was devastated. JK 1. A grp tour then also it had the worst service the foodd menu was getting repeated there was no proper response even from heena tours themselves and instead they were giving rude answers. #kashmir

Very courteous and friendly. Have travelled to Kashmir with them and it has been the most memorable journey with them. So m travelling to Leh Ladakh with them this time. Superb iteniary given. Terrible experience.
My parents and relatives had been to the kashmir trip in an upgraded package with heena tours and travels. In gulmarg they made them stay in Grand Mumtaz hotel which was pathetic
To start off with the rooms were very very bad.bedsheets not changed.bathrooms very dirty.the heater had short circuits.tables and furniture chirped off.
The tour manager Narendar Bhai had no idea about all this and when he got to know about this he took no action what so ever.the Food was stale all the way.roti's not cooked properly.the cook only shows attitude and in a journey from Pahalgau to Gulmarg not even once they stopped for tea or snack.in a journey of 8 hrs.pathetic service.
Before this Trip i myself used to recommend heena tours to my family and friends.but after this wonderful (sarcasm) experience I'm sure I'll find alternatives.and imagine we got all this after taking an upgrade in the room and for a trip of 8 days they take 1.5 lakh plus per couple.

Had booked uttarakhand tour from 6th to 15th may 2022 had worst experience.
WASTE OF MONEY

FOOD
Very sub standard food, 80 % of the PPL in tour got stomach infections, motions and vomitting. Heena was famous for food n masala milk. Both of them was worst in the whole tour, bad time management. We use to sit on table for 15 min to get rotis which were so thick that my daughter even stopped eating. Maharaj was not even able to make simple chai good

SIDE SEEING
None of the hotels that were given were good enough plus defficiency of staff, bad management of time. 2-3 spots were missed due to lack of time.

BUSES
Buses were of bad quality plus ac was not good enough to keep cool, fans were hurting. Some days were so hectic that we never felt that we have gone on vacation. Bad management by Heena. Very dissatisfied.

Will think thrice before booking a tour with Heena was at loss for paying advance money 2 years back.

Heena tours, this was not expected

Heena tours and travels is a good travel company but never picks up phone and doesn’t have a source where we can connect them easily, it’s been days, since I am trying to connect Heena tours but no one is ready to assist, even if someone picks up phone they don’t have a proper way of guidance, Heena tours was good years ago but now there is no responsibility towards their customers! I hope this throws light on the head of department.

Its a tour opretor.and v r going to dargling through them only.slightly more costlier than other tour opretor.v select coz of veg food serve by them from there kitchen.lets hope v enjoy the tour

No feed back on enquiey made, call 3-4 times in the office for tour each time some diffrent person picks up phone and each time they responds by telling our consern person will call u and tell you details of tour, but no body calls back, so guys be carefull before i was wondering guys dont waste time of others atleast

They All are Lier person. इधर से दिखाते कुछ है और उधर जाके देखते है तो कुछ और ही मिलता है। और कपल टूर बोलते है और वह पे सब seniorcitizens निकलते है । होटेल के रूम भी छोटे छोटे होते है और टूर पे आए हुए लोगों में जो उनके रिस्तेदार होते है उनको बड़े बड़े रूम देते है, सबके पास से एक जैसे पैसे लिए है तो सबको एक जैसा रूम दो Customer के साथ अन्याय मत करो गलती से भी मत जाना Heena में, और उनका एक मैनेजर है ईश्वरसिंह करके उसने मेरे साथ बहोत बुरा बर्ताव किया था, उसको ज़रा भी बोलने की तमीज़ नहीं है ।Thirdclass travels company in India.

Very Bad Experience in this travels company.

Disgusting service. I recommend NOT to avail services of this tours at any cost, especially for customized tours. It's not the same it used to be. The staff working there aren't aware of anything & customer service is pathetic to say the least. My NZ trip got spoiled because of them. You need to call hundreds of times for getting the work done and they are least interested.
And the worst thing is the owner too is not really much concerned about their customers. After raising my problems across the owner, I hardly got any proper response from her too. Just shows the way things work in that company.
After such a bad experience, I won't recommend this to anyone.

Very very very poor service, Abhi khali nam he, out of India to bilkul juth, Diwali me Bhutan sabse kharab Anubhav, complain kiya to itna rough jawab, Highway pe hoti he vesi hotel me rakha, vahase 1 our drive karake lunch dinner karne janeka, koi varieties nahi, 100 % juth.
Better plan your self is more worth

Unprofessional service and you're probably better off with any other tour operator. Mr. Santosh Ambati from customer service is pretty much good-for-nothing.

One of the worst tour providers I've come across. The service they provide is ridiculous. They take whole lot of time to prepare a itinerary and there is no follow up from their side. In the trip which i took, they changed the hotels at the last minute and the quality of rooms provided were disgusting. Any grievance raised by me was unaddressed. The owner who manages foreign tours, Mrs Foram, is least interested and doesnt care about the problems raised by its customers. A day before our trip, I had to come and visit its office and literally beg to provide us with the vouchers for the trips and clear many points which were still pending as on the last day. Considering all this, the trip was also spoilt. I had to make calls from the foreign country as I had faced booking issues at various hotels. One of the hotels turned out to be Non AC and the same was not conveyed to us before booking. Their owner still didnt care about this as she had already received the money from us.
Overall a disgusting experience. Would have been better off if we had done the bookings ourself. I recommend not to opt for this tours and travels at any cost.

Huge shopping mall in Kurla west with paid parking. Nice environment, all types of brands available. Snow world available for kids and others. Lot of selfy points inside.must visit.

They are the kings in tours and travels. They charge you a bomb but then make it worth in terms of food, hotels, vehicles and services.

Called 4 times but didn't got response from concerned person. Just take the number on reception and say will call u back but no response. Mailed them details but no revert. No value of customer. Poor service

Review on Andaman Trip: -
This is the 3rd time we travelled with Heena tours but sorry to say Heena is not able to maintain their Standard for which they are known for.the 1st Hotel which we were asked to stay in was not meeting our expectations.the rooms were very small and nonhygiene.another issue with the hotel was limited WiFi i.e. Only 100mb per day & after that chargeble for every 50mb.wifi password mango to aisa lagta tha Jaan mang rahe Hain.food was Good as our Guide Mr. Manoj Gupta was multitalented. Maharaj bhi wahin aur tour manager bhi wahin. @heena- itna cost cutting bhi acha nahi.u guys will make me think twice if I plan to schedule my holiday package with Heena again for the 4th time.

Henna Tours conducts very good tours, whether domestic or international, all of them are excellent. You will definitely enjoy their tours. Food is purely vegetarian.

Good but expensive.others are catching up with similar business model.pricing has to get competitive.

We 4 couple all from a Jain gujrati family all are senior citizens went to Ooty kodiakenal tour for 5 nights 6 days in Heena tours.my 2 brothers had a very high opinion about Heena's food but when we reached at Ooty the food was the worst no spread, no taste and as if we are eating at some Ashram. They accommodated us in 3 star hotel n food were served at some godown type hall n tht too they bought food in tiffin that shows that food they did not cooked at hotel but some other place.once they served lunch at one of temple
open compound tht too cooked in the morning 5 am n served at 2.30 pm as if we are the beggers. The compound was filthy and stinking and toilets condition were the worst than the muncipal toilets We never expected that this type of service and food from Heena. Its not money's worth at all.i highly recommend tht don't go with Heena tours any where.

Very poor service and commitment issues. Food quality was horrible. Not happy with any stay provided as it was not as per promise or good standards. No qualified tour manager provided. All in all would not recommend you to travel throught these people.

Highly motivated staff, great pricing, their food on tours is the highlight, we dont miss home. Have been regularly travelling with them for almost 15 years now

My Mother & Father Travelling to Europe with heena on 11th May, 2019, they do not give the proper breakfast & Lunch food which they have committed. They even do not provide some snacks with Afternoon tea & coffee.
Also not providing travel snacks in terms of food packets during 6 to 7 bus journey because they said you make bus very dirty. Is this way to answer elder people to it?
This is worst ever experience with heena

Very bad experience of Char dham Yatra - VIP tour. There was not even one person from Heena Tours present during our entire 6 day tour. We were at the mercy of local handlers of some other company with whom Heena had tie ups. Hardly felt like a premium tour after spending close to 2 lacs per person!
Also would like to mention about your 'agent' Surya Chauhan who was extremely unprofessional. He manipulated our hotel bookings and never picked up our calls.
Also the Heena staff is not far behind in being unresponsive. Even Public sector companies have better staff.
Overall a pathetic experience!

Hi I m hetal shah I was very reluctant to book our chardham yatra with heena due to previous experiences of my relatives and my 80years old mother was traveling with us but I was so happy that we went along with heena our yatra was so comfortable and they took very good care of all of us tour manager prakash Singh and umesh were so helpful. Food was excellent staff was very helpful. No regrets what so ever. Just little suggestions, hotel of Badrinath was not up to heena standard and hotel staff was very rude, agrasive violent. So please look in to this matter. Thanks

Used to be one of the top tour operators, however now it is a 3rd grade tour operator. Went to Sikkim through Heena tours. Took money for A group hotels and gave us rooms in a B group hotel while people who had paid for B group were given A group hotels all at the discretion of the Tour Manager - Prakash Jat. Paid for 3 people and gave us room which cannot accommodate 3 people. You will also see tour managers at the loction i.e Sikkim fighting that this is my customer and this is your customer. You have doubts whether it is Heena tours or whether they have sub contracted. The most horrible experience

Currently on Heena's Coorg trip experiencing the worst time.
They are not even getting the things done they promised to.

Based on good experience of their Kashmir tour last October, we joined their tour of Leh and Ladakh in July. This tour proved to be quite ordinary compared to our experience of Kashmir tour. The upgraded hotel in Leh was quite ordinary. Food was not up to the standards of Heena. Attitude and willingness to serve was completely lacking. We were provided with a small vehicle which was good because we could leave on time for tour. But due to this, we were left to the knowledge and the mercy of the driver and were deprived the services of the experienced tour manager cum guide. Most shocking part was non availability of the Heena cook and kitchen at Nubra and Pangong. Before we started from Leh, we did check with the available person about this and we were confidently assured that on all days food will be prepared and served by Heena cook and their kitchen. All the queries asked on weather were answered in vague. Did not enjoy at all.

Visited leh ladakh with heena tours. Services provided by them were really great. Also, tour manager Mr. Jawahar Bhai was extremely helpful.

Recently we had gone to Singapore Bangkok & pattaya, the over all trip was bad experience.
Food was worst! In bangkok served veg.food in local non veg.restaurant.
The hotel which they privide doesn't any class very small room.

We had been to HP tour last week. The food provided at Amritsar was not up to the mark of HEENA. Few items were repeated on our return to Amritsar.

3rd floor opposite Jain temple vile parle west nearing to railway station. Parking is available on road following odd even dates follow the signages mounted by Rto. Number one Tour operators domestic as well as international packages. Even they do fit And customised packages also. Sales staff are very polite And knowledgeable. 100% pure vegetarian And Jain food package Tour operators, including pilgrimage tours. They work out your air tickets as well as visa also. Worth travelling with them.may have to pay little higher but you are in the best hands.
