Pathetic service. They commit for a particular room and push u to a premium room at 12K per person. Stay away from such fraudster travel agency. Will write to Gujarat tourism to blacklist such fraudsters.

Darjeeling-Gangtok Tour:
If there would have been an option of giving 0 stars i would have selected that.
Our tour manager Pushkar Khandelwal, was highly arrogant and would just run away when an inconvenience arised. Very unprofessional behaviour. Even after discussing the same issue multiple times, no change was brought about.

Even on the last day while returning, our tour operator Kannu Bhai alloted us with a Tata Sumo (for 7 adults and luggage) which had side seats, broken speedometer, torn seats and locks in extremely bad condition and upon that the driver was drunk and cussed on multiple occasions. The driver also asked for money from us since he was not fully paid by Heena.
He gave us no guarantee that we would make it to the airport on time.
They treated us like pushovers and It felt like they just wanted to get rid of us and not really care the entire trip since all the money was already paid.

Pathetic vehicle transportation provided
All in all DO NOT waste your valuable money and spoil your vacation with Heena tours.
It was more mental torture than relaxing because of them.

*Hospitality*
1. Heena Tours co-ordinators were not even courteous to attend their guests on the airport
2. We reached hotel by 12pm but were given rooms by 3pm (we were already informed about this) Atleast Mr.mukesh should have guide us, what all things we can cover in 3 hours. Sheer waste of time and money.
3. Our early arrival was not pre-informed nor any lunch provisions were made for us. We had to call Mr. Mukesh multiple times for the same

*Food*
1. Absolutely stupid choice of food items set in the menu by Heena Mumbai office
2. The hotel chosen by Heena Officials - Balaji Bhavan is very congested, suffocating and garbage plastic was kept nearby food, more over it was Buffet, which means after walking all day long, You can't even eat food in peace. We asked the waiter to clean the floor for about 4 times, after 20 mins he wiped the floor, photos of balaji bhavan is attached here. #unhygienic restaurant
3.1st Day in lunch they gave us South Indian and in dinner Sev Tomato sabji which had a soup running consistency, Baigan bharta which did not had baigan in it
Cos of which we finally had to set the menu for the rest of the days ourselves.
4. The timing of the dinner was given 8.30 one day and it was delayed by 2 hours so we completed our dinner at 11.30
5. No proper arrangements done for us to wait, we were standing outside hotel for 1.5 hours.
6. While booking Heena, they had told us that they would provide chapati. But horribly failed to do so
7. Food was not warm, It literally felt like they just want to complete our food slot and get rid of us

*Overall*
1. The tour manager was not at all apt for the position he was on. Mr. Mukesh was not very comfortable speaking in English, not very responsive towards the guests requests and did not had any hold on to the things
2. No proper information was passed on cos of which we could not do multiple things, The day dinner got late we were to go for shopping but as we were waiting for 1.5 hours that got dropped.

3. Mr. Mukesh could not accommodate our request of giving all the rooms on one floor. Which we eventually had to do there
4. Mr. Mukesh could not communicate our grievances to the higher officials and take proper action for it. He had one patent dialogue. "Main mumbai office mein bata dunga, baaki unka decision"
5. Nobody informed us about SG (SINGAPORE) Arrival Card that would be needed for getting down from Cruise and before boarding the flight from Nagpur. We were informed about it last moment by the airport and cruise officials and when we asked Mr. Bhavin to fill the form (for cruise) he said i will not do it, and it took us 2 hours to complete it, because of which we could not do the breakfast and other activities which we had planned for that day
6. No information about the cruise was given, it should have been mentioned in the itinerary - The place where we need to go for food, what should be done etc no guidance
7. Heena co-ordinators knew beforehand that we are a family of 10, But still in both singapore and cruise we were given rooms at 2 different floors.

We planned this trip to enjoy and relax but because of such bad hospitality we all were mentally disturbed!

After taking 13 tours, we will have to think thrice for going in next tour with heena. Heena quality, service and food in not upto the current general standards.
Customer standards is upgrading but heena is downgrading. Even the owner is least interested in hearing any suggestions/complaints

Went for a Kashmir Trip. Worst tour operator ever. DO NOT TAKE PREMIUM PLAN. As it is worse than the lower grade plans. Management does not care at all. Once you have paid, no support from Mumbai staff. The transportation is pathetic quality cheap vehicles. You have to run around from one hotel to other for food (especially premium category as number of people are less so thay dont provide food in same hotel). THE ROOMS BLOCKED BY HEENA ARE SUB PAR. Better plan your own itenary. Completely useless guides of Kashmir. Don't waste your money and increase your blood pressure on trip. Rather plan yourself.

Worst experience ever.my family had travelled in the kashmir trip organized by the great Heena Tours and Travels.pathetic is not the word for the service they provided. Tour manager Narendar Bhai is always in his own world.not bothered about the problems or hindrances of the guests.as you can see in the photos this is the room condition in hotel Grand Mumtaz, Gulmarg.this is after we have taken the premium upgraded service.the food qulaity was poor.roti not cooked, rice not boiled.staff is arrogant.the tour guide and bus driver is never on time.and they make us travel for 7-8 hrs in one stretch without stoppage and without providing tea or snacks.never recommending to any of my family or friends.

Terrible experience.
My parents and relatives had been to the kashmir trip in an upgraded package with heena tours and travels. In gulmarg they made them stay in Grand Mumtaz hotel which was pathetic
To start off with the rooms were very very bad.bedsheets not changed.bathrooms very dirty.the heater had short circuits.tables and furniture chirped off.
The tour manager Narendar Bhai had no idea about all this and when he got to know about this he took no action what so ever.the Food was stale all the way.roti's not cooked properly.the cook only shows attitude and in a journey from Pahalgau to Gulmarg not even once they stopped for tea or snack.in a journey of 8 hrs.pathetic service.
Before this Trip i myself used to recommend heena tours to my family and friends.but after this wonderful (sarcasm) experience I'm sure I'll find alternatives.and imagine we got all this after taking an upgrade in the room and for a trip of 8 days they take 1.5 lakh plus per couple.

A very reputed name in tours n travels. They are in this business from very long time. Good n polite staff. Give very good details for your quarries. Do visit once before planning any tour. You can also visit their website for details.

Visited two years back.horrible staff doesn't bother to reply any query. No time management for service. No star from my side. They usually seen on their cell phones or playing music. No star at all.
