Good Response and Service from Reception and Room Service. Good location and better Breakfast also.

Service is very slow
I need to ask them 3 times to get anything to the room.
Cockroaches present and mosquitoes too.
The bathroom is very basic, so is the bed
Should definitely work on improving the rooms and service
Bed for a single person/studio is very small
There are worms crawling In the reception lobby mostly due a certain tree present in the complex or vicinity
For the price it's just fine

Rooms are small in size. Service is good and location is very close to Belapur CBD railway station.

The staff of the hotel doesn't like to resolve the queries, there is a SHOWPIECE called TV in my room whose setup box is not recharged.
It has been more than 24 hours since I requested the reception to have it recharged but it has not been done yet.
And if nothing is broadcasting in a Television then what is the use of having it in a room?

Stay is good and comfortable rooms are clean and tidy food quality is good staff very cooperative

I stayed at Heritage Dakshin from 23rd May to June 01 2022, the booking was done through Agoda.com. Everythimg was easy, on 23 I went and informed about the booking and rest all was taken care of. They stay was hassle freefot a business customer like me with very courteous staff and ever ready to help Management. The food prices are also reasonable, overall a good place your needs.

I am very happy with breakfast it was superb. Very polite in talking, helping nature staff and available just on call. Staff behaviour is also good. They talk very nicely and always there is smile on
their face.

Rooms were clean and spacious and they serve for breakfast, they sustain the good quality, taste of food.
Keep up the good work.

Food taste is good.the reception staff are very polite and customer friendly.the cleanliness of the room and toilet is up to the market. Guest along with family solo travellers can prefer for a stay.

Worst Service. Fraud staff.avoid booking this hotel.never give advance payment to this hotel.after payment they have denied my booking and did not provide me any booking confirmation.big fraud.

The rooms are very comfortable the service is quick. Housekeeping boy is very eager to help. And no doubt food is also tasty and healthy. I highly recommend And thank you everyone for the good stay.

Very comfortable stay. I found this much better than some of the adjacent. Almost all the facilities that you would want are available here. Check-in was very smooth. Very professional staff, excellent service!

Terrible reception staff, doesn't have manners to talk, says that if you book urgently through online then you will have to pay 1500 else if you come directly at the hotel then you will have to pay 3500. The guy isn't polite at all.

Deluxe room is neat and cleaned everyday. AC room with TV and electric kettle but no fridge is available. Complimentary breakfast is very good and menu changes everyday. Rates are reasonable and main thing is it's very close to bars, restuarants and training institutes. Recommended for families or people attending courses in nearby institutes.

Hotel Heritage Dakshin is one of the best hotels in CBD BELAPUR AND MUMBAI. I have had a very good experience at this hotel for the following reasons especially for the International community:

1. The Manager Mr Charles is very nice, accommodating and communicates effectively in English.

2. The hotel rooms are always kept clean and disinfected everyday by very dedicated staff who will not even demand for tips as with some other places.

3. It is a very budget friendly hotel.

4. They offer complementary breakfasts buffet which comes in varieties.

5. The staff are very polite, friendly and accommodating.

I will recommend this hotel for everyone both locals and International.

Rooms are very good, services and staff is also very good. You can stay over here. But the only thing is if you are travelling through bike then parking is not available for your bike. Rest all very good. Special thanks to Mr. Ashok.

Its a good hotel to stay. It provides free wifi. But some times wifi doesn't work even we sign in with the correct password. So pls fix this issue. But rooms are enough for 3 to 4 people food is good here. So i gave it 4 stars

Worst hospitality or unmannered behaviour of Manger (charleston Gracias) and one of Reception staff (Ashok). Except these two all staff are well mannered and very co-operative with supportive nature.
If you have to stay for long time its totally waste of money
1. Poor wifi connectivity
2. Drink water is also of not good quality.
3. They have window AC which is not properly cooling and black dust is also present on ac which sometimes come out.
4. Regarding breakfast you will have common fruit every day Papya and watermelon from which you will get bored of eating everyday.
5. No proper dinning table is available at room
6. There is no proper ventilation of bathroom.

Good amenities with easy access to offices nearby. Has good food options served to room. Polite and helpful staff. Overall a very good experience.

The hotel is good to stay as room are good and breakfast is nice and you will get different menu every morning over a week, the room service is good, management is good and nice, rooms are clean and they do regular cleaning and all, even they change bedsheet, blanket covers and towel everyday, only thing which is missing is the menu is expensive compare to the standard and laundry service is little slow as it take sometimes two days to return your clothes

Bathroom: Well-maintained, comprises basic toiletries.
Breakfast: Diversely delicious.

This one of the best Hotel in Cbd Belapur Navi Mumbai at affordable prices. Food is good and provide complementary breakfast also. Sometimes this hotel offers bufe at dinner time on affordable price of 200. Rooms are situated on the 4th floor. Behavior of staffs are good.

The hotel is located in the prime location. There was a smooth check in when entered into the hotel. All the Covid measures were taken care of. The staff was very polite and friendly. If you want a little break from you day to day life you must surely visit this place once. The rooms are clean and tidy. You get a balcony inside the room which adds more beauty to the room. You can enjoy your evening tea with your friend or partner sitting in the balcony and enjoying the view. Staying in this hotel was a wonderful experience. Hope I visit this place soon again. A good place to stay for an official visit. The staff is polite. The service is good. The rooms are compact. Clean bathrooms.

We had booked this entire hotel for marriage purpose and arranged stay for my guests here. They have very cooperative staff with very nice service. Rooms are cleaned and well maintained. Location is great as it is just walking distance from CBD Belapur station. Special thanks to the manager Mr. Charles for all the arrangements.

Nice place to stay comfortably. Only problem is with check in and check out time. All long rout trains entries in mumbai at morning hours. I entire in the hotel atv8 am, hotel charged 1000/- from me for early check in. Rs 1500/- for check out at 6pm.

It's a decent hotel for the price, the rooms are okay but most of them are smoking rooms which gives it an edge over Oyo.

DON'T BOOK! Worst experience.don't ever book this hotel.they don't care for their customers and only care for the hotel policy.not at all customer centric.they don't listen to customers after they get their money.

I went thrice in a week, the whole menu is not available for the whole week.so I would suggest not to go here for long stays. It thought it was expansive because. I don't know I didn't like the vibes of the place.

Very good hotel and expensive. The staff are good. I booked through OYO, availed some discount. Unlimited Complementary breakfast is served.

Good neat hotel, couple friendly hotel at a decent price in good location near to CBD belapur station

Management is ok, as we were students, when we logged in, at around 12 am in night, we were told for ac room, its 1200, but, the very next when we wer leaving for some work, then asked for advance saying that 1200 is only for 12 hrs.so beware.you can be easily cheated if you are from other areas

Too Pricey for the condition of the hotel. Lift is pathetic. Okay to stay for a day or two, as it's near the CBD station.
