Worst ever experience at the Pavillion Mall outlet. I was assured a replacement bag in 7 days. It’s been over 20 days I’ve not received any calls/updates from the store. Moreover when I’m trying to call the store/ sales person MR Subhabeep; he refuses to answer to my calls, no call backs and not even a basic courtesy to message.
Guys pls re think for your visit at this store.

I have purchased a leather belt in Feb 2021. After using 6 months it gets damaged, I had contacted to store near my home and they just glued the belt and give back to me. Now again, the belt is damaged. It’s very disappointing that the branch sell expensive belts but the quality is very poor. I will give zero rating. I will never recommend anyone to purchase such poor quality products from hidesign in future. Purchase at your own risk.

Super collection of genuine leather with wide range for gents and ladies, including travel accessories. Expensive but worth the buy. The masai collection is real awesome
