Booked 2 standard rooms here for 29.10.23. Overall it's okay Hotel. Pros: - 1. Nearby to Mumbai nashik highway. 2. Rooms & linens are very clean. Cons: - 1. Rooms are quite compact. 2. Service needs lot of improvement specially in eatery area. 3. Food quality needs improvement. For dinner almost every food which was displayed was empty & serving food was taking extra time. Breakfast spread is good but taste is so so. Overall a satisfactory stay if you are looking nearby highway with a family with a peaceful sleep
1) The rooms are neat and clean. 2) Staff Mr Ganesh Maske are extremely understanding of the guest requirements. Well communication are timely fullfill the requirements
It's a nice place to stay and my most preferred location whenever I am there for my official visit in Nashik. The staff here are very good and courteous. Special Mr. Nilesh Bairagi has been very kind and on toes for the room service.
The only drawback over here is that they have only one or two staff to cater to the guests at the Restaurant / Cafe, and whenever there is a rush at the Cafe ther services are lagging behind.
Pros: 1. The hotel is in prime location 2. It's a very decent and a high end looking hotel 3. Food was good
Cons: 1. The rooms are very tiny and it's suffocating (No fan & No windows to open) 2. All rooms are of same size no matter what option you choose (we chose delux supreme) 3. The washroom & Basin are so near to bed

A good, compact, clean business hotel on main Agro mumbai road. Rooms are too small (may be the smallest) but well appointed. Dont expect much service, it's for business travellers Small fitness center, self laundry and ironing facility, small restaurant with limited options. Recommended for business travellers.
Very good. Neat and clean. Things are organised and we'll maintained, which are specific to the requirements. They have cafe here to serve only food! Breakfast menu is not bad.
I had little more expectations from the hotel as they are world renowned chain. Overall great ambiance and services. Entrance is accessible for wheelchair people as well. Little more greenery on the premises would add that extra beautiful touch.
Money was stolen from my bag in the hotel room. I kept some money deep inside my bag beneath all my clothes, in envelopes which were closed, and $12K Rupees was taken from the envelopes. Reported this thief incident to the hotel management who did a cctv check, waited for more than 2 hours and they told me only me and the house-keeping staff/s have entered my room during the period of my stay, which the staff/s have been with working with them for some time hence will not be considered as suspects. In addition, they told me valuables outside the safe that are found missing are not the hotel’s responsibilities. But the facts are people other than myself DID entered my room and my money which I kept BURIED DEEP in my bag (which was also zipped up properly every time I leave my room) went missing, meaning anyone who has taken my money did searched my bag INTENTIONALLY to take it (WITHOUT MY PERMISSION DUH). I took an extra 2 hours to reach out to the police. The hotel management told me if I wish to make a report I have to go to Indira Nagar police station on my own, which my super helpful driver drove me there and helped to communicate as the police weren’t able to converse in English. We were asked to go back to the hotel, two officers arrived and spoke with the hotel management in their language which I wasn’t able to understand. After some time the officers went off (they couldn’t converse in English even though I tried to ask them what is going on) and the hotel management told me the police said if I want to go back to the station to pursue this matter further I would have to “pay money to proceed”, which I ended up not being able to get any form of police statement to document this incident. The hotel staffs and management were friendly, food was okay and room was clean, but someone else who has access to my room has went through my belonging intentionally and taken my money. No matter how good the service was, an act of stealing has happened, in this hotel from an internationally renowned hotel chain. I will not choose to stay here again.
Room size and facilities are excellent as compared to the price of the hotel. Overall a very good hotel for a short stay. One Star less is for the breakfast served which was not at all upto the mark. Food felt like was prepared already and just heated up. Breakfast can improve a lot
Good Hotel. It's off Mumbai Agra road. Conveniently located in Nashik City. Pandava caves are just a few kilometres from here. Also the Botanical gardens of Nashik. Infant Jesus church is a bit far but market is near. Nice restaurants nearby. Hotel food is also good but lacks variety. Dessert options are very minimum. Clean and neat place.
We were looking for an apt base for our Nashik trip and found the answer in Holiday Inn Express Nashik. Quite conveniently located close to the religious site of Nashik, Pandavleni caves and Nashik vineyards, this hotel is a great choice for those who are looking for a reasonably priced hotel with excellent service and high standards. The best part about the service is that it is express so no more waiting and the hotel management and staff are more than ready to accommodate requests from the guests. The food is really good and the service is truly express.
For one night stay in Nashik and to visit around Nashik, this place is perfect accomodation. Breakfast is good but check plates before you take anything. In rooms there are no wardrobes.but hangers are available to hang clothes.no locks for bathroom.no hooks to put or hang clothes in bath. Water closet, door opens outside and it clashes with main door.
Very nice place to stay. We stayed here in Dec 2019 while on business trip. Good thing is, its very close to Nasik highway. The rooms are well equipped with basic amenities. Everyone would be happy to enjoy the variety of food items available for the morning breakfast, which is complimentary. However, I offered a one star less because- 1) faced frequent issues while unlocking the doors with digital key 2) surprisingly, no inside locking system for bathrooms 3) couldn't enjoy the TV as remote was not available. Rest everything is good.
Rooms are very small. Breakfast had options but taste was not good. I suggest Holiday inn Express should think of changing chef. Also, Marathi entertainment channel are not available on DTH box. This hotel is in Nashik, Maharashtra but still doesn't have Marathi channels option
The property is decent however the rooms are so small that it will get claustrophobic beyond a day. Business travellers intending to stay for more than 2 days will find it difficult. The rooms are functional but lack any wardrobe or even cloth hanger in the bathroom. The food though is good and the staff are accommodating.
Everything is great but the service is par excellence. Rooms are very tiny but well designed. Breakfasts are good and their Italian bread is lighter than tastier than anything iv eaten in Italy
Rooms are for only business professional who just want to have one day stay. Service is best. Quality of food is good. Variation for veg food is little less. Gym is some what average. Overall good place to stay.
A typical Holiday Inn Express, small, cosy and functional, a bit outside the main city. Staff is polite and efficient. Breakfast spread is basic, live kitchen quick. The property is under maintenance with frequent short power cuts, lifts sometime giving trouble
This place is just Ok. Because rooms are too much small but they are very clean. The breakfast quality is good but number of items are very less. In my two days stay here, I had to change my room due to air conditioner malfunctioning but the staff was corporative. And the WiFi had good speed. Sk, overall it was just ok experience.
