Room sizes too smaller.they told it is business hotel and there were plenty of people in family group probably on some tour.so it was chaos in breakfast.
Everything is good except the choices of food. Not so much elaborate menu. Pricing is good and location is suitable if you are visiting Industrial locations like Chakan, Bhosri etc. Provides washing and laundry by self without extra charges. Over all value for money. Internet connection is mostly troublesome.
Recently i visit to Holiday inn Hotel. Hotel good and view is so good. Staff is very helpful. Reception staff was very helpful specially sushil is very good to talk and he was very helpful. I feel very good to visit this hotel.

Receptionist told me that my guest is not on their list whereas he had called me from the hotel itself. Dining tables did not have drinking water glasses and even no paper napkins
The hotel is really good for people who wants to stay near to Pimpri-chinchwad/chakan/talegaon. The space offered in rooms is slightly less than other good rated hotel but since this is an express one so I can ignore it. Overall experience was good as the staff was quiet courteous and they were always up for help. Overall 4 stars. One star less since the kitchen wasn't fully functional.
Great budget hotel with all modern amenities. Staffs are very supportive. Nice breakfast and good food. The best part is very clean. Overall had a superb experience. Everytime I come to pune, I would prefer to stay here.
Place is clean, well maintained.the room construction is super flimsy though.the walls are all some fake lightweight material, so you can hear the music in the dining area all the way to your room if you're in the first floor.locality is the middle of nowhere, you're a little stuck for places to walk down to to have a decent meal.the food at Holiday inn is very decent, main meals being better than the breakfast in fact.the staff are friendly.the room size is very.shall we say French? If you are 2 people in the double bed room, be warned it's quite claustrophobic.there are no shelves or cupboards for your clothes so a stay beyond a night or two would be hell.bed linens look spotless.room has a safe and I think a mini fridge is I remember right.getting Ola autos and cabs here is no problem at all.takes about an hour at normal traffic to get to the airport.
I have stayed in this hotel twice in the same month. The stay experience was excellent I would stay, these includes smooth check in and checkout. Food quality was also good. Cleaning, hygiene, bed cushion was great. One of game changer I noticed is emergency light, phone with alarm, all pins of mobile charger, music system from mobile and big TV. Overall great stay.
Well maintained and clean rooms, but a bit on the smaller side. Staff were excellent, very friendly and did everything in their power to make our stay comfortable!
This location is connected to old Pune-Mumbai old high in Pimpri, if very accurately behind PCMC building, this place is ideal for business meetings, staff is very polite, well trained. Food quality

A really pleasurable hotel experience in quite a while, from telephonic booking to departure. One of the finest groomed staff I have come across. All politeness, service and action is spontaneous and straight from the soul. They genuinely care for you. It must also be their selection method of the candidates. Rooms are comfortable, absolutely functional. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there; ranging from bathroom slippers to hairdryer. Nothing is short and yet nothing is in excess. The "Spartan ness" of the western business hotels and the genuine Indian warmth, it's all there. The breakfast spread is frugal and yet whatever you need for a happy, sumptuous breakfast is there. Trust me you will miss nothing. I wish I had carried my gym gear. An adequately equipped gym to help you beat the bulge. The price - real value for money. My suggestion to the housekeeping staff is to be a little more earnest in their cleaning efforts in areas you do not see, under the bed for instance. VALUE FOR MONEY place. Nice and comfortable living. Approach easy, good food, polite staff and excellent service make it the best option. The best thing is the price, at such a reasonable tariff the plave is really a value for money. Overall an excellent hotel to look out for while traveling in Pimpri (Pune) region.
There are some organizations that I love very much. Holiday Inn Express Pune Pimpri is one of those in my list. The rooms are very tiny but very clean and has all amenities that a business traveller needs. I admire the architect and the interior designer who have not wasted a single inch (both may be from Japan or trained in Japan). All amenities that a business traveller normally does not use has been eliminated. The rooms, the reception, the restaurant, etc.has been highly optimized to give you maximum value for money. Yes, this hotel does not burn your pocket. I know many people may want more luxury and more amenities to feel pampered but then for them there are other hotels.
A good business hotel in the heart of Pimpri. As this is a part of the holiday inn chain, the standard facilities that you would get in a holiday inn (albeit express) are all here. Rooms are well maintained and decent enough for a short stay. Friendly and professional staff. You get a standard experience at a low rate. If you like bigger rooms with more facilities in the hotel then you should be ready to pay more for a costlier hotel elsewhere.
Breakfast is good. Rooms are very small but that’s understandable but the mattress wasn’t comfortable and the AC won’t work at night. Called house keeping and complained but they also knew nothing could be done about it. 2nights there were very uncomfortable! The staff in every department seem to be very nice and prompt. Overall an expensive place for what we got!
