Stayed here over weekend, staff is extremely courteous and hospitable right from check in (kajal) to departure (kajal) and team. Rooms are cozy with breathtaking view of international airport
Excellent stay, great staff and really good food! It was good experience and worth coming back. The service rates very competitive and the staff were very curious. Rooms are very hight quality and very clean. Good spread in Breakfast. Room service is very quick and food service is awesome.
Proximity to the international airport makes it extremely convenient for an international traveller. Good service and food. Rooms can be improved a bit though with a little bit more care.

Large clean rooms. Housekeeping was excellent, special shout out to Atul from housekeeping. In room dining food is good, the pre packed quarantine food is just average.
I had been invited to attend a Logistics Summit on 23rd. Since there is proper visible display board of various events, I enquired in Reception, they don't know and diverted to one person, he gone here and there and searched and wasted my 15 mints and finall he also could not guide me. Somehow I managed to find the venue after checking with the event organiser. Hotel to note this deficiency in service and improve. Thanks.
Stayed at the property for almost a week. Service issues at all levels - poor wifi connection (basic amenity these days), swimming pool not operational because of filter issues, room service very laxed and slow, and to top it all - food wasn't great! Won't recommend anyone for a longer stay, or even a short stay for that matter.
Took really long to reach the hotel. Lobby is very small with arrangements to accommodate very few people at the reception. Food is tasty. It has a cafe and restaurant. Good place to have event/ wedding etc.
I have been staying with Holiday inn for last 2 years. Throughout the covid situation and now the recovery state they have shown ample profesionalism and great personality. I recommend this this place anyday
First of all they increased the check-in time to 3 PM and don't allow before that even if the rooms are available. There is no option provided to u for smoking or non smoking preference. If you asked for a smoking room, they will ask for more money (799+tax). In room stay experience is nowhere near to the basic 3 star hotel. There are no basic amenities in the room not even a hair dryer. If you ask for anything, they will make you wait forever.
We came here for a professional meeting and corporate get together and the space were quite neetly organised. Ambience was noteworthy and hey they had a beautiful interior décor.
Must visit for corporate as well as leisure visit.
We stayed here for 2 nights and the entire stay was very comfortable. Their staff takes all Covid norms. The hotel has sanitisers at all strategic places. One thing that they can do is ask their staff to ensure people roaming inside the hotel are wearing masks at all times, specifically in the common areas like lifts.
The rooms are well maintained, nice and spacious. The breakfast spread is wholesome, especially the live counters have lots of choices. However, the buffet breakfast could have more non-veg options.
The staff in all the departments (reception, housekeeping, restaurant and in-room dining) are very helpful.
The location is perfect, beside the Saki Naka metro station and there is a rickshaw/taxi stand outside the hotel. All in all, we totally enjoyed our stay.
I really enjoyed the stay. It was a great time for me and my family. The staff was really polite and efficient in their work. Salman, the staff there was very helpful and assisted us in every manner. I'll definitely choose Holiday inn if I'm coming to Mumbai again.
We hosted a 2 day wedding at this place and our experience was great. Mr. Keyur did a fanastic job to help us with the bookings and the food taste, quality and variety was awesome thanks to Chef Umesh! Overall polite staff, hygiene well maintained. Best place to stay near Airport with decent Buffet options. Surprised me with upgrade to suite room for first time. Room stay at affordable prices. Only suggestion to the management is to change lighting it looks dim at the lobby when we enter.

Stayed here for 10 days. Room was clean and housekeeping did a daily perfect maintenance. Complimentary breakfast was really good. Nasir and others made it a point to come out table daily and enquired about our convenience. Felt at home here. Wish to come back again.
One of the most amazing properties in the center of the city. Very close to the airport.had a very warm welcome. There was a small issue with the light & the same was fixed under the supervision of Mr. Rahul Patil (Head of the Technical dept). Food at "Saptami" (restaurant) is yumm & Chef did a wonderful job to satisfy the taste buds. Clean neat rooms. Value for Money.
Nasir nikhil ameesha and all other team of saptami is fabulous. I came for the 1st bthday celebration of my son. Enjoyed a lot and thanx to the team for making our day wonderful. Nice service.
I had the opportunity to attend a Medical Conference for 9 days and was really impressed with the hospitality, warm and services. Especially Jitendra and Shankar were exceptionally helpful and nice. Also, people at Reception were also very prompt, helpful and considerate. I look forward to coming back here due to people like them making this place a better place to be.

Top class facility are be provided here! The food is great! It is located in a prime location having the metro nearby and well connected by having complexes and restaurants nearby. The staff present there are really helpful. Might be quite costly but worth the stay for the facilities provided over there.
Starting with the detailed and ordered description of the place, the locality is easy to find but is highly trafficked lane.the entrance is grand and so is the interior. Coming to food, the hotel offers quite a good variety of it but may not be very pleasing if you love the Indian taste. Large variety of salads and pastries in deserts is appreciative but a little heavy on pockets.overall good and lavish experience.
Welcomed 2k19 with my family and enjoyed atmosphere and vibe although it's a little noisy when you come out because of the traffic. The pool is built really well on the terrace which enables you to have a look of Powai from top, just that it's small so it can get little crowded. Rest everything is awesome.
It's a nice property but situated in crowded place. Very close to sakinaka station. Rooms are spacious. People were staying here mostly from corporate background. Morning breakfast was complementary. Very nice ambience inside the hotel premise especially the lounge are and reception. Enjoy your swimming on rooftop pool close to Jim for.
The restaurant Saptami in holiday inn is one of the best lunch buffet restaurants in Mumbai. Great food and ambience with an enormous variety of items to choose from. The service is also top notch. Using nearbuy to get a deal is highly recommended. This place is great for lunch or dinner with family
The perfect place to stay and get a peace of mind. The hotel is very quiet and clean. It’s near by to the airport but there is no noisy voices for the airplanes. The staff were perfect all of them. They were helpful and friendly and all the time welcoming. The restaurant was international buffet they provide breakfast, lunch and dinner with a great presentation. They can do as per your request any food you need and they were so helpful and happy to support you. The house keeping were so nice and gentle. They had a special dinner at Friday with a singer that you can enjoy your dinner with family. They provided all the Indian dishes, continental and international dishes. The receptionist, office services and room services were so kind and friendly to get your order at any time. There is a very important thing which is the security at the gate pass because no one allow to come in without any confirmation of the gusts if you have a family to visit and there is a limit time to visit until 10pm which is sounds great for a 5 star hotel. They have a car ride to the airport with your package. My room, at 7th floor (715), had a perfect view with a city view and you can enjoy your time to see the takeoff and the landing of the airplanes and you also can enjoy your time at the swimming pool at the 8th floor. Thank you Holiday Inn, seriously you made my vacation with full of rest and a peace of mind. This won’t be the last time for being there for sure I will come back again at the same hotel.
Loved looking out at this apartment block, quintessential Indian city scape. Brought me back all the childhood memories. The room, service, food, amenities, room etc were as good as a good 4 star hotel in Australia and elsewhere. Close to airport. Will visit again for sure
It was amazing staying at the Holiday Inn Mumbai. It's very close to the airport so definitely a perfect choice to sleep before an early morning flight. They arrange a cab to drop you to the airport for some extra charge. If your stay includes breakfast then they pack it for you as early as even 3 am before you check out for your fight.
Staff is very friendly, service is too good. The dinner buffet is DeLiCiOuS! And they have a hell lot of variety. There also live music at the dinner buffet. The bar is separate from the dinner buffet and is another amazing place to relax from some drinks and food. I would definitely recommend to try out the bar. All in all, great experience.
Have visited their Saptami Restaurant multiple times and hosted many family celebrations. Some old known chefs from Holiday Inn Aerocity New Delhi are now here so the food quality, choices, spread and presentation have radically improved. Some suggestions for changes were well heard and implemented. Look out for great offers on various online food portals.
Holiday inn is good place for family gathring.staff is so cooperative.food is delicious although veg food variety is less.noodel is awsm and cream mashroom soup was yumm.lot of desert variety.i njoid there with my family.
Food is average. U see a lot of variety but the taste is not upto the expectations. I visited in September 2018. Hospitality is above average. Location is v good for people commuting from Mumbai airport. Interiors is nice. If u sole purpose is for delicacies then i would not recommend this 5*.
It’s definitely an amazing Hotel, with great staff and amazing service. The room is spacious and very neat, the bathroom is also big and clean as well, the food, was also really good. The outdoor pool on the rooftop is well maintained, and you get a view on in-coming aircraft and a little view on the domestic terminal. Very good service, and would definitely recommend if you’re staying for a layover, or for full holidays in India. Aman.
